Hallmark Crown Hotel

For me it nice comfy to stay with,, food also nice.. location ok... you can walk from the hotel to jonker street but hence it's my first time went in malacca I took grab.. but when I realised can walk actually but the sun ray too much so I haven't walk. Spacious also. With iron you can iron your cloths.. but if you want to watch tv, it's not smart tv.. 😅 but It's OK.. I don't watch. Will stay again there. & it's safe.. although room is not sound prof. But it's OK... if u are in deep sleeping ofcourse u can't hear anything. So I will give 7/10.

The Room Capacity - is good - complied with standards Deluxe room size, worth the price.Hotel Concept - such a contemporary urban structure of exterior, while its interior is modern and elegant. There is a little bit luxurious touches for the lobby that makes it look professional and welcoming. Rooms with minimalist furniture, good comfortable bed and functional layout. There is also slightly fusion of traditional elements in some areas. Services - staff is just friendly and nice.Location - in the heart of malacca city, just a little bit hidden as it’s located distinguished from Dataran Pahlawan, but still walkable in less than 5 minutes. Overall, this is a great hotel for those need privacy with coziness and loves the concept of urban contemporary with the unique touches of traditional fusion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was spacious and comfortable, though it looked a bit worn out. Air conditioning worked well, an iron was provided, and there were free tidbits. The bathroom even had a bathtub. The rooftop pool was a nice touch, with plenty of seating to relax and watch people swim. Lots of attractions within walking distance. Breakfast had plenty of options, and there were many empty tables even on a public holiday. Unfortunately, the taste was bland, which was a shame since everything else was great. Definitely an area that needs improvement.

Great value for money, would recommend. All facilities were great, staff was attentive and rooms were well-equipped and spacious enough. Location was good as you're 10 min walk from A Famosa, all other sights are in that area. Breakfast was very good and available till 11 am. Walking to and from the hotel was not comfortable due to the lack of pavement/sidewalk.

During my recent 5-day 4-night stay, I booked a family suite and had a pleasant experience overall. Initially, the room provided had issues with the air-conditioning, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating, promptly agreeing to switch us to a new room without any hassle.The family suite was spacious and well-furnished, with two single beds, one queen bed, and even a large sofa, making it comfortable for a group or family. The bathroom was clean, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The availability of free parking was also a plus, making it convenient for those traveling by car.The location of the hotel is excellent, situated close to tourist attractions and local food courts, which made exploring the area easy. Although I didn’t try the breakfast buffet this time, it is a nice touch that I look forward to experiencing on my next visit.Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable stay with helpful staff and a convenient location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, family-friendly accommodation option.

First time in this hotel, very old hotel with dirty carpets in room. AC not cold even if on the whole night. bad smell from toilet where you don’t even feel like being in the room. very small room. pool is also very old and dirty. regret going to this hotel. I had 3 days 2 nights booked but check out after 1 night since not comfortable to stay. even the bedsheets doesn’t have a pleasant smell. only good thing was breakfast even if no much choice but was tasty. not coming back to this hotel again. call to order food from kitchen but not responsible to give answer.

Check in was a breeze, however our room was in a different building as the lobby. The room was complete nonetheless and even had complimentary in-room snacks. The water pressure and water temperature is ok, and comes with a rain shower. The breakfast had many varieties, both local and intercontinental options. Ample in house parking lots too. The best part was the location, just a tad away from the bustling busy city center but just a nice walking distance towards it which makes it one of the best value for money stays in Melaka.

Not clean, room a lot of ants. Amenities provided only for 1 person even though the room is 2 person’s room (2 single bed). Only good is location is near city centre. But the hotel is old, and the bathroom hose keep leaking water but the hotel doesn’t take any action although we’ve feedback to the hotel.
