This 2 star hotel located in little India exceeded my expectation. It is just steps away from Metro station, easy to access even it was my first time to Singapore. They are basic, yet provide everything a traveller needs. I booked a single bedroom, which is spacious for Asian standard. There is a large kitchen with washing machine. Tea and coffee are available during the day. There is a scale by the reception for your luggage. Can't ask for more. The only drawback is that there is no lift inside the building, since I only had a small baggage that's fine with me.

Very poor service. Reception guy not Friendly, He thinks we should stop by force. I checked in at 2:15PM (waited at the reception for 45 minutes to get a room). Check out was at 12:10PM and they were ready to charge me for additional 10 minutes. Reception guy not professional. No one should go to this hotel. Seven 11 hotel is near here. they service and facilities are very good. I am not recommending this place to anyone.

(1) No elevator. (2) No 24-hour check-in service in the front desk. Hotel people left the room key at the front desk and left the hotel. Safety will be a serious issue as everyone can take the room key. (3) No hotel person check my passport in the whole 2-day stay. (4) Poor sound insulation in the room. Suffered Toilet leaking sound during the whole night every day. (5) No hair dryer. (6) The room door gets stuck, due to Floor buckled. (7) Only one towel is provided. No bathroom mat. (8) No Daily house-keeping

I recently stayed at Haising Hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. The room size was shockingly small, almost resembling a jail barrack, especially given the high price. The owner was unreasonably rude, and the reception closes by 8 pm, with lights switched off after hours. This policy caused a lot of inconvenience, especially for international travelers who expect a 24/7 reception. Even more frustrating, the owner left keys with name tags out in the open, which felt unprofessional and unsafe. When asked for a business card, he refused and became argumentative, which felt out of line with basic hospitality standards. On the positive side, the room was clean, and Ac was working well, the location in Little India was convenient. However, overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service and lack of essential amenities for travelers.

The hotel was decent for Singapore standards at that price, just be reminded that walls are that thin that you can even hear neighbors breathing so if you not too picky I would give it a pass

Absolutely INFESTED with cockroaches - of all sizes, baby to adult roaches i wish i was kidding . Booked 4 nights, we didnt even stay 1 night and just checked out. Cockroach spray bottles in the stairwell (so you already know they have some sort of infestation). Killed over 20 roaches in the span of 2-3 hours there.

Far and away the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’m not even exaggerating. It was only for a day, and thankfully so. The reason I booked this place was for its proximity to the MRT but in hindsight I realised, in Singapore that matters little. I didn’t want to spend an extra minute in this hotel for reasons I’ll enlist below. 1) bed bugs and cockroaches. 2) collapsed mattress 3)noise - the walls are so thin that everything from people showering to midnight pillow talk can be heard. To make matters worse, this hotel attracts certain type of guests whom are as inconsiderate as they come. But I don’t blame them, because the quality control by the management is non existent. 4) general cleanliness left much to be desired. 5) size of the room and lack of ventilation Value incommensurate with the price. I did not get a wink of sleep in this hotel from hell and I got out of there in a jiff as soon as I concluded my business in Singapore . Be warned.

Really basic. Had to carry luggage all the way to 3rd floor. Overall, hotels in Singapore are rated expensive with poor value for money.
