Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre East

The hotel was clean and neat. The service wasn’t bad but they were definitely not going out of their way. The breakfast was super nice and a great way to start the day! The rooms are comfortable but on the small size. The bathroom was larger and roomy. Good sized shower and excellent water pressure! I like the neighborhood and the train station is adjacent to the hotel.

I stayed for a weekend in this Hamptons. Location is good if it was not for a messy transport disruptions in Germany. Room was fresh and comfy. Staff pleasant and customer centric. Area around the hotel is very safe and full of nice coffee shops. If the area suits you, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also very good value for money.

Stayed here for two nights while touring city.. the hotel is well appointed, clean, modern rooms, perfect size for a couple.. ||The breakfast buffet is very good, daily changes in hot foods… lots of selections, good quality and staff operating buffet area.. |as normal in hotels, it can get busy but timings can make for for casual experience, we were very pleased with breakfast. ||Location is excellent. It’s only 300m walk to River and beautiful trails all the way to city center, 15-20 minutes max.. |we used the tram numerous times which is 100m from hotel, very easy and direct access to attractions, train station etc. Tram 11 takes you direct and quick to Rommer area, main train station, best way to travel here, all about e ground, same tickets as U bahn, very fluid. ||We would definitely use this hotel again, great place for short stays!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. Location is great, right beside the train station and bus stop. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, lots of selection. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Frankfurt.

Rooms were fine, front desk staff was also fine. However, what we encountered at breakfast was a complete misunderstanding – the breakfast service was, in my opinion, a total disaster. I travel for business all over Europe and am used to a different standard. The breakfast staff – the gentlemen working there – were arrogant and full of themselves. They can spare us their attitude. We will never come back here and we definitely do not recommend this place. We arrived for breakfast at 9:30, while breakfast is served until 10:00. There were no forks, no bread, no beans. Very little space – narrow corridors around the buffet, and the staff showed no interest in refilling anything. It was crowded and cramped around the tables with food. Then at 9:59, the staff started ushering people out, acting arrogantly, and pulled a curtain in front of the food, even as people were still trying to get some. Guests were leaving with food in hand, trying to squeeze through the tight passage behind the curtain... To top it all off, while people were still eating, a guy showed up with a bucket, placed it on a table next to the guests, dressed inappropriately in a tracksuit, shirt, and sneakers, and began ostentatiously wiping tables while guests were still eating. One absurdity after another.

We stayed here for 4 nights when we were there for business. Unfortunately I forgot to take the pictures of the room but rooms were quite nice , clean and big. It has a sufficient gym and a lovely breakfast whose waffles were our favorite! It is right next to the train station so that you can use to go center. It’s also not very far away if you want to walk. You can use riverside to have a nice walk. Hotel has a very nice close parking space with lots of space and easy to access. One of the best valued hotels in the area. Don’t forget to check small and cozy cafe just in front.

No frills as usual in a Hampton. But free breakfast, new modern rooms and the super plus directly at the metro station. You reach everything in Frankfurt very fast. |Quite far away from airport though, but if u stay downtown for sightseeing it is a good starting point into the day :)

I took my daughters to Frankfurt for a birthday treat. Checking in was simple and easy, they also allowed us to check in a hour early with no extra charge. The room was very nice and clean. The WiFi worked the entire time there. Train station and tram stops within 1 min of the hotel. The breakfast was nice and had a great selection of meats cheese and bread, also cooked food (eggs, bacon, beans etc). They also had a waffle maker which the kids enjoyed. Fruits, cereals and variety of drinks. We stayed two nights, our room was cleaned. Walking to the centre only took 23 minutes by foot. Less than 10 mins by tram. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you

Favorite part of our stay was definitely the all included breakfast. It's not like you typical fake eggs from the States. This is your all around European treat. From fresh eggs bacon and hash browns, also included two espresso machines, fresh breads and croissants with jams to tickle your fancy. Rooms are average but spacious for European standards. Shower is open (not a fan) and extremely clean. Abrupt German personality at the front desk but here I would expect no less. Only downside is you are NOT able to adjust temperature in the room. They basically told me it is what it is. Short walk to the river path and 10-15 min walk to old town. Great value for the $$

'Ello chaps! Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre East is located, as the name implies, on the east side of Frankfurt's "downtown". Just minutes by foot and car from the European Union Central Bank, it's also right next to the above and below ground train stations making it very convenient to get around. There is a ticket machine outside so it's easy to get a ticket for all day transit. The hotel staff was overall friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall this is a good location and easy to get to and from Frankfurt International Airport from this hotel. There's an option to have breakfast at the hotel, which had an assortment of hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffle) as well as cold food (cereal), cheese and an assortment of drinks and juices. There's a ReWe grocery store around the corner too. Overall I give Hampton 4 stars out of 5. Tip: The check in counter doubles as the hotel's bar -- and they have ice, so if you're an american, ask for a cup or bucket of ice.

We landed in Germany and this was our first hotel during our 2 weeks of travel. The hotel is right near a train station and trams. If you are driving here the hotel has a garage (15 Euros) or you can park in an adjacent parking lot for free. The beds were so comfortable and the hotel even had a iron which we noticed was not common in our other European hotels. My husband used the gym and said it was adequate for him. The breakfast was delicious and there was ample seating so we didn't feel crowded. Their coffee and hot chocolate was one of the better ones I remember in our travels. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for others. If you like to walk you can also walk into city center and get some steps in for the day. Great hotel and location and the staff was friendly as well.

Great view and in a very good location for public transportation. Great selection for breakfast however it's a very crowded area during breakfast. Takes about 10 min to make cappuccino because there is only one machine and there are many people in line. The room are very spacious and check in was easy.
