Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre East

The front desk team was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and efficient. Check-in was quick, and I loved using the Hilton digital key on my phone. The location is unbeatable, with a tram, subway, and bus stop right outside the door. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of cereals, hot dishes, and coffee. I especially enjoyed the crispy waffle with whipped cream. A big thanks to the breakfast staff—they were very helpful, ensured everything was fresh and well-stocked, and occasionally continued serving guests past the 10 AM breakfast time. However, the housekeeping could be better. While the room was still clean, it didn’t feel as fresh as when I first checked in. The pillows were another downside—out of the four provided, only one felt like an actual pillow, while the rest were flat and lacked support. Overall, despite these minor issues I”d definitely stay where again!

Very Good Hotel at reasonable price. Stayed for 2 nights with family. The hotel is right next to Ost Bahnhofstraße station and is very well connected to the public transport. Supermarket REWE is just 100 meter away for any convenience purchase. |Rooms are small but very good. Full marks on cleanliness. |Staff was polite and cooperative. |Considering a three star property the Breakfast spread was very good and reasonable. Prefer rooms with the front facade view. Overall enjoyed the stay and would recommend the hotel.

Absolutely amazing Hampton inn, probably one of the best one I have ever been. From the warm welcome to the nice touch of thanking you for your loyalty it was a great start. Facility are very moderm, beautiful and stylish room but I think what it stand out for me was their breakfast. What an amazing variety and tasty food options , literally I felt like I was on a buffet because of the amounts of food to choices. Highly recommend this Hampton and as if it wasn't already great, to make even better, its literary above the metro station, not even one min walk to the entrance.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hot breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel for a long time. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. I liked that there were so many transport options on the doorstep of this hotel. As someone who use to be in the travel business I would give this a 10 star rating !!!

The hotel is value for the money. The room was modern, spotless, with all the facilities, just absolutely perfect. The mattress was so comfortable that I had one of the best sleeps. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious salty and sweet choices. The metro and the tram station were exactly outside the entrance of the hotel. I would love to return to this hotel again.

Only stayed for a night, but this is a pretty nice hotel. Two minute walk to both U-Bahn and regional trains. The breakfast had many options and tasted good. The room itself was the largest I've ever had in Germany. My only complaint was that the shower would not stay a consistent temperature and cycled between too cold and too hot.

No bottle of water in the rooms. They sell it for €3.50 which is ridiculous, I am medically not allowed to drink tap water. No amenity kits, very high pet fee, no slippers, dust dirty toilet seat. Towels are super old and smelly, they literally leave old towel smell on your body. Pillows are super old. Many of the Hiltons are old, but they always make up for it with the services. No juice at breakfast. We paid £121 for a ridiculous 11 hours stay and I regret every penny. When we wanted to check out, there was no staff members at the lobby, I had to go find the 3 giggling staff members at the breakfast area to tell them we wanted to check out and the rude one simply ignored me. Like never again.

Unfortunitally we had did not had a clean room and we are there for just one day. So this is very bad and we just kept the toom since it was late and we would check out early for our drive back. But the service handling was bad and still no resolution on the case. Breakfast was very good and parking spaces too

Favorite part of our stay was definitely the all included breakfast. It's not like you typical fake eggs from the States. This is your all around European treat. From fresh eggs bacon and hash browns, also included two espresso machines, fresh breads and croissants with jams to tickle your fancy. Rooms are average but spacious for European standards. Shower is open (not a fan) and extremely clean. Abrupt German personality at the front desk but here I would expect no less. Only downside is you are NOT able to adjust temperature in the room. They basically told me it is what it is. Short walk to the river path and 10-15 min walk to old town. Great value for the $$

'Ello chaps! Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre East is located, as the name implies, on the east side of Frankfurt's "downtown". Just minutes by foot and car from the European Union Central Bank, it's also right next to the above and below ground train stations making it very convenient to get around. There is a ticket machine outside so it's easy to get a ticket for all day transit. The hotel staff was overall friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall this is a good location and easy to get to and from Frankfurt International Airport from this hotel. There's an option to have breakfast at the hotel, which had an assortment of hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffle) as well as cold food (cereal), cheese and an assortment of drinks and juices. There's a ReWe grocery store around the corner too. Overall I give Hampton 4 stars out of 5. Tip: The check in counter doubles as the hotel's bar -- and they have ice, so if you're an american, ask for a cup or bucket of ice.

We landed in Germany and this was our first hotel during our 2 weeks of travel. The hotel is right near a train station and trams. If you are driving here the hotel has a garage (15 Euros) or you can park in an adjacent parking lot for free. The beds were so comfortable and the hotel even had a iron which we noticed was not common in our other European hotels. My husband used the gym and said it was adequate for him. The breakfast was delicious and there was ample seating so we didn't feel crowded. Their coffee and hot chocolate was one of the better ones I remember in our travels. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for others. If you like to walk you can also walk into city center and get some steps in for the day. Great hotel and location and the staff was friendly as well.

Great view and in a very good location for public transportation. Great selection for breakfast however it's a very crowded area during breakfast. Takes about 10 min to make cappuccino because there is only one machine and there are many people in line. The room are very spacious and check in was easy.
