Visited at the end of October 2023 as part of an overnight birding trip. The sea was a bit rough on the trip out but much better on the return. On arrival we were greeted by the manager of the site and directed to the camping grounds. This area is so peaceful and the birding was amazing. The blues and green of the Caribbean Sea is next to none. The moonlit night and sunrise the next day was an experience to be treasured. The Frigatebirds and the Boobys were an added treat as well as the other birds on the island. I recommend an overnight trip for anyone who’d want to have an even more amazing experience than a day trip would offer.

Peaceful, amazing, caribbean paradise. I could count more than six different tones of green-blue on the sea. White sands and blue sky. The place for snorkelling is very nice, great visibility and full of life. The fallen lighthouse is a memory of a hurricane.

So worth the ride to see this place. The birds 🐦 are amazing to see and so cute. The snorkeling and the diving is to die for. I would say 100% to take this trip. It is a day trip for sure but worth evey min of it. Oh and dolphin 🐬 we seen on the way out. The water is so blue and so amazing. The water temp below 79 and top 82.

This is an isolated Caye in Belize. I visited as part of a day trip to the Blue Hole. We only had one hour on the island but you need more. There are hermit crabs everywhere, a turtle nesting beach, and a bird sanctuary. You can stay overnight if you want to camp. There are composting toilets and running water but I would bring bottled water with you. I wish we had time to snorkel there.

Visited this island on a school trip and can't say enough about it, without a doubt one of the most beautiful places I've ever been in my life! Palm trees, white sand beaches, complete privacy, some of the best snorkeling, kayaks & sailboats, wildlife and interesting birds... and perhaps most surprisingly the food! The cook (at least when I was there) was sensational and made some of the best food I've ever had in my life hands down! The red snapper is delicious and so is the barracuda. If you are lucky enough to get the chance to come to Half Moon Caye, do it no matter what!!

We visited this tiny caribbean island for lunch on a whole-day diving trip to the blue hole. And that is exactly what it is: a tiny caribbean island that looks just like you'd imagine a 'tiny caribbean island'. Beautiful!

Stopped off here for lunch during a dive trip and so glad we did. This island is exactly what you think of when you think about a small island in ocean. Absolutely gorgeous. The nesting site for the red-footed booby bird was impressive. Birds everywhere! They may be outnumbered by the iguana though, which are also quite prevalent on the island. Definitely worth the trip.

Fun hearing all the hermit crabs scuttling about, and the sheer number of nesting frigate birds was a sight!
