Is a very good service and reception from the entire team members they was so kind. The concern was we tried to call for a booking. But no one answered the phone. And when we went there. It was only one person could use the facility. About the timing must be information ℹ️ center or at least must answer the Phone call from the people wants to have appointments. The rest is good.

It started as soon as we got inside. We were given the keys to the lockers. There were towels, a robe and a blanket in the locker. The robe was yellow and smelled like massage oil. Changed, the second one was the same. The cost of the visit is 45€. I think this is expensive for Hamam and pool, sauna was not working. There are no towel holders! In order to go into the pool it must be thrown on the partition well and in order to go to the shower after the hamam it had to be thrown on the floor or carried to the next room. The pool. It's small. And of course, it implies that people won't be doing sports swimming there. I stood near the edge of the pool but the tiles are peeling and dirty. For that price, there's no soap in any of the showers. Now I understand why the robe was dirty. I won't go to that place a second time

I went to cent ciels recently and had a very relaxing time. A very nice facility but what made it even more enjoyable was Mohammad’s charming hospitality, he explained everything at our arrival with a big smile and great spirit, made sure that we were taking care of during the whole time and would check from time to time if we needed anything! The place has two steam rooms a sauna, a small pool, and a couple of resting rooms, where you could have a little nap. Great facility, Amazing staff! Well done.

This was the second time I visited. The first time was in 2018 pre-Covid. Although we had a great time and the place is beautiful, a lot of the extra perks had been taken away. The cost is 45€ to just use the spa and it’s quite expensive especially when they don’t give you shampoo to use for the showers. The shower gel could have acted as shampoo but there was none in the dispensers. Just water. In 2018 they used to keep free rose water and lotion in the changing rooms for customers. It’s a bit sad to see it come down like that.

Sadly, ALL the negative feedbacks written previously are true. Customer service is nowhere to be found. The staff from the reception, masseuse and at the restaurant are seemingly miserably unhappy in their job and completely unqualified to be in the service industry. Scandalized with the positive reviews written here, to be honest. Oh well. NEVER COMING BACK.

This hammam is magical (writing here for all of the anglophones; p.s. Mohamed who works there speaks English). It’s one of the largest steam bathhouses I’ve experienced: purely relaxing, restorative, and transformative. There are three ways to experience the heat, a pool to cool off, and two after-hammam rooms upstairs to lounge wearing robes as long as your soul desires. They offer delicious goûter or dinner too. If you’re lucky to meet Mohamed there he will guide you through the art of bathing with grace and hospitality. Happy steaming 🧖 🧖‍♀️

I would definitely recommend the exfoliating experience, it was really nice. The hammams are also very cosy and the staff so helpful. I would come back again.

Yelp
It should be noted that this review is for the hammam, not the restaurant. For information, I give the restaurant two stars. For 14€ I was served a salad of iceberg lettuce with four very deeply fried samosa looking triangles that were more grease than they were meat and cheese. I was hungry less than an hour later. HOWEVER, the hammam itself is gorgeous. It's very clean, the staff are very polite, and I got my scrub and detox on like a boss. It is NOT cheap, but they give you towels and robes and clothes to lay on and honestly, this is Boulogne so I expected classy. I even got my own membership card despite not living in Paris and likely not returning anytime soon. Although it was a waste of plastic, it did make me feel elite and special, so there's that. If you're on a budget, buy your black soap and scrub mitten on your way over, and then bring a friend who you feel comfortable scrubbing your back for you to avoid the price of paying a professional to do it. An excellent way to pass the day when it's dark, cold, and raining out, and a fantastic place to sweat out toxins and clean up your skin as seasons change. Pro-tip: if you want to splurge on a professional scrub, mask or massage, you need to reserve in advance. Walk-ins are, however, accepted if you just want to use the facilities.
