Overall, for the price, it’s a good pet friendly hotel in a great location with delicious breakfast and parking nearby. The hotel itself is located in a convenient place where a variety of restaurants and supermarkets are easily walkable. There are also lots of attractions to see nearby. It’s also pet friendly so you can bring your furry companion. The staff we interacted with was awesome, friendly, and nice.

Stopping here for a night while passing through turned out to be a solid choice. My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a short stay. The reception team was welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and easy. That said, my TV didn’t work. Not a huge deal since I wasn’t planning on staying up late, but it’s something that should ideally be checked beforehand. One standout feature was the gym—well-equipped for a hotel in this category, even featuring a boxing bag, which is a nice extra. It’s definitely more than just a treadmill-and-dumbbells setup, making it a solid option for those who want to squeeze in a proper workout. Breakfast was another highlight. I’ve noticed that when it comes to Hamptons specifically, the ones in Germany consistently offer some of the best breakfast quality compared to those in other countries. Great selection, fresh ingredients, and better execution than you often find in the brand’s other locations. Parking in the garage across the street was reasonably priced and just a short walk, making it convenient. And while the TV issue was an inconvenience, the hotel handled it well, offering a small bar credit as a gesture—great service recovery. Overall, the price-to-value ratio here is excellent. A well-run hotel with solid amenities, good breakfast, and an overall easygoing experience. Would definitely stay again.

The location is not so central but the bus stop is located a few steps from the hotel. And for people who love to stretch their legs like we do, you can walk to the center maybe aprroximately 30 minutes. The room was clean and got the basic things that we need. The buffet is enough and decent.In our second day of stay there was a lady who went inside our room without even knocking. She is bringing some fresh towels. Maybe she was mistaken but it is MANDATORY that she knocks before coming inside any room. Btw, we did not order for fresh towels.

Rooms are kind of smalll but about average size for a Hotel in Germany. They are nice and modern. I wasn't allowed to checkin until exactly at 3, besides that, service was decent. Hotel gives you a free daily bus pass which is super nice.

The overall experience was amazing. The service is everywhere perfect (Reception, breakfast). The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable and modern and the mattress is very good. A special mention to Kassas from Reception, who gave us very useful information about the area and the restaurants around. Thank you very much.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and as a gold member, we got a complimentary upgrade to their King bedroom on the 6th floor which was really nice of them. Room itself is spacious, lclean and it also has a SAFE. Breakfast is really good here, location wise is fine which is about 10 mins walk to ALDI/BURGER KING/MACCAS. There is a bus stop right infront to get to the city centre which also the hotel provides a city pass during your stay which is another plus. Car parking is right next to the hotel for €16 euro a day but if you want to save, there is another carparking few meters down the street for €10 a day. Overall we are really safisfied and had a great stay here, I recommend.

We found an spider in our room, we reported but after we were back it was still there. At least they changed our room. Breakfast was good

We stayed for 3 nights on this hotel. First, the hotel is located in a zone with unfinished works... But parking is easy with the giant parking lot nearby. The room was refreshing given that everything was quite new. There were a bit of decoration. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices but if there are too many people, you would have to seat far from the buffet. Overall, we paid almost 175€ per night for a three-person bedroom. The main issue with this hotel is the annoying payment system. Even though you pay everything in advance, the Hilton system would still put a hold on your credit card for the full amount of your invoice. This means for many people paying twice "temporarily" your stay. The worst thing is that after checking out, the hotel tried to debit (not a card authorization) the full amount of my stay... Which is like paying three times !!! Hence my poor rating.
