Nice indoor marked good fresh produce. Lots of smoked meats. Nice coffee shop and a few fast food restaurants. Also a clothing section but all very similar items. It's worth a visit.

I always have to go to the local market hall on my trips. Good market hall, on the other side there is a whole market for clothes, shoes, etc. The clothes are mostly polyester and the shoes are plastic...but if you like that kind of thing, this is a good place to shop. They didn't speak English very well there, but we managed with "sign" language. The food side of the market hall had a lot of local delicacies. We even found a small local lunch place, where we managed to get Guinness, which was completely out of stock everywhere else at that moment!

This market surprised me with the variety of things they sell. There were food items, fruits, clothes, flowers, etc. there are also restaurants in this market. I wasn’t expecting a market like this in Europe. It was an overall fun visit. I bought some cherries at pretty good prices. Cherries were mostly sweet.

Great market with good cheese, honey, meat, fresh veggies and ton of pickled goodies. We got a bunch of pickled stuff from Korejietiskos salatos, which was Korean style, and we loved everything. Try the mushrooms, the kimchi, and definitely the eggplant!

A pleasant place that offers a wide selection of food products, including bread, fish, cold cuts, cheeses, sweets, and more, but also e.g. clothing items. It is particularly worth visiting during the spring and summer months when the market is bustling with an abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and mushrooms. For those who get hungry or thirsty while exploring, there is a possibility to grab a snack and/or drink on-site (in a café or bakery).

Halės Turgus is Vilnius’ oldest and most vibrant market—perfect for a local food experience! Dating back to the early 1900s, it’s a lively spot where you’ll find everything from fresh produce and meats to artisan cheeses, pastries, and street food. Quick Tips: • Best time to visit? Mornings for the freshest goods and fewer crowds. • Try local flavors like šakotis (tree cake) or Lithuanian smoked meats. • Cash or card? Most stalls take cards, but small vendors might prefer cash. • Nearby? Walk to the Old Town or grab a coffee at a trendy café nearby. It’s a warm, authentic spot to soak up Vilnius’ local life—definitely worth a visit!

Nice local market with an area for food and a different one for clothes and other products. Good place to buy some food souvenirs like apple cheese.
