One of the best meals and experiences we had in Fukuoka. We ordered the Hakata set and we were stuffed, so come very hungry. The chicken is tender and delicious, everything tastes so good and non greasy that it warmed us up in the cold winter night. Highly recommended to give this place a try.

Memorable and one of the best meals in Japan that I ever had. Food is absolutely delicious from appetiser to the mains to the dessert😋 💯 The soup tastes like the essence of chicken. The only downside was that the portion of chicken is quite small.

We went there with our toddler and had a fantastic experience. The service and the food were amazing. The chicken broth was golden and subtle. The ponzu they served was the perfect accompaniment for the chicken. We loved the tebasaki course and the granité as dessert. I highly recommend.

The mizutaki service was incredible! Very delicious - definitely recommend one of the sets they offer. Mr Matsui's service was extremely attentive and made the dining experience an absolute pleasure!

Premium mizutake experience. The meal was excellent from appetizer to dessert. Come hungry as the set meals are quite filling.

My advice is go earlier. They don’t take away the dishes when you’re done. Probably a personal preference, but I would prefer to drink more of the soup instead of just using it as a soup base.

Food here is legit amazing 🔥. Book early online. The basic course is sufficient and their karagae and tempura chicken are to die for. The chicken soup is on a different level of yummy! 🤤

Love the chicken broth that’s been simmered for 6 hours with very good quality chicken. The chicken in the broth was cooked to perfect, love the tender texture and fresh taste. The spring onion was cooked to perfection and we couldn’t stop from ordering one more.
