i always go with: beef hamban and earl grey highball! perfect combo for me 🤍✨ as for the sauce, i love to try it all hehehe beware of the waiting time, as they have a limited seat. oh, for the catchtable waiting list, i hope they will add e-mail option in the future, so foreigners can easily join the waiting list. (it was hard for me, without korean number.)

This hamburg steak restaurant offers a unique concept where three different cuts of meat are served in sequence. Each cut is paired with its own carefully matched sauce, allowing diners to enjoy a progression of flavors and textures. The quality of the meat is excellent, with distinct characteristics in taste and texture for each portion, and the cooking is spot-on throughout. There was no wait when entering at 5 PM on a weekday, but by 6 PM a line had begun to form. Visiting earlier is recommended for a more relaxed dining experience.

The food was great. I especially enjoyed the chicken one. The staff was really friendly and recommended which sauce goes with which meat patty.

Pretty limited seat on 10 i guess… so u need come early n put your phone number on their tablet for queuing. It was great experience. Great meat n condiments :)

Well thought out restaurant that is worth a visit. "a visit" is empathized here. Food is okay. I don't think I'll go back for a second.

Food is awesome and Chefs were friendly. Chefs were ready to recommend sauces for each type of dish for the best experience.

I waited for 120 minutes, and it's not worth it. Clever tactic, but would not wait again.
