Where do I start, I tried booking and it was a nightmare. I was double booked amd couldn't get assistance for an entire evening because they were apparently too busy to respond at the front desk. Luckily the gentleman responsible for booking issues was extremely helpful and got me sorted out. I booked the room for my wife and mother in law and they arrived slightly early and had to wait about 20 minutes for check in. No problem. But, after that things fell apart. They were given conflicting info about parking and never given their exit ticket even though they already paid. They then searched for the ticket after being told it was given to them before ultimately realizing the front desk people never gave it to them. On top of that, they had to ask the front desk personnel for their honors gift as I am honors gold. This should NEVER happen and it's a shame that my wife was forced to ask them to take care of basic things like this. Additionally, the drink selection at the hotel bar was not great and drinks were very overpriced. Overall this is just a perfect example of things that used to be great slowly becoming mediocre. I'm considering switching my primary hotel chain to Marriott after this experience because hilton has not been up to the standard it once was. Its really a shame to see them fall so far.

Absolutely amazing experience here. We were able to store our luggage before and after we check out, free of charge. Bathrooms in the lobby were free and the free breakfast had several options that were all delicious. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, and the water pressure in the shower was very good. We were a 5 minute walk from a mall with a convenience store, and an 8 minute walk from a train station.

Great hotel, stayed here about a week for a conference. Breakfast was great, lots of options. The room was very clean and nice. To have two people in terms of stuff was a little tight, just not much room for 2 suitcases and stuff in the bathroom, but it was good for what we needed. Also the hallways smelled really weird but I couldn’t figure out what it was. Easy walk to the mall, lots of restaurants and the messe.

Google
Wheelchair accessiblity review. While the staff tried their best to resolve, some issues were structural. While the room was large enough for a wheelchair to move around, 1) Bed too high for a person in a wheelchair to transfer to bed 2) no grab rails in the shower area 3) always on "street lamp" in the room gave us no sleep. 4) Depending on physical disability, please see that only one side of the bed is accessible. The staff provided an alternative to having the lamp on, but it was lucky that the room next door was available on the second night. Both accessible rooms in the hotel we observed are the same structure. If you arrive on a Friday evening, very little can be done till the next morning.

Fantastic location, amazing staff and great sleep. What more could you ask for? On arrival at 10am the room was already available, so pleased as this allowed us to drop off our car and head out exploring straight away. The area itself is predominantly aimed at business guests but still has plenty to offer a leisure visitor with a few lovely restaurants easily within walking distance as well as a large shopping centre at the end of the road, approx five mins walk away. Each of the hotels in the area has it's own bar and the famous NFT bar is situated in the hotel just behind the shopping centre. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, self service. Everything was hot and clean, well serviced and replenished frequently with a good time range. The hotel have you"busy time" information in the hotel"help" booklet found in the room. The room was spotless and well looked after by the maid, you choose if you want service or not by placing the card on your door handle. The lift requires a separate card to access, which helps with security but honestly, the entire area felt very safe and secure. A very pleasant stay and we will be returning.

The hotel is about a 10-min walk from Messe. No luxury - just the basic things that you need for a business trip. A very good breakfast is included. No complaints, other than the fire alarm twice waking up all the guests actually being a false alarm

This hotel was very close to the metro and a shopping center. It was super clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower amazing. The people at the front desk were super helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay again.

Google
Great simple hotel with clean rooms. Staff was friendly and breakfast included in rate. It’s a simple one but nice to have. From main station, it’s a bit of a walk which I didn’t realize.

Yelp
Always happy to stay at a Hilton affiliate where ever we go. There's parking underground that's shared with 3 other hotels. Don't worry if all the listed "Hilton" spots are taken. You can park at any of the other stalls. Parking is additional per day. The room and size are just like how they are in the States. No fridge or microwave, just a water kettle. Complimentary breakfast was included and was the best breakfast I had in all of 15 day Europe trip. Too bad we only stayed her less than 24 hours to be close to the airport. It's 15 minutes driving to the airport. Breakfast had items for Europeans, Americans and even the British. Such as baked beans for the British, meat and cheese for Europeans and the typical continental breakfast and waffles for Americans. Hot items were scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, Nuremberg sausage balls and hash brown potato balls.

Yelp
The location for this property is actually quite decent. There is not too much in immediate walking distance as far as restaurants, but it is close enough to the Messe train station that you can be there very quickly and there are many trains into the city. Is it in right downtown? No. Is it within 10 minutes of everything in Frankfurt? Yes. For my travel budget, the low price (in Hilton points) beat the location. My room was clean and quiet. I let the housekeeping staff in one day and they did a great job of resetting the room, making the bed, replacing towels and cleaning up. I was slightly upgraded and so the room on the 6th floor was somewhat spacious and quite comfortable. Queen bed, work desk, coffee/tea service, a flat panel television set and wifi that worked very well. Many outlets in the room at the desk, by both sides of the bed and elsewhere. They're all European standard, but a seasoned traveler will bring a power adapter. I'd bet they also have one at the front desk to borrow. Breakfast was better than the usual Hamptons I've seen in the US. A good spread of eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), sausage, bacon, cheeses, breads, yogurts and muesli, fruits, juices and yogurts. Coffee, of course. It gets quite crowded during the busier times but the staff does a good job of keeping it stocked. To address some of the issues in other reviews: They have soap/shampoo dispensers in the bathroom and in the shower. There is European-style coffee and tea with a hot water heater in the room. You do need to put a card in the slot at the room entrance. Any card will work, even a paper business card. Certainly if you're in Frankfurt for the Messe, you can't beat the location. But even if you're here for sightseeing, it's a good spot. I would stay here again.

