Hammam SPA

Really disappointed. My packet included: Sauna (literally lasted 15 minutes) 2/5 ⭐ Hammam (they didn't applied black soap before, just scrub after sauna for 3 minutes whole body, then it was a nice part of massaging most body for 10 minutes, bubbles were nice but didn't cover the whole body, in the end hair wash which was really nice. for hammam 3/5 ⭐ Body massage which I thought means whole body, back and front, not only neck, back, and back of legs. Technique that could be learned in 20 minutes by anyone. The girl was nice. 2.5/5 ⭐ Face mask: my package was gold mask, but I received algae.. it was nice either way 4.5/5 ⭐ Face massage: a joke 2/5 ⭐ In the end I asked if I could have a tea. They said they can't make at that moment. (at 19:20, they close at 22:00) I liked the aesthetic I didn't liked that the door were not insulated. While having the massage, I could hear the scrubbing and cleaning of the floors from the other door. Such a bitter after taste.

Had a fabulous experience here. Sauna is gorgeous - only wished I could spend longer in it - hammam was really fun and the massage after was superb (my therapist was a physiotherapy student so he knew what he was doing). Thank you!

I booked a hammam treatment today. The total duration was listed as 80 minutes, including a sauna session, scrub, and foam massage in the hammam. Here’s how it actually went: first, you spend about 15 minutes in the sauna. Then you're invited into the hammam, where you continue sitting/lying down and waiting — in my case, for another 10–15 minutes. After that, a very lovely staff member came in and spent a bit more time preparing things for the treatment. The scrub and foam massage were done quite quickly, and while both were pleasant, they lasted maybe 30 to 35 minutes in total — definitely not close to the full 80 minutes advertised. There's also a hair wash at the end. So if the actual hands-on treatment time is around half an hour, I think it would be fairer to describe it more clearly in the offer. That said, the interior, atmosphere, and staff are all wonderful — very clean, beautiful, and relaxing.

I had an incredible experience. I went for the HAMMAM AL-AMIRA. It is advertised at 170mins and I was in there for 3 hours. The hammam was great and was followed by a massage and face mask. Felt incredibly relaxed after. The whole experience was 610zlt - about £125 - incredible when you think what that would cost in the UK. The products used seem really good - my skin was glowing, soft skin and hair. The staff are lovely. I will definitely be back. ❤️

I visited the spa with my friends and it was amazing! We had a hammam treatment and we continued with massage. Their employees was very kind and make sure that we are comfortable. I suggest it to everyone who wants to relax more on their vacation!!

What a wonderful experience! First time taking my partner. Thought it would be a great idea for a pre-birthday treat, he didn’t know what to expect but enjoyed it! The ladies here were all so welcoming and lovely. We had the private Hammam and we’ve come out so relaxed. The place itself it clean and a great ambience. The food, drink and shish was a perfect finish to the day - delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone :) Dziekuje bardzo!
