Nice market hall to buy local food. I recommend to buy berries and Mushroom there for local ladies. You have also a nice choice of curred meat inside. I enjoyed a lot shopping here, even it s much smaller by the hall in Riga

Cool place with lots of interesting and tasty food, and you can eat here for a reasonable price. There are many nice little shops with coffee, tea, authentic honey, pork, seafood, plenty of vegetables, and unique local cafés. The only downside is that the toilets are paid. Overall, a very pleasant spot — I recommend it.

A manageably-sized market that feels both lively and calm. There’s a lovely simplicity to it, spared of the fanfare of overly touristy markets (spoken by a tourist of course). Around the edges, a ring of small cafés and food counters with straightforward menus. It’s not trying to prove anything, which is exactly what makes it so good.

Nice indoor marked good fresh produce. Lots of smoked meats. Nice coffee shop and a few fast food restaurants. Also a clothing section but all very similar items. It's worth a visit.

I always have to go to the local market hall on my trips. Good market hall, on the other side there is a whole market for clothes, shoes, etc. The clothes are mostly polyester and the shoes are plastic...but if you like that kind of thing, this is a good place to shop. They didn't speak English very well there, but we managed with "sign" language. The food side of the market hall had a lot of local delicacies. We even found a small local lunch place, where we managed to get Guinness, which was completely out of stock everywhere else at that moment!

great market filled with both lithuanian and international cuisine. reasonable prices. we ate this lithuanian potato with sour cream and bacon and then these lithuanian empanada-like things (can’t remember their name) but both were absolutely delicious

The place is worth to see, you can buy original meat, sausages and vegetable pickles (kiszone tomatoes, cucumbers and garlic are delicious!) But only half stands were open, on some of them are no prices so you don't know if it's a tourist scam.

This market surprised me with the variety of things they sell. There were food items, fruits, clothes, flowers, etc. there are also restaurants in this market. I wasn’t expecting a market like this in Europe. It was an overall fun visit. I bought some cherries at pretty good prices. Cherries were mostly sweet.
