Hey there, folks! So, I gotta tell ya, Halloween Nights at Eastern State Prison - it's definitely a four out of five stars kind of deal. This place has got it goin' on. Picture this: several haunted houses, each with its own unique spooky theme, and let me tell you, they've really gone all out on the scare factor.
Now, what's a good scare without a bit of liquid courage, right? Well, they've got that covered too, with several beer gardens and food areas. You won't be going hungry or thirsty, that's for sure.
But what really sets this place apart are the little nooks and crannies where you can take a load off around campfires. And the live shows - dancers, singers, and storytellers - they add that extra oomph to the experience.
Now, here's the kicker, the absolute coolest part: they've turned Al Capone's actual prison cell into a speakeasy. But here's the bummer, it's VIP only. If that were open to the regular public, this place would easily be a five-star joint.
And speaking of layout, here's a little suggestion: they should let you kick off the night with a drink in Al Capone's speakeasy rather than saving it for the very end. That'd be the cherry on top.
So, in a nutshell, Eastern State Prison on Halloween Nights - it's a really, really neat experience. If they made that speakeasy accessible to everyone and mixed up the timing a bit, it'd be a solid five stars, no doubt. But for now, it's a four-star haunt you don't wanna miss!
