Honestly, the worst restaurant experience of my life. Came here with two others for a two year reunion since graduating from a college in the states. The LACK of service was unacceptable. I usually never give reviews, but I could not NOT give a review. So let me begin:
We had a reservation at 7pm on 7/28/25 for three. Once we put in our order, our drinks didn’t come out until 20 minutes or so, so we’re there just waiting while others, specifically the group of middle aged working men get drinks and side dishes coming in and out. They had priority. Then after we receive our drinks, my friend receives her dish. NOTE: they brought hers out, while my other friend and I just waited. 15 minutes later, my other friend’s meal finally arrives. Again, let me iterate that I had NOT had my food at this point for 45~minutes since we first came in. Now, I ordered the Singaporean Chicken dish, as I’m waiting patiently for my food, guess what I see? Two to three other groups of people who came AFTER me eating their Singaporean Chicken.
At this point it’s been past an HOUR and I still don’t have my food, my two besties are close to being DONE with their food, so I inquire and the “leader”/the only male server says, “you’re order is being served in order”. This doesn’t make sense as people: couples, families, had received their food/the same dish before I had when they had came after me.
The food itself was impossible to enjoy as my two best friends who I hadn’t seen since college (this was a special occasion) were DONE with their food when my Singaporean Chicken dish finally came.
Alone, I ate my food, while my two other friends had nothing to do but stare at me as I ate my food. HOW DISAPPOINTING.
I had high hopes for this place as a local Japanese friend had recommended me this place. I even made a reservation!
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE LACK AND CARE OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
I honestly think I should’ve asked for a refund. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
We were also very hungry since we came from Osaka that day. A long day of travel ended with this unexpected, unforgettable, unacceptable customer service.