Yelp
Stayed here while in Frankfurt. The rates are very reasonable. It is located near the Skyline Mall on a main drag. You are also within walking distance to the local train station and various restaurants. Breakfast is included and it is a great selection of hot and cold food. There is a small bar in the front lobby, as well as a sitting area for reading or watching TV & 2 complimentary computers. The workout room on the top floor is small but has what you need to get the job done. The staff is very helpful and courteous and speak various languages. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Yelp
Love this place. It's a bit further out from the City Center than other hotels (get off the main Frankfurt metro, about 5 Euros; and then take taxi to the hotel, another 15 Euros). Another option is to take the metro from the airport (S8 or S9 line out of Gate 1) and then switch to a local train and take it to the Ostbahnhof exit. The hotel is right next to the exit. Because it's away from the main hub of the City it's quieter and more relaxed. Also walking distance to the historic town (tons of tourists like me) and the Riverwalk). The staff is friendly and the room very clean. I made a mistake in reserving a Queen when I needed a Twins for me and mom. They made the switch right away without any hassles. As for the amenities, there's no pool or great view from the room but the gym is sufficient and we care to see the town from the outside so the lack of view meant nothing. The breakfast was included and may I say, wow! Very good and so much selection. They take breakfast in Germany seriously (it may be the hotel only as this is my first morning) and it's from 6-10 AM so definitely even the late sleepers can get a hearty meal before skipping out for a day in the town or for day trips outside of Frankfurt. In short, I'd stay here again and again.

Yelp
If you are attending a trade show at Messe Frankfurt, this hotel is a good choice. It is clean, efficient, and quiet. Our rooms were comfortable, although the bath towels were a bit "scratchy" and not luxurious. We had stayed in another nearby hotel two years ago, and it was comparable, for a much higher price. The breakfast is decent. Definitely a few steps up from the typical Continental breakfast offered at some hotels, with some nice hot dishes (beans, meats, etc.), and a good selection of cold breakfast meats, grains, vegetables and fruits. A small but tasty selection of pastries. The coffee machine makes surprisingly nice espresso drinks, and I enjoyed my morning cappuccino each day. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We never had to wait with a question. Check-in was smooth, and they graciously offered to hold our bags for us when we arrived early and our rooms weren't ready. For a business traveler on a budget, you can't ask for much more. One thing to be aware of is that there are quite a few hotels up the street from the Hampton in the direction of traffic, so if you are looking to catch a taxi when the dinner rush starts, you may have to wait a while. The desk staff was very helpful with an electronic "taxi butler" that called the taxi for us, but sometimes, there was a line/queue for pickup. I'd stay here again, if the price is right. Since prices around the Messe were jacked up for our trade show, it helped to use our Hilton Honors points to get a steep discount!

Yelp
If you are going to the convention center this is the place for you because it is literally behind the hotel. But if you are a tourist this is not really the hotel for you because it is not really close to the "sights" of the city, and if you are here for business you might want closer to the nice restaurants because you got an expense account/per diem you can tap into. The hotel was nice enough, the staff was friendly and let me know that my room was not going to be ready for another 30 minutes or so when I arrived, when I got to my room the room was nicely appointed. As a hotel it was pretty good, the breakfast was packed on a weekend, but they had enough food for everyone, The thing that drags this hotel down is its location.

Yelp
I'm a gold hilton member and I've stayed at a lot of hilton chain hotels and this is by far one of the worst that I've ever stayed in. The rooms are decent, which is why I'm not giving the hotel one star, however there are absolutely no amenities in this hotel. There is no shampoo for the shower and my wife is forced to use hand soap, there is no room service or dining options in the hotel aside from a basic breakfast in the morning. I'm in Frankfurt to participate in the Ironman race, there are 3000 competitors so there are quite a few of us staying in the area. I asked the hotel about there plans for race morning as I and a number of others in the hotel will be heading out prior to the normal breakfast time of 6 am (the race starts at 0630). I was told that the earliest that breakfast can open is 6 am. Ok, are there any other options for getting something to eat at that time? No. Can I have a mini fridge put into my room so that I can get my own things from the grocery store? No. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do? No. These are basic things that most hotels have, and I am really surprised that a hotel in the Hilton chain doesn't. Hotel staff are not very friendly or even appear to be knowledgeable. If you're staying in Frankfurt pick someplace else.

Yelp
I've still been trying to resolve a phone charge from 2 months ago from this hotel. The manager has been rude and unprofessional. Do not stay here, as they will make the smallest errors into large complications.

Yelp
Clean modern hotel. Parking 19 Euro, Excellent buffet breakfast. WiFi connection was excellent. No complaints, exactly what I hoped for

Yelp
I wish more Hampton Inns in the states were like this. Honestly, the only complaint I had was the lack of oatmeal at the breakfast. That's it! The building itself is relatively new. Google maps still shows it being built, along with the Skyline Plaza shopping mall that's about a 10-minute walk down the road. The rooms are a little smaller than the Hampton Inn Times Square North, but they were clean and comfortable. There are some really nice energy saving features in the hotel as well. At night, the hallway lights turn off automatically when there's no traffic. They light up quickly when anyone enters the hallway. In the room, there's a light switch next to the door with a slot for the card key. The lights and AC in the room don't work until you insert the room key. I thought this was a good way to keep track of my room key! If you need a taxi, the front desk will have one there quickly. The hotel is not in the best spot, unless you're there for something going on at Frankfurt Messe or the Festhalle Messe. Still, there's an S-bahn station a short walk away, and the Frankfurt Main Hauptbahnhof is roughly 20-minutes away.
