Hamilton Pork

We liked the food at Hamilton pork, good bbq and good service. We originally asked for a booth but immediately moved because there was a cockroach crawling across the table. Table had crumbs and clearly had not been cleaned. Otherwise meal was fine, enjoyed the various tacos, liked that you could order one of each. Big tacos. Good in house bbq sauces.

Meats were a bit dry. Had to use lots of table sauces to add flavor. Ambience is relaxed and comfortable. Service is good and timely

I was pleasantly surprised with the bbq here. I ordered the two meat platter with brisket and spare ribs, both tasted amazing. The only thing I would say is the brisket was a touch on the dry side and the ribs were tender to the point where they were mushy. But they were still tasty. Service was great and the $5 margarita was good.

The food was good, however, not raving... Food photos look amazing. However, something is missing.. Service was initially fast, then non-existent. Order was bought out with missing food, and the waitress was negligent on serving beverages other than water..

The food was either overly salty or dry. The server was excellent and the atmosphere was as well. The waitress was wonderful and recommended great drinks.. yet I expected more from the food..

Hamilton Pork exceeded our expectations on our first visit as a family! The brisket, pulled pork was incredibly tender and the sides have been amazing - mac & cheese, fries, and sweet beans. The laid back vibe and friendly staff made it super welcoming, even for our 4 year old, who loved the fries. We will come back soon!

Had Brisket Nachos Smoked spicy Buffalo Chicken Jalepeno Cornbread Mexicorn ½ Rack of Ribs The waiter was a great guy. Constant water supply whenever we was low on our cups. He was very professional, friendly, and polite. The food came in timely order and not all at once so we won't feel overwhelmed. As for the food itself... ... It was... ok. Nothing special. The smoked wings was just smoked "Frank's Red Hot". According to my bf, it was a bit burnt when it comes to the texture. I personally like the barkish texture, so it's debatable on how it turned out. Just the lack of bbq sauce originality and moisture was most agreeable. The Jalepeno Cornbread was the most fluffiest cornbread I've ever had. You get your money worth from the slice, but the only issue was the spiciness from the jalepeno wasn't there. It was good if there was sweet spicy combo if suggested. Mexicorn was just ...corn. I expected to have more impact, but nope. Corn. Nachos with Brisket was really good. Nothing wrong with it. We got mostly full from it. All in all, they just gotta be more bold with adding flavor and have more impact with the sauce instead of relaying on Frank's Red Hot. 6.5/10 ...ehh..

My wife and I really love this place. We live 45 minutes away but it’s the best bbq in the area. We’ve been a bunch of times and the food and service have always been great. Today I placed an order for pickup and when I got home I realized I only picked up one of the two bags from my order. They were nice enough to make sure I got the rest of my order sent to me so I didn’t have to go all the way back again to pick it up. So not only is the food all really amazing, but they run a great business. Will gladly go out of our way to get our bbq only from Hamilton Pork as long as we live in the area!
