Halles Castellane

An awesome place with some vegetables and fruit, cheese, fresh meat and meat products. They have a wine shop, too. The market itself is pretty small but the selection is still very good and you can buy a great set of French treats there!

I went for the cheeses. Brilliant selection including local ones from the region and others. They care about the origins and qualities and were very friendly to a foreigner. It is worth a stop to build your cheese board with quality food.

This was an easy place to walk around. If you’re looking for produce, meat or cheeses you will definitely find something neat here.

Very good offer of fresh local food

Wonderful place to enjoy your touristic stay in Montpellier and with enough variety of products you can truely entertain your stomach. We bought an amazing cheese to eat with our wines on a pub inside, on the corner of the bazaar. Then, we turned back to buy 4 more! Amazing cheese, Pareil de Brebis!!👌

Nice market with fresh goods under a roof

Very nice Halles, great price and choice of products, very good value for what it is. The best meats, vegetables and fruits I had in a while, I really loved it.

One of the best indoor markets in the city. Great little cocktail/coffee bar and all the vendors you would expect: bakery, fish, charcuterie, and butcher. Good wine shop.

Located in a busy pedestrian area of Montpellier. This indoor market where you can find fresh produce from bread, meats, vegetables and have a cup of coffee. Above the market you will find Uniqlo, a japanese retail store recently open.
