I recently stayed at Haising Hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. The room size was shockingly small, almost resembling a jail barrack, especially given the high price. The owner was unreasonably rude, and the reception closes by 8 pm, with lights switched off after hours. This policy caused a lot of inconvenience, especially for international travelers who expect a 24/7 reception.
Even more frustrating, the owner left keys with name tags out in the open, which felt unprofessional and unsafe. When asked for a business card, he refused and became argumentative, which felt out of line with basic hospitality standards.
On the positive side, the room was clean, and Ac was working well, the location in Little India was convenient. However, overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service and lack of essential amenities for travelers.
