Very friendly staff. They were amazing. Getting an early check-in after hours of traveling was refreshing. Big, clean, spacious room with a lovely view. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Tasty breakfast with a good selection. No complaints here. Would recommend.

Very courteous and friendly staff. The bed and room were comfortable with a view of the East Side Gallery wall. A good selection of breakfast choices. Supermarkets, Shopping, and transportation are within walking distance. The only thing missing were the slippers. I would recommend staying there. To the staff, thanks, a lot for making my stay in Berlin a comfortable one.

Good Hotel for business trip or attending an event in Uber arena. Breakfast is good, fresh with wide variety of options. Rooms are compact but make the most of the space. Clean on arrival. Only attend rooms if requested. I stayed 3 nights with no room check. Nice walk along river with East Side Gallery wall art immediately outside the hotel. East side Mall is also nearby if you need any shopping. Requested a taxi for 3am and the team took care of me. Would return for sure.

Temperature control in the room was very limited. Even in the cold seasons the rooms are too warm. Smaller rooms than other similarly priced hotels in the area. Some noises in the morning (presumably construction). The room was clean with a good shower. Late checkout was very expensive where it is usually no problem in this part of Berlin given the train departure schedule. Overall there's better hotels in this area.

Excellent location right by a large center of food and entertainment. It was just around the corner from the music venue we attended. The staff was very friendly, and they had a great breakfast. The bathroom was lovely. My only complaint is the bed felt like a wooden box, so sleep was difficult and painful.

Very clean. Small, but efficient twin room. Good location; very well connected S300 bus stops almost in front of the hotel. 3 minutes on the bus, or 10 minutes walking to nearby Ostbahnhof. I believe we paid about 160 Euros/night in late October 2024. Good breakfast, but only hard-boiled eggs available 3 of 6 days we were there. Good beer at the bar, friendly bartenders. Good or bad? Uber Arena is almost next door.?. The "food court" in front is almost the only nearby place to eat, and probably not where I want to eat on a visit to Berlin.

Hampton Inn in Berlin offers clean, comfortable rooms, friendly service, and a great complimentary breakfast. The location is convenient, and the amenities make for a pleasant stay. A solid choice for any traveler!

We have had come for a concert "next door" at the UBER arena. The hotel was excellent, value for money, excellent breakfast as well as its superb location. Staff all smiles, very helpful and genuinely interested in their clients. Everywhere was close, near a shopping center, subway station, train station and wonderful local bars and restaurants. even Alexander Platz didn`t seem to be far for a casual walk to the heart... All up I recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a comfy bed and great customer service.
