Nice basic hotel right next to Frankfurt train station. Surprisingly quiet. Very clean, beds were comfortable, shower was good. We arrived late at nice and the staff person was very friendly and helpful. Free WiFi. No coffee in the room, which was a bummer. There is a paid buffet on offer with pastries and meats and cheeses. It looked nice, but since we were in a bit of a hurry to head to the airport via train, we got food at the station. ||I recommend this as a nice place stay near the train station, but for the absence of coffee.

The noise from the AC and in the bathroom was very loud. I couldn’t sleep as AC was horribly loud. The location isn’t great either - ok if you need to catch a train, but very dodgy area, I felt unsafe in the streets. the curtains had massive holes and were all dirty - no apology from the administration after complaint both in person and over email, only acknowledgment. +There is parking , but good 10 mins walking and €18 per night, bed was comfortable but double bed is two twin beds staying together, ok on the clean side, wifi was sufficient and free.

Was a very good hotel .. near the Station .. the breakfast was delicious and Service was amazing and they told us about the best places to go in Frankfurt and suitable for Kids. I think that you should also go there tonight before tomorrow.

Staff at reception was very friendly and has a sense of humor. Checked in smoothly. Room very clean and quiet on 5/F. Space good enough for me. Has a small fridge, safe and room temp comfortable. Bathroom had sliding door which I like.|Just stayed one night before flying home. Good choice.

A last minute accommodation that is very close from Frankfurt station that was clean, comfortable and quiet. Don't forget to ask for your free drinks if booking directly with the hotel, but there are no free hamburger.... Nice staff and the best value close to the station.

Every single staff member we came across in this hotel was excellent. Thank you! You are the best part of our stay. ||This hotel is across the street from the main train station. You can see the blue sign of the hotel when you walk out from the station. Our room had double (or maybe even triple) glazed windows and great light-blocking curtains for a good night sleep. King size bed is not one large bed but two king single beds pushed together, which is not ideal (but quite common in Europe we heard). |The only thing we didn't like about this hotel is the area that it's in. And this is not the hotel's fault. The area has the usual train station flaw: not the cleanest, safest, quietest place in town. Too many hanging out on the sidewalk nearby with seemingly nothing to do. |Overall this hotel is great value for money. I recommend it if you're looking for a place to spend a night or two for transit purposes. If you're staying for quite a few nights in order to see Frankfurt, I'd recommend another area such as Romer.

Everything was good until a bed bug was found… In fact, everything was nice, including the location, receptionist, and the room. However, everything was ruined until a big, mature bed bug was found…it is a big trouble for me as I need deep cleaning. I felt disappointed with this experience.

Yelp
Stayed here for one night before leaving Germany. We arrived back to Frankfurt via the train, so the hotel worked out. It was few minutes walking distance from the station and we took the subway to the airport from here as well. Check-in was simple, friendly staff members. The elevator is super small, however three of us fit with our luggage. The room was decent, three twin beds, enough space to move around, the bathroom was nice. They had a small fridge, no microwave and no water heater for coffee. However, if you go to the front desk, they will give you a water heater to use during your stay. The AC system is bit weird, make sure to close all your windows, turn it on to low and leave it for 10 minutes and you'll feel the cool air come out. The AC won't work if you have the windows open, so be mindful of that.

Yelp
No complaints from me on this place. It is a well-run, small boutique hotel just outside the main Frankfurt Hauptbahnoff exit. If you exit, turn left and left again. The hotel is about a half block down on your right hand side. I walked all around the area and the Red Light District is about 4 blocks away, well away from the hotel and it felt completely safe the entire time I was there. It is in the central part of busy Frankfurt so it is not an ultra quiet location but for my purposes (a quick overnight near the train station to catch a train the next day), it was perfect. The interior is modern, clean and the service is excellent. They even have a normal shower...not a European special with the half glass barrier that allows for overspray all over the bathroom. That alone is so rare to find in a European hotel that it should get an award just for that amenity! Breakfast was included and the spread was outstanding for a hotel of this small size and for the price. My rate was 77 Euros for the night with breakfast. Within a couple blocks are places to eat, drink and get late night kebabs as is my habit to have in my room when I wake up at 2am starving from jet lag. I have no problem putting this place on my list of go-to hotels when traveling through Europe.

Yelp
Perfect for a short stay. It's right next to the hauptbahnhof, the staff are nice and accommodating, the room is modern and clean, and the bed is comfy! It's not the best area in town but I would say it looks safe enough than the rest of the viertel. For the price, it's also worth it if you're only staying for a night or two.

Yelp
Hotel super close to train station (north exit). Rooms clean and good size. Bathroom same. Water temp and pressure perfect. Has aircon! TV has tonnes of channels. We watched Return of the Jedi in German for a laugh. German Darth Vader and Han Solo nailed it. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Also speak both German and English. We had a problem with our key, fixed straight away. Restaurants are close by and cater to all tastes. Neighbourhood is a bit rough, but don't let that put you off. Police Station across the road, heard the odd siren (two), but even though the room faced the street and on be first floor was very quiet. Perfect if you need to get to the airport or want a regional train. Can't recommend this place enough.
