Hammam SPA

My husband and I recently visited this spa and massage center, and we had an incredibly wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, answering every question we had with patience. They took the time to explain each massage option and its benefits, which we appreciated deeply. The facility itself is beautifully maintained, offering comfort and tranquility that enhanced our visit. The spa services were top-notch, delivered by professionals who truly understand the art of relaxation. We felt a profound sense of calm and rejuvenation after our treatments, exactly what we were hoping for. What stood out to us was the attention to our preferences for massage pressure. I prefer a strong pressure, and my husband, who usually requires more pressure than most, found the massage to be perfectly tailored to our needs, exceeding our expectations. The staff's professionalism and politeness throughout our visit made us feel truly valued and taken care of. Their exceptional service has left a lasting impression on us. Unfortunately, my experience at this hammam was very disappointing. The towels had an unpleasant smell, and I spent most of the time sitting in the sauna and steam room waiting for the staff. The exfoliation with the glove was rushed and extremely rough, and the massage lasted barely five minutes. No one explained the steps or structure of the ritual, which made the whole experience confusing. The atmosphere was gloomy, and the staff seemed unhappy to be there. I was surprised by a hair wash — something I wasn’t informed about — and it was quite uncomfortable. At the end, we were not given proper towels to dry off, only thin wraps. There were no oils, scents, or any relaxing products used during the entire ritual, which made the experience feel even more basic and unpleasant. When I mentioned my concerns and went to pay, the receptionist told me there was no need to pay but reacted nervously and with hostility. Overall, instead of relaxation, I received an unprofessional service and left feeling disappointed. Definitely not recommended.

This hammam was a complete disaster. The place smelled bad, and even the towels had a strong cigarette odor. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed through the service the massage was way too quick and lacked any care. On top of that, the waiting time between treatments was far too long. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Really disappointed. My packet included: Sauna (literally lasted 15 minutes) 2/5 ⭐ Hammam (they didn't applied black soap before, just scrub after sauna for 3 minutes whole body, then it was a nice part of massaging most body for 10 minutes, bubbles were nice but didn't cover the whole body, in the end hair wash which was really nice. for hammam 3/5 ⭐ Body massage which I thought means whole body, back and front, not only neck, back, and back of legs. Technique that could be learned in 20 minutes by anyone. The girl was nice. 2.5/5 ⭐ Face mask: my package was gold mask, but I received algae.. it was nice either way 4.5/5 ⭐ Face massage: a joke 2/5 ⭐ In the end I asked if I could have a tea. They said they can't make at that moment. (at 19:20, they close at 22:00) I liked the aesthetic I didn't liked that the door were not insulated. While having the massage, I could hear the scrubbing and cleaning of the floors from the other door. Such a bitter after taste.

LVery pleasant atmosphere, the perfect place to relax. The staff are extremely friendly. I’ll gladly come back here for my next vacation :)

What a wonderful experience! First time taking my partner. Thought it would be a great idea for a pre-birthday treat, he didn’t know what to expect but enjoyed it! The ladies here were all so welcoming and lovely. We had the private Hammam and we’ve come out so relaxed. The place itself it clean and a great ambience. The food, drink and shish was a perfect finish to the day - delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone :) Dziekuje bardzo!

I had an incredible experience. I went for the HAMMAM AL-AMIRA. It is advertised at 170mins and I was in there for 3 hours. The hammam was great and was followed by a massage and face mask. Felt incredibly relaxed after. The whole experience was 610zlt - about £125 - incredible when you think what that would cost in the UK. The products used seem really good - my skin was glowing, soft skin and hair. The staff are lovely. I will definitely be back. ❤️
