I dropped by for a quick meal after flying from California. This is inside the Hotel Indigo. The good: open late. The bad: lint in my food.
I placed my order with the bartender, who let me know that the wait would be 10~ mins. Yall, I was sitting for 30 mins lol. There were maybe 2 other parties there, nearly empty. Anyways, I was glad that they permitted takeout so I could decompress in my room ASAP.
CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH: Comes with fries. Hefty size for the price. The chicken was fine, a bit bland, and the coleslaw was watery. My main issue: I was partially through the burger when I saw something sticking out of the side of the coleslaw. As I pulled it out, it was clearly something (lint? hair?) deeply embedded in the coleslaw, and not just a rogue hair that fell on top. Gross. I couldn't eat the rest... :-/
At this point it was 11:20 pm and I had to get up early for a work event, so I just texted their front desk about the issue. They apologized, but no refund was offered. Maybe too busy to follow up? But the lack of attention to detail was disappointing.
