Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre East

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again the location proved to be excellent. It is very close to both the train station and the U-Bahn, making it easy to reach the city centre. There are also many restaurants within a 5–10 minute walking distance. I’ve stayed at several Hampton by Hilton properties, and from my experience, this one is the best. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of options. Everything was fresh, fully replenished, and there were no out-of-stock issues at any time. The staff were very supportive and responsive. When I requested a second duvet, it was delivered within just a few minutes. The only downside was during check-in: the digital key did not work after online check-in, and my Hilton Honors Silver membership was not recognized initially. This was a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning. Overall, a very positive stay with an excellent location, top-quality breakfast, and attentive service. A bad experience from the start. My card was declined three times, so I had to make a bank transfer instead. The day before arrival, I received an email asking me to check in online, which I did and even selected a specific room. However, when we arrived, it turned out there was no record of this in their system and the room had already been given to someone else. At check-in, the receptionist only handed us the key card and didn’t explain where the room was located, how to get there, what time breakfast was, or provide any of the usual information you would expect. The breakfast was very good and the room was clean — these were the only positive aspects of our stay.

The hotel is well located, not to far from the central station, and very near the U bahn. The breakfast was okay, my daughter liked the waffles. My family and I travel a lot around Europe and it was the first time that we encountered an exceptional Receptionist, Angelito was so efficient, he made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. Upon check-in, there was several guests who are about to check-in, I thought I will wait too long, but he was very fast and we were checked-in in less than 5 minutes. He was also corteous and friendly. He assisted us with everything we need. I am really glad that we booked this hotel, because the service was really great. Thank you so much Angelito for the superb and exceptional service and most stress-free staycation. My family really enjoyed our stay, because of you.

Even if I was solo traveling, and it was my first time in Frankfurt, I never felt alone because I was welcomed by a truly exceptional receptionist. special thanks to Le Nu Mai Chi, she made my trip special. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care really stood out. She was incredibly helpful, understanding, and made me feel completely comfortable. She is a real asset to the hotel. I truly wish her every success in her career, she has all the qualities to go very far in hospitality. And I would also like to thank to The entire team cause they are courteous and attentive, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Excellent select service hotel!! The staff were SUPER. They were very friendly and always had a smile. Jarret at the front desk was especially helpful and considerate. The rooms were clean, but keep in mind they are compact. Lobby and gym were also clean and well kept. Very nice stay and would recommend!

The lobby is a little bit loud but the staff member Le Nu Mai Chi was extremely nice, we arrived a bit early and she welcomed us with a really warm heart. Even though there was a long line and many calls coming in she still took the time to write down the train connections for our next trips in Hessenand we only waited about 15 minutes

Great location. Subway U line right next to the hotel. Staff was great. They let us do an early check-in at no charge. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is great and included!

Location very very good parking for a car, 10 meter for metro 180 metre for tram. Rooms is clean. Everybody speak English is very important. If i go again to Frankfurt i have place to sleep. Thanks a lot.

Favorite part of our stay was definitely the all included breakfast. It's not like you typical fake eggs from the States. This is your all around European treat. From fresh eggs bacon and hash browns, also included two espresso machines, fresh breads and croissants with jams to tickle your fancy. Rooms are average but spacious for European standards. Shower is open (not a fan) and extremely clean. Abrupt German personality at the front desk but here I would expect no less. Only downside is you are NOT able to adjust temperature in the room. They basically told me it is what it is. Short walk to the river path and 10-15 min walk to old town. Great value for the $$

'Ello chaps! Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre East is located, as the name implies, on the east side of Frankfurt's "downtown". Just minutes by foot and car from the European Union Central Bank, it's also right next to the above and below ground train stations making it very convenient to get around. There is a ticket machine outside so it's easy to get a ticket for all day transit. The hotel staff was overall friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall this is a good location and easy to get to and from Frankfurt International Airport from this hotel. There's an option to have breakfast at the hotel, which had an assortment of hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffle) as well as cold food (cereal), cheese and an assortment of drinks and juices. There's a ReWe grocery store around the corner too. Overall I give Hampton 4 stars out of 5. Tip: The check in counter doubles as the hotel's bar -- and they have ice, so if you're an american, ask for a cup or bucket of ice.

We landed in Germany and this was our first hotel during our 2 weeks of travel. The hotel is right near a train station and trams. If you are driving here the hotel has a garage (15 Euros) or you can park in an adjacent parking lot for free. The beds were so comfortable and the hotel even had a iron which we noticed was not common in our other European hotels. My husband used the gym and said it was adequate for him. The breakfast was delicious and there was ample seating so we didn't feel crowded. Their coffee and hot chocolate was one of the better ones I remember in our travels. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for others. If you like to walk you can also walk into city center and get some steps in for the day. Great hotel and location and the staff was friendly as well.

Great view and in a very good location for public transportation. Great selection for breakfast however it's a very crowded area during breakfast. Takes about 10 min to make cappuccino because there is only one machine and there are many people in line. The room are very spacious and check in was easy.
