Hamilton Island

We recently spent four wonderful nights on the island with our family, and we were absolutely blown away by the experience from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations, but we especially wanted to give a heartfelt shout-out to Paul. From the moment we arrived, Paul made us feel genuinely welcome, checking us into the hotel with a big smile and a friendly, professional manner. Over the following days, we seemed to run into him everywhere — two nights later he was seating us at the pizzeria, effortlessly helping out wherever he was needed. It was clear he was one of those rare team members who truly does it all. The next day at Sails, despite some rough weather, we witnessed just how dedicated he is. While guests rushed indoors to escape the wind and rain, Paul ran straight out into the storm, making sure the outdoor area was safe and looked after during the high winds. His work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment were nothing short of incredible. Paul is a true asset to the resort and made our stay even more memorable. Experiences like this are what turn a great holiday into an unforgettable one. Thank you to everyone at Hilton Island 🏝️

It’s a shame the weather was so rainy after Cyclone Koji, but we still had an amazing time! My husband went on the nature trail to Coral cove and it was quite the walk, but very beautiful in the end. Just be careful of the weather if you’re planning to go since the hike/walk is on a mountain, and the paths flood easily. Shoutout to one of the bus drivers, Osama! He was wonderful and very accommodating of my family, helping us carry the pram onto the bus and overall being extremely kind :)

We spent a week on Hamilton Island, very beautiful place. The view from our hotel never got old, the turquoise blue water is mesmerising. The island is small enough but big enough to enjoy. There are two bus services that take you anywhere you need to go to on the island. Plenty of eateries, make sure you book in advance, they get busy. Enjoy your holiday time there!

We decided to visit Hamilton Island as a day trip on our recent visit to Airlie Beach and what day we had. Absolutely loved it and will come back to stay a few nights. Such a beautiful Island. Lots of restaurants to choose from, bakery is available and as well as other small shops. Lots of water sports, pools and beach access everywhere. Great day out. Got to see Daydream Island on the way.

Such a gorgeous place, full of wildlife, nature, beaches and sun. We snorkelled The Great Barrier Reef and it was breath taking.

Beautiful island. If you're there for a race week or some other occasion it can be really fun. There's a beautiful pool bar at the resort.

This island is beautiful with so much to do and see. The epitomy of relaxation and activities. The abundance of beautiful views and a large selection of accommodation and eateries. Easy access around the island if you hire a buggy and some accommodation places offer a buggy with your stay. Can’t recommend enough.

This place is magical. this was just a completely different experience. You drive buggies around the island and no cars are there. It's very small but the wildlife is superb. There are amazing birds that'll come to you when you eat outside. There are many option for resturants which need reservations in advance in most cases. We stayed at Qualia which is one of the best hotels on the island. Took a helicopter to the great barrier reef and that was probably the best experience of my life ever! Would come back anyday here. The best memories of my life.
