Hampton by Hilton Munich City North

Decent size room. Great shower, huge tv and large comfy bed. A fridge would have been nice but not an issue. 8am breakfast, no queues and enough of a choice Easy to travel across Munich using the regular buses and U Bahn to all the places we wanted to visit

Hotel has no flexibility even when you make a flexible booking, and tell them on arrival that you need to be flexible with your business stay. I never had a hotel in 20years charge me for 2 nights when I informed them 72hours in advance that I’m going to check out. There was no manager to speak to at the hotel and when manager replied to me two days later, computer says no. The hotel was rammed at breakfast with a battle for food, and you need to serve yourself and clear your own table. I mean that’s fine but when you pay €300 it’s not on. Room average, no fridge. Crazy parking outside hotel with people parking on hills grass and paths to avoid paying the 22€ per day in hotel car park 😭. Staff were nice enough, but this is a three star review because this hotel is not the best.

A very disappointing stay. The front desk staff was unfriendly and refused to change room without offering any solution. The room was small and uncomfortable — not worth the price at all. Breakfast was basic and limited. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room after the first night — they only started cleaning from the second night, and even then very slowly. The air conditioning could not be set above 23°C; the staff said it was “the rule.” When I asked to see the rule, they simply ignored me. There’s hardly any free parking at the hotel, which is very inconvenient. There are many better options in this area with friendlier staff, better breakfast, and more reasonable prices.

It’s quite far from centrum but nothing horrible . Roma were clean but there were strange noise from air conditioning even if it was turned off. Breakfast was good nothing special. Service was awesome.

Disappointing service at this Hilton property. When I simply asked for a pair of slippers, the front desk staff sarcastically remarked that this wasn't a 4 or 5-star hotel and suggested I go to a supermarket to buy them. This is not about star ratings, but about basic courtesy and professionalism. Unacceptable attitude from a Hilton-branded team.

Excellent place with fantastic breakfast . Close to many local attractions.. we had to pursue our requests for rooms close to each other and the staff complied with giving us two rooms atleast on the same floor - that was relief .. plenty of parking , great location .

Very nice. Just what you would expect from a Hilton property. Plenty of parking. Not close to old town but public transportation is available. Walking distance to restaurants. Clean, quiet rooms. Great breakfast.

Overall we had a good experience. The breakfast is great and the staff is nice, especially helping customer on making waffles, which are the signature dish there.The only downside I had was we asked for an extra blanket on our 1st night (at around 10pm) as the weather was getting cold. The staff refused to provide us as she said there was no housekeeping staff available, and ask us to check again in the morning... Which is kind of strange...
