Hammamhane

We love this boutique hotel! Our superior studio is spacious, quiet and very clean. Staff are helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is yummy! The location is in a hip, artsy neighborhood and about 6 mins walk to the main shopping street Istiklal. The hotel is part of a traditional hammam next door that dates back to 1831. We love the stylish architecture of the hotel!

We had a wonderful experience at Hammamhane. The staff is extremely professional, they have helped us with every single detail to ensure that our stay was super comfortable and enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised with the exceptional breakfast spread, they had so many wonderful and yummy options including gluten-free bread for one of our friends who has a food allergy. (hard to find in Turkey) We would highly recommend this hotel, not too far from Istiklal street and with many wonderful antique shops to explore along the way.

First of all, I’ve been amazed by the interior design of the hotel and how they’ve combined the modern design with the traditional one. Transportation is quiet easy and straightforward since it is located close to one of the most famous streets in Istanbul. I’d highly recommend the Superior Studio if you are planning to stay as 2 people, room is quiet spacious and you have all the amenities you’d need inside. I’d also give 10/10 for the cleanliness of the room and the whole facility actually. Also all staff was exceptional with their friendly and helpful attitude. Lastly, breakfast was quiet tasty and there was nothing to be complained about. I’d like to thank all the staff and management of Hammamhane.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the people in the kitchen were great. The food was delicious, the beds were comfortable and the atmosphere in the hotel was very cosy. Moreover, the hotel is in a great neighbourhood. We felt completely at home here - highly recommended!

Hammamhane is such a homey little hotel, we highly enjoyed our stay here while in Istanbul for the first time. The room, while showing some minor wear and tear, was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the desk staff were very helpful. |Keep the balcony door closed if you want a 0% chance of cats in your room!

We arrive way early than our check in time. The staff were sooooo great with us. Gave us directions, a nice coffee. The room is excellent, the hotel is in a great location, all installations are new, very well decorated, amazing staff. I’d for sure stay here any time soon. The shower soap the offer it’s really nice quality. There’s free water as you need and the breakfast…. One of the bests I ever had in a hotel.

My two adult daughters and I had a fabulous stay at Hamamhane. Both our apartments were spacious, clean, well appointed and serviced every day. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee machine and the coffee pods provided every day. A really big bonus (particularly in Istanbul) was the provision of drinking water/water filters, on every floor and at reception, and reusable glass bottles. The breakfast was ample and you can choose from a traditional Turkish breakfast or a western breakfast. Tea and coffee is available all day. Check-in was so easy with reception being open from early morning to late at night. It was also lovely to say hello to whoever was on reception when you walk in and out during the day. Huge shout out to Berat and Efe, who couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful! The location is fantastic. We loved the arty neighbourhood of Beyoglou. An easy walk to Taksim Square. There are chemists and supermarkets nearby. We walked everywhere and it wasn't an issue to walk from our apartment across the Galata Bridge to all the main tourist attractions. Make sure you go via Karakoy for the best baklava! We would definitely stay there again - and hopefully will be in Istanbul again soon. Absolutely loved it!

Wonderful, small hotel in a cute neighborhood. Friendly staff, unique and comfy rooms, and a killer breakfast. Hipster and stylish, great music on their playlists in the common areas and relaxing patios. Did I mention the staff is wonderful? Seriously. No place I will stay on Istanbul.

This hotel is a gem! Would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful breakfast, kind staff, great location! The manager is fabulous. He even got me a cake for my birthday. Bilal was great, as was Ufuk, the kitchen and cleaning staff were also lovely. The rooms have washers! Can't say enough good things about this.
