Haising Hotel

Well room as it very small but comfy & cozy, a little bit tricky for movement.. Shower water pressure good, TV works fine all local channel. To some it up all is good..For as surrounding areas closest to Mustafa & jln besar area.. Can get to eat easily in the area though not all good & cheap.. Well i had a pleasant stay & good rest 👍.

We chose the Haising Hotel because it was cheap, so we weren’t expecting luxury—but what we experienced was unbelievably disappointing! The entire building is run-down inside and out, and the room was so tiny it was almost impossible to move around in. The street noise was unbearable all night, and the old windows couldn’t even be closed properly, let alone block out any sound. The bathroom was practically unusable: two people could barely fit, and the door couldn’t even closed properly. But all of this would still have been tolerable—until we found COCKROACHES in the room the next day..... We reported it to the reception and got another room, but the moment we walked in, there was another cockroach. This is absolutely unacceptable!! We asked for a refund, and they informed us that they would still charge us for two full nights and return only the remaining amount. After everything we dealt with, this was shocking. Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The cleanliness was terrible, the building is in awful condition, and the customer service was equally disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My trips were good during my trip to Singapore and our hotels were in a fairly good location and their hotel was fairly clean. Considering the cost, this hotel is good and you will get good room services. I hope everyone can use this hotel because the service of this hotel is very good but maybe the metro will be a little far for you but overall it is a very good hotel within your budget.

Well, the recommendation will go to the locations first, it locates at the opposite of Jalan Besar station, 7 minutes walk to the Rochor station. So, it is good place for exploring downtown and the airport as well. Little India is very close so as Bugis market. Our room is beside the roadside, so, we could not sleep well. If you prefer Indian food, it just located at the neighbouring side. Beyond the insects, there is nothing to say much. For us, we tried tea, and some snacks. Overall it is worth to stay with the reasonable price.

Very small room, priced like and similar to a capsule hotel, but with your own bathroom.The receptionist is nice. Reception only open from 9am to 10 pm though. On other times you have to contact them at WhatsApp.Very nice location pretty close to little India. The door was not to be trusted to store valuables in the room, the AC was not working that well and I had to hunt down a couple of cockroaches when I came back in the evening though. So cheapest if the cheap, but for a solo traveler on a short transition stop, that's OK...

Location is near two MRT stations and has different shopping malls nearby.Many foods you can taste. If you like to drink, there are many pubs nearby.The most disappointed item is the room space is quit limited. Last but not the least, it is quite and comfortable for the stay.

The room was very clean. I appreciated the Dove liquid soap and Dove shampoo provided in the bathroom. However, I would suggest adding a hair dryer to the amenities. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.

it is good to have a room with own private toilet and bathroom. But there are noise from outside (closing door, talking and walking) can be heard. Request for late check out for an hour is not free, it is charge per hour basis.
