Just stayed here for a birthday celebration and overall it was lovely! The jetted spa tub is hard to beat and the bed and chairs were very comfortable. Views from the balcony and beach access were incredible. We enjoyed the pool as well, although the hot tub was a bit too heavy on chlorine. However, I had requested a bottle of champagne be waiting in the room and they had forgotten it. They brought it right up, tho, and the staff was very friendly and helpful otherwise. Would definitely recommend staying here for romantic getaways or self care nights. I also appreciated that the pool restricts children at the pool after 10 and that checkout is noon! Cute dog friendly accommodations. The trek down to the beach is well worth it. The hotel was beautiful and sprawling with a lot to explore, and the rooms felt updated and clean. I do wish the fireplace had better control features and that there had been a thermostat or HVAC of some kind. The room was so warm I didn’t actually sleep well during my stay despite the bed being comfortable. House keeping came while we were away at lunch and made the bed, left us fresh towels and more coffee and even did the dishes!

Nice hotel, the views of the beach are amazing! The staff were all wonderful and welcoming. 10/10 The pool and hot tub are big! And they had a sauna. We took our kids with us on this trip and they gave them sand buckets, that put a huge smile on our kids faces. Our room had complimentary snacks too 🥰 Would stay here again and recommend it for anyone wanting to be by the beach. Lots of good restaurants all around too.

All employees we met were friendly and professional. Our room was perfect for us. The view is stunning and the bed was very comfortable. We will be back! We loved Georgies for dinner and our waiter Jose was the best!

For our road trip, we initially planned just one night for Newport, but once we found this hotel we realized we should stay for at least two nights - though maybe we should have stayed for three. It was a great hotel, with a beautiful beach just down a staircase, with nicely designed rooms and a good indoor pool. I particularly appreciated the room's couch, which unfolded into a firm bed better than you usually get from a pull-out couch. While we did stay in nicer hotels on our trip, this one was the most expensive. Still, this was among the nicest, and beach access is valuable - so the price was likely fair.

I wanted to love this place! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Great location with beach access. Unfortunately, there was a smell that wasn’t initially apparent but got worse and worse throughout our stay. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from initially. By our third and last day it was unbearable and I was thankful to be leaving. The smell has permeated into our things. The smell is basically wet dog. I actually don’t think the hotel is dirty, I think they might need an enzymatic cleaner and a dehumidifier to get rid of the dog smell. I also think there should be an option to stay in a pet friendly or a not pet friendly room. My theory is that the smell is not noticeable on warm days but becomes “activated” with high humidity (why it wasn’t initially noticeable). Other than the smell, this place was great. I would upgrade this to 4.5 stars if smell wasn’t a factor.

My family stayed here for 2 nights recently. Overall it was a good experience, with some room for improvements. The good: the location was great. Beach access is very close. It can get really windy at the local beach though, so be prepared. Having the attached restaurant was very convenient. The pool and hot tub were very nice. (Most rooms require you to go outside to access them, so also be prepared for that after visiting the pool. There are no in-room robes, consider bringing your own.) The view from the lobby was very nice, and the lobby had cozy places to sit and a beverage station. Front desk staff was courteous. We enjoyed the loft room- allowing for some separation of space within our family. Could be better: The biggest negative is that we had to wait over an hour past check-in time to get our room. This is unacceptable. They did provide me a discount on my room due to their error, but I hope they work out whatever the problem was so other guests don't deal with this inconvenience. Although overall the room was clean, there were places that seemed overlooked - top of the headboard was dusty, the slats of the closet seemed dirty. Overall it was clean, but maybe lacking the deep clean from time to time. Also, the conditioner was out when I took my first shower. There was no bedding for the pull out bed, but it was quickly provided upon requesting it. The lobby serves complimentary coffee, it's the same coffee that they serve in the restaurant. But I thought the complimentary coffee could be stronger for my taste. All in all, it was a good stay, despite a couple hiccups.

I really enjoyed this stay. Beautiful rooms with fireplace, nice tub, comfy balcony, and a great view. There were even complimentary snacks in the room, which we all really appreciated. The saltwater Taffy at the front desk got pillaged by my aunt and mother, with me as a reluctant co-conspirator. Apparently it's good Taffy. Sorry.

Our visit here was great! We checked in, and the rooms are amazing. The view is of the entire ocean, and there is nothing blocking the view besides an occasional seagull. The room we stayed in had a loft, which was pretty cool. The room was clean, and had everything we needed. The tap water was also drinkable and filtered. The location of the hotel was nice, beach access has a lot of stairs to get down and up. Beds were comfortable, had a great stay! All the photos were taken from the balcony on the room.
