Literally received a steak in a bun and nothing else. Don’t order for delivery here.

Hard to find a good veggie burger, but they have it nailed pretty well. Crisp, crunchy texture, fresh ingredients. Also had the crinkle fries, with good condiments (we don't take this for granted in Brazil) and flavor/texture. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Busy place, but not crazy; great vibe.

Good hamburger, and nice French fries. Place is always crowded and waiting to be seated is usual. I recommend going in small groups, 4 the most. You'll wait for the waiter to take your order. But you'll get your meal between 10 and 15 minutes. Drinks are expensive, Some different beers are available. The hamburgers have an OK price, not cheap, but not too expensive.. between R$18 and 30 each. The taste is good, not awesome. have been here twice, will come again surely.

Only one bad thing to say. Don’t have gluten free bread option. Everything else, wonderful. Good price for superb quality

My girlfriend and I went to Bullguer with very high expectations after reading many good reviews online and in various publications - and we were extremely disappointed with our burgers. We tried the Lumberjack and the crinkle fries. While the fries were quite tasty and well seasoned, the burger was a disaster. (1) The pickles were tasteless and tough. (2) The cheese was devoid of any flavor whatsoever. (3) The construction of the burger was fast-food quality at best. (4) While the meat was not bad, it was not any better than a typical fast food restaurant. Also, we ordered our burgers medium rare (I was with a Brazilian, so there was nothing lost in translation) and basically received steak tartar. (5) They are very small, and therefore quite pricey for the size. (6) The bacon was tough, with some bites reminding me of bacon flavored jerky. I have had better burgers at Burger King, and unlike most Brazilians who have given this joint high marks, I grew up eating good burgers (not at Burger King) and know one when I eat one - and this was not one. If you are an experienced burger junkie, and are looking for a good burger in São Paulo, this is not the best choice. In fact, there are at least three other locations within walking distance of Bullguer that are superior. It has been my experience in Brazil (living here now seven years) that the burger is still a culinary art that they have yet to master, as I have had very few good ones during my stay here. If you are a seasoned burger vet, scratch this one off your list - its not worth it and you will probably be disappointed.

Best burger in Sao Paulo, hands down. Deliscious soft, tasty meat on a amazing bun. Fries are great (no paprika for me please), and the apple pie with ice cream was great. No frills place, nothing fancy but has a nice outside area also. You must try it here if your in town.

Simple, but great burguer. I super recommend the berry lemonade!

Long line outside even the tables are not totally used. Quality okay. Service good. Pricrs fair. Don't order cheese please, Camembert without cranberry gel, tastes awful. Meat is good. French fries very short - baby potatoes? As brasileiros would say a chicken place, the rest doesn't really count.

Yelp
Nice hamburger in São Paulo. Umami-esque, but ingredients could be more imaginative. Got a serious Yankee vibe going...from Goose Island beer, to apple pie (almost chortled when the waiter offered this singular dessert option--how very American). Long wait on a rainy Sunday evening (limited space for queuing). Friendly service. Good prices when you're discounting by 75% (thank you, strong U.S. Dollar). Would return. *Note: this is a 4/5 star burger if one were comparing only against local SP options. I'm comparing against the world's best burgers (which we all realize are found in the land of apple pie). Unfair comparison? You decide.

Yelp
The food here came very fast. We ordered then, after 5 minutes, the fries, the drink and the burguer came (in this order). The fries were ok. They were a little cold, but tasted good. Not too oily. What made them so good was the mayo. It had a moderate garlic flavour and doesn't taste like any other mayo I have ever tasted. It really taste great, but.. I'mma garlic fan, so I may have a biased opinion about it. The berries lemonade was awesome. I could actually taste all of them, and not only the lemonade, which often happens in other places. This drink is made from actual berries, and not a "juice" made from berries, making it possible to eat them after you drink it all. Also, there were some lime and lemon pieces inside. The burguer was very good. The lumberjack one is composed by bacon, pickles, cheese, onion and meat. Although it came out in no time to me, it was hot. Furhermore, it doesn't feel heavy like other burguers. I ordered a "duplo" lumberjack (two meats), shared both fries and drink with my girlfriend and and was satisfied. The service was nice. The waiter had the patience to help us through our first experience at the restaurant. He was also kind by asking how everything was. The place plays a loud music, but I think it fits right in. The atmosphere, the decoration and all were all well thought. For the best part, it is very accessible compared to others hamburguer restaurants with same quality. Two "duplo" burguers, one fries and one drink totalled R$72,60. Me and my girlfriend were both very satisfied in the end.
