The room was very clean. Nice view. Food is great. Breakfast was fantastic and it was our 12 years anniversary and the surprises with a beautiful nice cake. Stuff was very good. They looked after us the whole three days we enjoy the spa and the massage was very good. I thank you Haile. You did a great thing for Ethiopia respect

This is a wonderful hotel on the shore of the lake. The staff is beyond amazing. I would highly recommend more than 1 day. They arranged transportation to the fish market where we charted a boat to go see hippos near by. The food is great and rooms very clean. While it's a resort, prices our very good.

The best spot in hawassa for a refreshing and quiet retreat! I have visited the place for a single day refreshment. I truely enjoyed the marvelous view and calm and silent environment; Kids also enjoyed the playground and swimming. The breakfast was also splendid with international and local cultural meals with a friendly welcome of the staffs! Would definitely visit again for more relaxing and calming days! An excellent experience. Service was incredible and all the staff were incredibly respectfull and eager to help. They even called later in the day after checkout to see if we were ok. Rooms were clean and had decent light. The hotel itself is clean and smells good. Quite spectacular looking hotel from the inside. The breakfast buffet is just incredible! Would definitivly reccomend!
