Haile Resort - Hawassa

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at **Haile Resort Awassa** from **December 4–7, 2025**, with my husband. Our booking was arranged by **Aman Ethiopia Tours**, and everything was smooth and well organized from start to finish.||||We stayed in a **lake-view room**, and the view was absolutely beautiful—waking up to Lake Awassa each morning was peaceful and refreshing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.||||The resort itself is stunning, with well-kept gardens, a calm atmosphere, and excellent facilities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The food was also enjoyable, with a good variety and quality.||||Overall, our experience at Haile Resort Awassa was relaxing and memorable. I highly recommend this resort for couples or anyone looking to enjoy comfort, great service, and breathtaking lake views. We would definitely love to return in the future.

The best hotel in Hawassa for a relaxing holiday. Located on a great spot facing the beautiful Hawassa lake. One of the best places to enjoy nature including many kinds of birds and hippos. The food is great. Very professional and friendly staff. Very good level of security is maintained. The facility is well maintained and clean. The restaurant has a great combination of food items in all buffets. Highly recommended to be in the garden restaurant area near the lake in the evening. Highly recommended 💯💯💯

The best spot in hawassa for a refreshing and quiet retreat! I have visited the place for a single day refreshment. I truely enjoyed the marvelous view and calm and silent environment; Kids also enjoyed the playground and swimming. The breakfast was also splendid with international and local cultural meals with a friendly welcome of the staffs! Would definitely visit again for more relaxing and calming days! It was an amazing experience from the very first day. All the staff were incredible polite, kind, and always providing exceptional service. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Nistuh, who was truly amazing and made our honeymoon experience absolutely unforgettable.

Very nice resort with good facilities. The rooms are spacious and clean and with nice view. (Lake view) Both Dinner and breakfast were very tasty with generous portions. What tops it up is the kindness of the staff! Everyone was so kind, smily and helpful.
