This island is beautiful with so much to do and see. The epitomy of relaxation and activities. The abundance of beautiful views and a large selection of accommodation and eateries. Easy access around the island if you hire a buggy and some accommodation places offer a buggy with your stay. Can’t recommend enough.

Enjoyed the island just didn't get the best of weather. Lots to do and see so a week is probably a good amount of time to stay! However as we're a captured audience it's quite pricey!

It was so fun I went on the tour to Whitsundays and I saw a stingray but I stayed on a hotel in front of cats eye beach and I did canoeing and paddle boarding but heck that beach has a lot of algae and seaweed around, didn’t see any but they have turtles

it was good because of the beautiful view of the beach and lots of activities to do on the island. I enjoyed going to Whitehaven beach and eating fish and chips at the docks

I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Hamilton Island, and I can’t stop raving about it! The island's stunning natural beauty is simply breathtaking—white sandy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and lush green landscapes everywhere you look. Turtles in Catseye beach just like puppy dogs swimming right up to me wow The accommodations were fantastic, with a range of options to suit every budget above medium. I stayed at Sunset waters 6, which offered great features. The only issue was a week out i was told the pool was out of order. One of the highlights of my trip was exploring the Great Barrier Reef. The snorkeling and diving opportunities were out of this world! The marine life was vibrant and abundant, making it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Hamilton Island is also a paradise for food lovers. I enjoyed delicious meals at various restaurants, each offering fresh, local ingredients and exquisite flavors. The IGA is great for affordable shopping and alcohol however most things are still @ 20% more expensive. The Island is cashless so charges are put on all Tap and go. The island also has plenty of activities to keep you busy—hiking, golfing, and even water sports. I loved taking a Dinging out on the water and enjoying the stunning scenery from a different perspective. Overall, Hamilton Island is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking relaxation and adventure. We visited due to a wedding on the Island and it was worth all the effort and expense. I can't wait to return to this slice of paradise!

What a place!! From the moment we stepped off the plane the service and hospitality was 10/10. I could not fault a single restaurant, staff member or meal. My partner and I stayed at Beach Club for my birthday. We had a fabulous stay, which included majority of the activities, gym, tennis courts, private driver, breakfast, beach front room and infinity pool. By far the best place I have stayed in Australia. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Every restaurant we went to the food was fantastic and they each have their own vibe. There is so much to do on the island from walks, beach activities, live music, sunset spots, gym classes, courts, day trips and it is easy to get around. We will most definitely be coming back especially with the direct 2 hour flight from Sydney. Thank you for the best 6 days!

We spent a week on Hamilton Island, very beautiful place. The view from our hotel never got old, the turquoise blue water is mesmerising. The island is small enough but big enough to enjoy. There are two bus services that take you anywhere you need to go to on the island. Plenty of eateries, make sure you book in advance, they get busy. Enjoy your holiday time there!

This place is magical. this was just a completely different experience. You drive buggies around the island and no cars are there. It's very small but the wildlife is superb. There are amazing birds that'll come to you when you eat outside. There are many option for resturants which need reservations in advance in most cases. We stayed at Qualia which is one of the best hotels on the island. Took a helicopter to the great barrier reef and that was probably the best experience of my life ever! Would come back anyday here. The best memories of my life.
