Excellent Hotel. |Though the room size is small, it didn't matter to me as I was alone for a business trip.|There is no drawers or any space to put my trolleys on. |Besides there was this supervisor whose name is called Albin. He was excellent and super helpful.|If someone from Hilton executive team, this person definitely need a raise for his exceptional work.

This hotel is beautiful and organized, with high-quality services and food. The price is fair, and the rooms are clean and well-organized. Personnel behavior is respectful, and they help you with problems and questions. We booked it for 3 days and it was so comfortable. I can not recommend it enough. 10/10

The room is clean and up to Hilton's standard, including the breakfast line. The location is superb as the U-Bahn train station is right at the back of the hotel, less than 1 minute walk. However I do not recommend this hotel if you are driving from cities to cities, the parking space is "very limited" at the hotel (less than 15 spots). And you couldnt make a reservation for those parking spots. You would need to park at the nearby Garage which is about 900-1000m away (10 mins walk). The parking cost is slightly higher from the one's underneath the hotel.

Stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Stuttgart City Center for one night on a business trip Stuttgart. The hotel is located in the Europaviertel next to Budapester Platz metro station (on the U12 it is one station from Stuttgart central station).||The hotel is very much a Hampton in its appearance. As a Hilton Gold member I received an upgrade to a higher floor room. The room was clean and an early problem with the Wifi was quickly addressed by staff. Breakfast was included in the room rate and pretty standard for the Hampton brand across Germany (mix of hot and continental options). ||Overall, I enjoyed my one night stay and the close proximity to public transport with easy access to Stuttgart airport.

Decent place to stay. Close to dining and shopping. Room is nice, breakfast is decent. Parking at the hotel is scarce and not easy to find another place to park close. The service desk has not been real helpful at times. Hot water can be an issue.

The Hampton by Hilton in Stuttgart is situated slightly to the north of the city.||It is adjacent to Budapester Platz U Bahn station on line U12 which is one stop away from Hauptbahnhof.||Consequently it is easy to get to the tourist sites throughout the city such as the Mercedes Benz museum and the Staatsgalerie.||My room was fairly small but adequate with a bathroom with shower but no tub. A safe and tea & coffee making facilities were supplied.||The staff were helpful enabling me to gain access to my room before 3 pm.||Breakfast was fairly ordinary with the cooked fare somewhat disappointing especially the dreadful scrambled egg.||The bar area was pleasant and I had a couple of relaxing drinks here at a reasonable price.||The area in the immediate vicinity of the hotel is not very salubrious although I did not experience any adverse issues.||I paid just over £200 for a two night stay.

TLDR; Need to stay in Stuttgart - book something else but this “Hilton”… Long version. The hotel is rather newer, so the rooms feel cheaper - definitely very tight-spaced! - but mostly clean (just look at the footsteps on the ceiling in the room I stayed in. Now, the bad details… First, and foremost - the staff; it feels like they are pleased when you are not getting what you’d expect or “think” you supposed to be getting (like free bottles of water (even listed on my booking) or even a warm cookie (not even listed for this location), which you would expect with HH Gold status… And the general attitude towards you. But that’s just the feel, which makes me wonder though if becoming a loyal Hilton customer was/is the right choice for me. And important, IMHO The hotel has NO pull in/pull by driveway. Meaning: you cannot drop off your bags and have to drag those off the street/parking garage driveway. The parking garage… which is listed as “on-site parking” — safe to say: it is non-existent! Few cramped spaces which are quickly taken by those few lucky who check-in right around noon. And THEN you’d be guided by aforementioned “friendly staff” to a public parking about a mile away (not even trying to mention that you can park (best of the worse options) in the next-door mall’s garage for the same €29 a day. It is easily the worst (after Hampton Inn by Hilton in Kyoto, Japan) Hilton experience!!! Seriously considering not using them any longer in favor of Marriott or other programs.

So loud. So so loud. Not only can you practically speak to people in the train station outside of your room, through most of the night, you will hear the train every few minutes. If you're thinking of opening a window, expect far worse. If you're thinking of opening the curtain, expect to feel like you're standing in an extension to the train station. Stay away from this terrible place. At least if you want to get rest while in Stuttgart. There are far nicer options for lower prices.
