Haldiram is synonymous with delicious food that can satisfy all food cravings. Haldiram is one of the most in demand pure veg restuarants. Must order items include-Raj Kachori, Pav Bhaji, Gulab Jamun, Dhokla, pure ghee Chole Bhature among others. It is a good place for family dinner, get together of friends or for date.

This Haldiram branch near Exide Crossing is quite spacious. Like other branches, it offers a wide range of sweets and snacks — in fact, the stock here seemed even better than in many other outlets. The best part of this branch is its diverse food options. We tried samosa, luchi–cholar daal, and lassi — all of which were delicious. The samosa with meethi chutney was just awesome, the luchi had a lovely ghee aroma, and the cholar daal was truly finger-licking good. The lassi was thick, rich, and very tasty. However, the service was disappointing. The staff at the food counter were rude and uncooperative. They took too long to serve, and when we returned a plate due to finding a hair in the food, they reacted with visible irritation instead of an apology. This poor attitude and slow service ruined an otherwise great food experience. The location is very convenient — just near Rabindra Sadan Metro. Ambience is decent, though it’s usually quite crowded, so plan accordingly. Overall, excellent food but very poor service. If they improve staff behaviour and management, this branch could easily be one of the best.

I remember going to haldirams since my college days, but when I went there recently it felt a bit dull than before. The food definitely got better, platter and chole bhature was good this time. However, the roshogolla was definitely really bad. I think they used some syrup or something which made it so tight and chewy and so sweet that it was not worth at all. They can work on the ambiance and vibes. Also, can update the quality of some food.

Haldiram's at Exide Crossing is really a big place with a nice view outside. It offers a variety of sweets, savouries and food items like dosa, dahi vada, papri chat, raj kachori and shakes. One good thing is they have a live counter where you can see your food being made. I tried their masala dosa, pav bhaji and raj kachori. All the items were good. Raj kachori was the best.

Well, my experience was quite pleasant. The atmosphere was good and there was a variety of foods and sweets to choose from. Though the food was not up to my taste the deserts were good. One thing I have to complain about is the lack of much air in the dining table. We were sweating a lot while eating. Overall, it's 3 points.

Dear Team Haldiram, I would like to share my recent experience at your store near Rabindra Sadan, Kolkata. I am a frequent visitor and have always enjoyed the delicious food and, above all, the fantastic service provided by your staff. On 8th January 2025, I visited the store but had to leave in a hurry due to sudden office work, without placing an order. Later, upon reaching my office, I realized that I had left my Apple Ear Buds on the table. I rushed back to the store, thinking they were already lost. To my surprise, when I informed one of the staff members, he immediately checked and asked me to meet Mr. Shyam Mondal.. Mr. Singh handed over my Ear Buds and informed me that Mr. Rajib Singh had found them and promptly handed them over to his senior. I am extremely happy and impressed by the integrity and sense of responsibility shown by Mr. Shyam Mondal. Such honesty deserves recognition. I kindly request Team Haldiram to appreciate and encourage Mr. Shyam for his exemplary conduct, which will surely motivate the entire team. We should respect and celebrate the genuineness and commitment demonstrated by Mr. Rajib Singh. Great place for vegan food. The ambience is amazing. Had rice bowl and cold coffee, and cost me around ₹210.

Overall.. I had a very positive experience in here ❤💕 I had chola bhatora and veg fried rice, veg Manchurian, Chinese salad.. And the taste was very good... Must visit this place
