It's located in Station 1 in a very quiet are, 5 minutes walking to the beach and there are local restaurants and shops just 2 minutes walking distance. We stayed in the villa with pool and it was an amazing place to stay, quiet, relax with your own kitchen. Super well equipped! The staff is careful and very friendly and the food is really good, the breakfasts are great!||||Boutique hotel which means quite and they give you the attention that you deserve no like other hotels with many rooms where you cant get attend in this way. If you like perosnal treatment this is your place. Prices are affordable for their offerings :)

Location: 5star, as it is only 3-5mins walk to White Beach Station 1. Service: Excellent Service provided by all staff. From Morning till Night. I message them ahead of time to let them know that we are honeymooners and also asked them to help me buy cake for my husband's birthfay as I want to give him a simple surprise. The staff recognized us as we reached the hotel and give me signal so that they can help me buy a cake for my husband and set it up in our room. When we had our first day, the room set up was really amazing- my husband was so surprised and asked me how the hotel knew that we were on our honeymoon. And even his birthday. They are very helpful as well, when we asked if they can help us to call for a service going to port on our last day of stay. Food: food was really nice and worth for the price. Hotel also provides towel and mats if you want to go for swim on the beach. Overall, Excellent and surely will stay here again if we come back to Boracay!

I stayed 3 nights at the Hampstead Boutique Hotel and highly recommend it. I would have stayed longer if I could. The exceptionally-friendly and helpful staff is what sets the Hampstead apart from other hotels. My room was very clean and the air conditioning was ample. The location is perfect for station 1: close to the beach but not on the main street, so it was quiet and peaceful. To walk from the lobby to the beach takes less than 5 minutes. The front desk has complementary beach towels, mats, and umbrellas to use. The hotel restaurant was great. I recommend the chorizo and crab pasta! My only criticism is there were only 2 towels in the bathroom but I'm sure the front desk would have happily accommodated my request for more. I can't wait to come back to Boracay and stay at the Hampstead!

The hotel is decent but it is expensive compared to everywhere else in the Philippines - but not Borocay. Good to stay here for a few days then move on for the rest of your holiday. The staff are helpful the room is comfortable. Only downside is that the hotel does not have any outside space so if the weather turns you can feel a bit trapped.||Its easier for them to tell you what they do have for breakfast than what they dont. Hotel has wifi and is a short walk from the beach.

My husband and I stayed here when we attended a wedding last 1-8-18. I love how the hotel was located just a few minutes walk from the beach, resto and even from the church where the wedding took place. It is a short hike up from the main road but the peacefulness and the serenity of the place was worth it. Our hotel rooom was at the 2nd floor and it was such a homey-relaxing place to stay in. What I love most about this place was their friendly staff. They were very accomodating and oh so reliable especially when I needed something that is not in our room (like plantsa for my gown and my husband's barong! Hahaha). A big shoutout to Jazz who was always ready to assist us and to manong (I forgot his name) who never failed to wake up and open the main door for us especially when we get home in the wee hours of the morning. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wanted to have a relaxing stay in Boracay. ||Xoxo-Janine

Sorry to say, but we where not happy with our stay in the villa. First of all the old lady running the place was unfriendly from the start. The other staff was friendly. The villa was too small, not enough beds, chairs, even towels. We had to sign agreements that we would be fined if for example we would return the towels with stains, however half of the towels we received at first already had many stains. The BBQ outside was also not properly cleaned. And the fence around the 'garden' is really high, therefore not an interesting place to spend the day in the sun. You basically have now view, only from the balcony. The beach is way more beautiful and spectacular. We had high expectations, but it was a very disappointing stay. Also not in line with other places we visited in the Philippines.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was just perfect. The hotel is conveniently located with a 1 minute walk to the beach. The room is very clean and spacious.|I would like to extend a special thanks to Vivian the Resident Manager as she is very courteous and helpful. She was looking after us and assisted us for every request and inquiry. All staff needs to be highlighted as the team is very friendly.|I surely recommend everyone to stay here.

This place was all it looked like and more. We had a group of 6 people and we booked the villa. It IS the entire house (in the photos it looks huge...it is) with four floors all looking out onto the beach. Each room is pretty big, two have a shared bathroom (the smaller one is noticeably smaller but still comfortable with the same size bed, a dresser and tv- it is the only room without a balcony though...)the master suite on the 3rd floor is HUGE with its own bathroom. The pool is private and only for use by the villa guests (totally private with large gate/fence around it). It also had a beautiful backyard and grill (we didn't need to cook so not sure about it's working condition) but it might be convenient for families or other people wanting to save some money. The view at sunset is spectacular (see photos) and can be seen from all of the balconies. The villa has a great rustic vibe going, with the stained glass windows and winding staircases- it has a real charm. All 6 of us were sad to leave and would 100% book it again as our top choice in Boracay. I can't speak for the regular hotel rooms or ammenities, but the villa was awesome. The staff were also really friendly and would help us out with anything we needed - food, towels, locking our door, etc... if you have the chance, book it! There is also a friendly neighborhood shop 1 minute away where you can load up on drinks, water, snacks, etc...for cheap. For a group of 6 (could probably even get 8 in) it is comparable to a lot of other places on the island. If you are reading this, you have a chance to book - do it!
