The staff were super kind! They also had an English menu and were super duper welcoming! The offal soup was delightful and paired with a beer it was truly amazing! The appetiser was also Soo yummy a must visit!

The reservation was smooth. We were seated in a room, which was cozy and comfortable. Don’t know why the male waiter spoke to us in Mandarin! We felt a bit offended because we were trying hard to speak a little Japanese, or if not, then English. After a few times of communication, the male waiter changed the channel to English. This is what I appreciated! Well the food was signature dishes of cow intestine. Would be better if there were more choices of other dishes, eg ramen or Japanese pancake or sushi. Would be better if the number of pots to be ordered is free from the number of guests. The appetiser was good and skilfully cooked, and it cost 380 yen (may take it as a surcharge)

Now this is what delicious beef intestines should taste like! It’s worlds apart from the one I had on my first day in Fukuoka. Highly recommended — a must-visit for anyone who wants to try truly good intestines.

Will love to give 5 star for the food. For those new to sashimi, the squid .. start eating from its back.. despite it being still alive. The broth for the beef intestines is great. The staff hospitality is great.

The miso motsunabe was my favorite motsunabe of my trip! Rezzies are a must unless you like waiting. I believe lunch is only served on weekends at this location. We were the second ones in line as we got there about 15 minutes before opening. Luckily, we were able to sit down in the shade. The line quickly grew and one of the staff members passed out nice fans, which were a lifesaver in the morning heat! 😊 Staff is kind, efficient and attentive. The food was really delicious!!! We tried several appetizers and were pleased with all of our picks! 😋 Matcha-hais were so refreshing!

Nabe was very tasty. The spicy broth was good but not spicy at all (more sweet than spicy). Service was almost instant and the staff was very friendly. The live squid was delicious and you can choose how you want the rest cooked after.

First time eating motsunabe, and I loved it! Ordered the miso motsunabe (their no. 1 recommendation). We also ordered basashi (horse sashimi), which was surprisingly delicious. The service was also great! we couldn't find a coin locker so we had to bring along our luggage, but they were kind enough to store our luggage. Very foreign friendly, highly recommended!

Must book in advance as there was long queue for walk in even on weekdays. Food was not bad but kind of too salty for my taste, had to drink lots of water that night.
