The breakfast area is well-organized, and the staff keeps everything replenished and tidy. One of the highlights of the hotel is its location. It’s conveniently close to the Swiss border, making it perfect for guests who plan to visit both Konstanz and the surrounding Swiss areas. The hotel also benefits from easy access to a parking lot right next door, which is extremely convenient—especially for those traveling by car. The hotel itself was good – comfortable and pleasant. However, everything was ruined when we received a parking fine a month later, even though we had paid at the reception. Parking turned out to be a huge problem: we paid at the hotel, but later got a fine claiming it wasn’t paid. The hotel confirmed our payment, yet now we have to deal with the parking company to cancel the fine. This completely spoiled our vacation.

Wow, what a difference from an American Hampton Inn. This place is so top-notch. It's new, clean, and has modern tasteful decor. Beds are perfect. The breakfast is so 5star. Employees are helpful and polite. You can't find a breakfast this good in the USA at most 5star hotels, and they would charge $40 a person too if you could find one. A really great breakfast included with your room. This location is not very walkable, but if you have a car it's perfect. Looks like a train station is 10minutes walk away. My family loves this place...and we will be back when at Bodensee. Seriously. I've stayed at more than 50 or 60 Hampton Inns by now and this beautiful well-run place is the best I've experienced. Everything is right with this Hampton Inn. The only thing I don't like is paying €13 for parking, but even the garage is 5star, if there is such a thing. This whole complex is new. And very impressive. We liked the place so much we came back for a second stay.

Great hotel, lovely staff. Large and varied breakfast. When we stayed we ended up parking in the nearby parking garage, which cost a fair bit (1 euro per hour basically). But we were on a motorcycle and it didnt seem to charge us which was a nice plus. Good area, some nice restaurants around. A little far from the town centre but easily commutable by bus. Overall id stay here again, it was very clean. One thing to note is our extractor fan in the bathroom was on all night and i had to use earplugs to sleep. But i am a sensitive sleeper!

everything was fine. the rooms are clean. the extra bed for children was not the most comfortable but for one night it is ok. the breakfast was rich and nice, they even offered a waffle station to bake your own which was really fun.

Everything was great. Polite staff, comfortable room and beds. Quiet, clean. Good breakfasts. Parking is an additional charge; it cost 16 euros per day. It's a 35-40 minute walk to the city center. By car, it's about 8-10 minutes.

We, a family of 3, stayed at Hampton by Hilton at Konstanz for 3 nights over the weekend. Checkin was super easy and we were told about the complimentary breakfast and wifi details. They have also mentioned about the time ranges for breakfast when there is high rush and when it's not that crowded to facilitate the guests. Room was quite nice and big for 2 adults and a child and quite a big bathroom. Breakfast was super good. You have many things to choose from different breads, cheeses, fruits, yogurts, wafers, small cupcakes, croissant, soup, nuggets, hash browns, coffee , tea etc. The bus stop is right infront of the hotel. So for people like us who travel by public transport it was a massive plus. You get Bus no 6 which goes to all over town and main train station every 15mins. Overall a really good experience and we will definitely stay here next time we visit konstanz.

Have stayed here 3 times already. The location is convenient when driving, the rooms are OK and the breakfast (I thought it was better before) is OK. The accept pets (with a fee) and there is a parking right by it. Unfortunately this time the cleaningness of the room was not OK. Our son found this phallic shaped confetti on the family room... I have been quite happy with this place, until now. The 2 is because the first place everything was a solid 5 stars. The second time I felt it was way but sloppy, things were being painted and the breakfast was not as good as I remember, but I would have given a 4. This time... A solid 0.
