Haldiram's - Connaught Place

This is a famous brand known for all its all vegetarian cuisine with a focus on fast food, street food style. They have a confusing self serve style but the food is good and prepared hygienically. They started off a packed food and leveraged their popularity to build these stylish restaurants.

The Table QR code is not working so i go to the counter which is crowded, this place is self service so you have to get the food of whatever you want to get. Taste is very good but the prices are very High. I think they should serve the food on the table if you charge this much. But the overall experience is Good. Could be better if they think.

Food is good, the restroom could be more cleaner, drinking water bay is available, the AC wasn't working on the first floor, atmosphere is a little dull. Rajma chawal with green chilli pickle was nice, quantity was little.

For tasty street side chat, a must visit place. The service is prompt. The seating is crowded but given the popularity of the place, one accepts it. Work needs to be done on maintainance of AC and inner air quality to make it a better experience for customers. The toilets need to be cleaned periodically. Nevertheless the food is good.

Not a great experience. They have self service concept. If you have multiple dishes ordered, you will just keep going upstairs downstairs to pick the dishes. Air cooling upstairs is below average. Some items are good like chhole bhature and kachori. Sweets were okay.

Stay true to the tried-and-tested dishes. Their Raj Kachori was a big thumbs up, but their Palak Patta lacked any flavour identity... except all I could think of was the oily dee-fried taste. The Aloo Tikki too was oily. Is Haldiram slipping in it's service? I definitely think so......or, is it the riddle of inconsistency?
