We stayed for two regrettable nights. First impression was good as the rooms seemed relatively clean and the location seemed good. Our opinions quickly changed after the first jet lag night of sleep I woke up with 1-2 welts on my ankles but didn't pay too much attention to them. After the second night myself and my entire family had bites all over our legs/ankles (yuck). Thankfully we were checking out and none too soon. Additionally sleeping is tough b/c it's loud and the night life stays up until very early in the morning and there are many patrons on the street in the early hours. There are better places than this in Lisbon.

Small room, clean, good location, though very basic with not even a fridge and a small window into a narrow backstreet. No big deal and certainly good enough for what you need in a city. But heavily overpriced considering what you get and very clearly not 4 Stars as it suggests on google.

Beatriz and team did an amazing job with this no frills hotel. Large rooms, easy check in, hot water, and security pin code access make this amazing self serve hotel. We will be back.

We spent two nights in Lisbon at Hall Chiado before our flight to the US. It is located on Rua do Alecrim, a busy, long hill of a street leading to a plaza frequented by street musicians. Its "not a hotel" concept means there is no reception desk or personnel, no breakfast service, no coffee maker in your room. However rooms are tended to mid day. I was a little concerned after paying my deposit and learning I'd receive an access code a couple of days before arrival. But it worked wonderfully. Our access code opened the front door to a small lobby and stairs to the second floor where our room opened using the same access code. While I was concerned about street traffic noise, the window closed and effectively blocked it out. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Rainfall shower was good. Questions are answered via phone or What's App. Nice choice for a short stay.

Nestled in the cutest neighborhood of Lisbon, this charming hotel offers a delightful stay in a cute and clean room that exudes warmth and comfort. From the moment you step into the room, you are greeted by tasteful decor, cozy furnishings, and a welcoming ambiance that makes you feel right at home. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness and charm of the room is evident, creating a serene and relaxing environment for your stay. The balcony was perfect. What truly sets this hotel apart is its accommodating and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is nothing short of perfect. From their great communication at check-in to the accommodations they made with check in/check out and holding our luggage, they were always ready to assist with a smile and a genuine desire to make our experience positive. They were attentive, professional, and eager to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I can’t thank them enough. I also have to mention their adorable entry. It was such a cute and cozy lounge area where you can relax with a book or play a board game, every detail is thoughtfully designed to make your stay a pleasant one. The hotel's convenient location in the heart of Lisbon also allows for easy access to the city's attractions, restaurants, and vibrant neighborhoods, making it the perfect base for exploring all that Lisbon has to offer. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem that combines the comforts of home with the hospitality of a boutique hotel. With its cute and clean rooms, accommodating staff, and convenient location, it is the ideal choice for travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in Lisbon. Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, this hotel offers a welcoming retreat where you can unwind, explore, and create lasting memories of your time in this vibrant city.

Stayed here for 2 nights with husband & 2 kids. Key code entry, easily found, 3 minute walk from Cais de Sodre train/metro station. Very clean. Kitchen had all we needed. Good pressure in shower - having shampoo available would have been good. Comfortable double bed. Second room had 3 single beds. Air con very effective. Our room at back was very quiet. Supermarket a few minutes walk away which was handy for breakfast purchases. About 5-8 minute walk to Time Out Market.|Would recommend.

A great place for a quick stay in Lisbon. The room was small but we were expecting that and it suited our needs for our short time. Clean and comfortable. We slept fine but I agree with others' comments that you do hear noise from the hallway and the beeping pinpads as night owls return to their rooms. We liked having the security of the code to enter the building and our room though! And the water in the entryway was a thoughtful touch. Central and safe area to stay and we could easily walk all over!

Unfortunately my trip to Lisbon was not great, but at least this hotel was nice and made up for it! It is in a great location with a lot of restaurants, bars, mini markets around you. ||The staff is very friendly and great! They let us check in a couple hours early and stay 30 mins late because I was not feeling well. ||A few tips: |-There isn’t staff 24 hours downstairs, but they are easy to reach if you need them. |- The outlets in the room were different than I am used to, if you are an international traveler. Your large adapter won’t fit. But there is an outlet that fits converters in the bathroom. My husband and I charged our charging banks in the bathroom, then used that to charge our phone. |- There is no elevator, but it’s just one floor up and they are willing to help you bring your stuff up if needed. |- If you are bringing large luggage with you and hope to drop it off before check in as you are arrive early, they do have pretty big lockers available. Bring a 1 Euro Coin. But if it’s alot of luggage, contact them early to see if staff will be there to let you leave it in their office.
