Hampton by Hilton Stuttgart offers a modern, clean, and comfortable stay with friendly staff and good service. At check-in I was recognized as a Diamond member and received two bottles of water, though unlike some other Hamptons, no snack was provided. Communication was smooth – staff replied quickly through the Hilton app and made sure we got the high-floor room we requested.
The rooms are fresh and practical, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. The design is simple but modern, and the hotel overall feels well-kept, from the hallways to the lobby. The breakfast area, however, could use some improvement. While there was a decent spread of bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, beans, and scrambled eggs, the selection felt a bit basic compared to other Hampton Inns in Europe. Fresh fruit options were limited to apples, while pears were canned, and there was no bacon with the eggs. At peak times the breakfast room also became quite crowded.
Parking is another thing to note: the underground garage is small and fills up quickly. Luckily, we managed to find a spot right outside on the street.
Location-wise, the hotel is modern and convenient, though next to busy roads and the railway tracks – not the most scenic, but practical for getting around.
Overall, this Hampton delivers on the essentials: clean rooms, friendly service, and comfortable beds. With some small improvements to breakfast and parking, it would be an even stronger option for Stuttgart stays.
