Hampton by Hilton Munich City North

Very nice hotel, very clean. Amazing beds. Breakfast area was large, very well maintained. Breakfast itself - typical Hampton standard. Nothing was missing, warm/cold, many drinks to choose etc. Check in and check out was very quick. I really admired the professionalism of the staff. I got quiet room as I asked which was really nice gesture (last floor, far from the elevator). Only hint: parking entry is behind the Holiday Inn, which might be confusing on you first visit. Other than that - perfect stay!

Good for money. Good location, parking is kind of good (paid). Room was fine and clean, but 3rd bed was not a bed at all. Staff was good and friendly even in english.

WOW! This hotel is amazing. This is totally worth the money that it costs! The breakfast was perfect! They even offer self-waffle machine. Incredible staff, very comfortable beds, new, refreshed rooms and again... That breakfast! Would definitely recommend staying at this Hampton Hotel!

Paid nearly 1200euros for 2 nights(price increased drastically for the CL final). You have to make your own waffles for breakfast and you need to clear your table yourself. On top of these you need to clean your room and make your bed. Terrible experience for 1200e

Fantastic new hotel, the not so tall receptionist from Georgia and the one very tall from Turkey, as well as the breakfast people, are just amazing. The hotel is new with excellent facilities and next to shop, restaurants and bars that are for local use.

Excellent budget hotel with all required amenities. Very clean throughout lobby area and rooms. Hotel seems fairly new which makes it feel fresh. Good value hotel just over 100€ per night including breakfast. Large buffet breakfast area and food was fresh and warm, good choice of fruit, pasties or hot eggs etc. |Room was spacious with an area for working. |Clothes storage was lacking with only a bar for hanging clothes on. No wardrobe. Bathroom was good with big shower and clean. |Good location if visiting BMW or if attending Bayern Munich game. |Nice gym downstairs with weights and exercise equipment. |No close restaurants except McDonalds.

I was satisfied with this hotel. Average conditions when visiting a rather budget hotel. The location is OK, takes only 10min by public transport to get to the metro station, and from there it’s only around 5min to Allianz Arena and around 15min to the city centre. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Breakfast was on an average level.

Tugba Eisenhut is supposedly the manager at the front desk and REFUSES to put me in touch with her management. Do not deal with her!!! Horrible horrible horrible experience with this hotel esp with the wrong people running it! Front desk people don’t know what they’re doing nor do they care to do their job. Very weird vibe, much better hotels nearby to choose from. Since they know they won’t get repeat business they don’t really care to provide good customer service. Incorrect charges on my account too. Very very hard to deal with these people! Be warned!!!!
