Overall, for the price, it’s a good pet friendly hotel in a great location with delicious breakfast and parking nearby. The hotel itself is located in a convenient place where a variety of restaurants and supermarkets are easily walkable. There are also lots of attractions to see nearby. It’s also pet friendly so you can bring your furry companion. The staff we interacted with was awesome, friendly, and nice.

The first 3 days of stay they didn't tell us they had bus tickets included in the stay, so we paid for the bus until we got told at an information centre in town that most hotels give free bus access. The hotel isn't so close to the centre but the bus stop is right across the road. The room was quite small, no room for luggage of 3 people, if you’re travelling from far away, and you may have larger luggage. There was no wardrobe to put clothes away, just a small place to hang a couple of things. The breakfast is great.

Clean comfortable room, in-room A/C, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff, good value for the money. So why only four stars? We were on the sixth floor (the top floor) and it was very warm. Our room A/C struggled to cool it down and it never did get as cool as we wanted. The hotel regulates how low the thermostats will go and I'm sure they do it in the winter as well. Would I stay there again? Yes, but not in Summer or Winter with temperature extremes.

Beautiful hotel at a perfect place a little outside the centre of Konstanz. For around 6-7 euros you have a day pass to go with the bus to the centre. The busstop is across the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, modern and has kind staff who are helpfull. The room itself was clean. The pillows however were hard even as the bed. Asked hotel employee if there were some soft pillows. They understood my question and tried to help, but the hotel did not have soft pillows. We wanted to relax in the room with some tv after a long day of traveling by car. Except the choice of tv was really bad, just a few channels and only in German. Would be great if there was a smart tv in the future where you can stream your own services.

Stopping here for a night while passing through turned out to be a solid choice. My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a short stay. The reception team was welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and easy. That said, my TV didn’t work. Not a huge deal since I wasn’t planning on staying up late, but it’s something that should ideally be checked beforehand. One standout feature was the gym—well-equipped for a hotel in this category, even featuring a boxing bag, which is a nice extra. It’s definitely more than just a treadmill-and-dumbbells setup, making it a solid option for those who want to squeeze in a proper workout. Breakfast was another highlight. I’ve noticed that when it comes to Hamptons specifically, the ones in Germany consistently offer some of the best breakfast quality compared to those in other countries. Great selection, fresh ingredients, and better execution than you often find in the brand’s other locations. Parking in the garage across the street was reasonably priced and just a short walk, making it convenient. And while the TV issue was an inconvenience, the hotel handled it well, offering a small bar credit as a gesture—great service recovery. Overall, the price-to-value ratio here is excellent. A well-run hotel with solid amenities, good breakfast, and an overall easygoing experience. Would definitely stay again.

The location is not so central but the bus stop is located a few steps from the hotel. And for people who love to stretch their legs like we do, you can walk to the center maybe aprroximately 30 minutes. The room was clean and got the basic things that we need. The buffet is enough and decent.In our second day of stay there was a lady who went inside our room without even knocking. She is bringing some fresh towels. Maybe she was mistaken but it is MANDATORY that she knocks before coming inside any room. Btw, we did not order for fresh towels.

Rooms are kind of smalll but about average size for a Hotel in Germany. They are nice and modern. I wasn't allowed to checkin until exactly at 3, besides that, service was decent. Hotel gives you a free daily bus pass which is super nice.

The overall experience was amazing. The service is everywhere perfect (Reception, breakfast). The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable and modern and the mattress is very good. A special mention to Kassas from Reception, who gave us very useful information about the area and the restaurants around. Thank you very much.
