Disappointing Experience*
I'm saddened to share my recent experience at a hotel I've frequented over the years. Unfortunately, each visit has revealed a decline in quality and service. During my latest stay, I encountered numerous issues, including:
- A strong, unpleasant odor in the room, possibly due to unclean carpets or bedding
- An oversoft mattress that felt worn out, suggesting it hadn't been replaced in years
- Pillows in poor condition, rendering them unusable
- Long wait times at reception, with only one staff member handling a high volume of guests
- A clogged shower causing flooding, stained towels, dirty TVs, and a rotten roof section
- A Wi-Fi router with a distractingly bright light that disrupted my sleep
- A sliding door lock that felt insecure and easy to open
- Absence of fresh milk and coffee
The overall condition of the hotel was subpar, and the price didn't match the quality of service. I had a poor night's sleep and wouldn't consider returning, even at a discounted rate. Given the state of the hotel, I'd rate it below 2 stars if possible. Unfortunately, I can only give it 1 star. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve the hotel's standards.
