Hallmark Resort Newport

We had such a wonderful stay at the Hallmark Resort in Newport! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel cared for and welcomed. Irvin at the front desk is an absolute doll — so kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. Our room was beautiful with a cozy atmosphere and a perfect ocean view. We were surprised with free snacks for us and a sweet gift bag for our pup, which was such a thoughtful touch. My 81-year-old mom got to experience room service for the very first time, and Georgie’s made it extra special. Their food was delicious — especially the blueberry pancakes! Even when our neighbors accidentally (or not-so-accidentally!) took our breakfast, Georgie’s staff immediately made it right without hesitation. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out. Overall, this hotel exceeded every expectation. Between the amazing staff, the comfort of the room, the pet-friendly love, and the delicious food, this stay was unforgettable. We will absolutely be back! 💙🌊🐾

This is a great location with beautiful oceanfront views and easy beach access for walks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door, Georgie's, was very good as well. Nice pool and gym. My only complaint is that some of the furniture and interior doors were run down - not in the great shape I would expect for the price.

Nice ocean front property. Overall room was clean, tub was nice just wished it was a bit deeper and more comfortably for two adults. If you get a balcony room you can definitely see your neighbors on each side and if they wanted to they could very easily come onto your side of the balcony . You can also hear footsteps from those on the floor above. Overall 9/10 would recommend Room service was neat and a plus!

As someone seeking rest, relaxation, and reflection, this resort was the perfect sanctuary.||Exceptional Staff:||From my initial phone call, your team was outstanding. The front desk agent listened carefully and recommended the ideal unit. Upon arrival, Alex Garcia and Irvin H. were incredibly welcoming and arranged an early check-in, which was immensely helpful. Irvin went above and beyond assisting with printing needs as I prepared for a speech at Oregon State University. Kalley provided excellent local recommendations that led me to discover the historic bayfront, and she also helped print my final presentation documents on checkout day.||The Room:||The Limited Edition Two Queens Top Floor unit was stunning. The ocean view was breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the sound of waves was therapeutic. The fireplace added perfect ambiance, storage space was generous, the bed was comfortable with quality bedding, and the spacious balcony became my favorite spot.||Minor Suggestion:||The WiFi was occasionally spotty—my video calls dropped twice during my stay. While I embraced it as part of the rugged coast's autumn charm, more reliable WiFi would make the experience perfect.||Overall:||This stay was unforgettable. I'm planning to make this an annual tradition and will enthusiastically recommend Hallmark Resort Newport to friends and family.||Thank you for an exceptional experience!

We loved our stay at The Hallmark in Newport. The staff was incredibly kind and so happy to have us as guests. There was a welcome bag for our dog, and snacks for us in the room. The room was clean and well stocked with extra blankets and pillow, a fan for warmer nights, and an entertainment hub for us to plug into! We had a room with a tub, which was so relaxing. The bath salts provided were a wonderful touch. Georgie's restaurant was wonderful for dinner with attentive service.

The Hallmark staff helped us check in early, which completely turned our rainy day blues away. The room was superior and the view was incredible. Turning on the fireplace with the flip of a switch and sitting at the giant windows looking at the gorgeous Pacific completely soothed our souls. We never even left the property at all! Georgie's restaurant was delicious. Could not have had a better experience! Thank you for making our short stay feel like a long restorative vacation.

Great rooms with ocean view balcony, easy access to the beach, this was our second stay. We enjoyed our time, will definitely plan a return stay. Just have long drive and mountain pass to negotiate. November is a good time to visit the Oregon coast, just be prepared for possible rain and wind, know there are many super nice fall days on the Oregon coast.

Really impressed with this hotel! Nice greeting upon arrival. Complimentary beach toys for the kids, complimentary snacks waiting in the room, which was very clean and all of it felt like a great value for the price. Right on the ocean. Was very impressed and would definitely go back. Pool / hot tub was nice and open late.
