Haising Hotel

Very small room, priced like and similar to a capsule hotel, but with your own bathroom.The receptionist is nice. Reception only open from 9am to 10 pm though. On other times you have to contact them at WhatsApp.Very nice location pretty close to little India. The door was not to be trusted to store valuables in the room, the AC was not working that well and I had to hunt down a couple of cockroaches when I came back in the evening though. So cheapest if the cheap, but for a solo traveler on a short transition stop, that's OK...

it is good to have a room with own private toilet and bathroom. But there are noise from outside (closing door, talking and walking) can be heard. Request for late check out for an hour is not free, it is charge per hour basis.

The location is great. The room is not very big but enough for a solo traveler with one suitcase. The biggest problem for me is the lack of elevator. I appreciate the assistance of the staff. Overall a good choice for a solo trip.

There is no lift in the hotel. Have to carry luggage up the stairs yourself. Was given smelly room & requested 2nd room also smelly Finally 3rd room was ok. The amazing thing about this place? EVERY SINGLE ROOM HAS NO LOCK.

The Location - is a bet far from MRT stations so do take buses that will stop near the hotel. The Service - the uncle is nice, our booking shows in the app we can stay until before 11am but uncle said we only can before 10am its not so nice experience. The Rooms - its really small for two people you cant walk around, the bathroom was not clean I can see webs, NO free toothbrush, you can hear all the noise from outside. the AC smells not clean though its good that its cold. And No windows

It's a good place to stay if you're on a budget and want to be outside Marina Bay. Still conveniently located and with a very nice and helpful receptionist. I would recommend getting a room with a window if you're staying for more than one night.

Checked in 15 hours later than the booked check in time and asked for some late check out during the booking via request, no response until I checked in at the reception 15 hours later as planned, but refused to give me my late check out allowance and asked me to pay for each hour. Horrible customer service. That over size man is also very rude. Will not recommend

Will not recommend any one to stay. Very small room . For 2 luggage to keep inside room don’t have space . Cleanliness is 0 . Mice , cockroaches can be found at this hotel . May be cheap price but for cheap your stay will be hell . No lift . Staff behaviour is very bad . This hotel don’t deserve to be 1 star.
