Haldiram’s never disappoints, and this visit was an absolute treat for the taste buds! The Pav Bhaji was perfectly buttery with soft, fresh buns and a rich, flavour-loaded bhaji that balanced spice and tang just right. Their Chole Kulcha deserves a special mention too—fluffy kulchas paired with well-spiced chole that felt truly authentic and satisfying.
The classic Chole Bhature lived up to its name: hot, puffed bhature with bold, delicious chole that had depth and aroma in every bite. I also tried the iconic Raj Kachori, which was nothing short of heavenly—crispy, creamy, sweet, tangy, and spiced to perfection.
For snacks, the Samosa was golden, crisp, and generously filled, giving that perfect street-flavour nostalgia without compromising quality. To round it all off, the Sweet Lassi was thick, refreshing, and mildly sweet—an ideal finish to a wholesome meal.
