We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only two negatives are Hampton has changed pillows and these "new to us" pillows were awful (not at all the hotel's fault), and this is on an insanely busy road that makes it difficult to turn left toward downtown Hyannis and the harbor. Alyssa is one of the managers and she was an absolutely to joy to interact with as were all of the employees we spoke with. Housekeeping was excellent (shoutout to Thomas!), and the rooms and common areas were all very clean and neat. Breakfast was typical Hampton; good and always well stocked. It's very centrally located for travel to all areas of the Cape and we would definitely stay here again. They have beer on tap in the lobby that you pay for using some type of card (we didn't use that), an outside bar and firepit (with Smore's) on some nights. This hotel franchisee has owned the property for several years and is obviously committed to maintaining it properly. We thought the bed itself was fine, but Alyssa told us that the rooms were being remodeled completely beginning in November of 2025.

Room was great. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was roomy and had shelves to store items. Loved that the vending machines and ice machine were next to elevator away from rooms. Less noise for the patrons. Breakfast was yummy! Had nightly events for patrons. Very kind employees.

We just returned from the Cape Cod area. We brought 2 groups,1st week 42 ladies and the second week 33 ladies. We were please with this Hampton. Key cards were ready upon arrival, the even brought them to us at our restaurant on our second trip (we were running late). Nice personal service. Our only issue was with the second group, one employee didn’t show up to clean rooms, but we got clean towels at the desk, all was good. Great location for a group trip

Google
Nice location. Nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and they put out cookies, s'mores, etc. throughout the day. Nice pool and hot tub. Outdoor pool has a bar and a large cocktail menu with affordable drinks.

Google
I really like this hotel. Great location. Super large hotel for all the right reasons. Tons of amenities including a indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, arcade, and nightly events. Cherry on top? Cookies every night at 8pm!! Great hotel. Only complaint would be the housekeeping service we received. On the second night, we returned to our room cleaned. We didnt receive any tp, soap, shampoo, tissue, or kcup refill. Good thing we had extra tp in our bag and got coffee at the front desk station. Overall, great stay.

My family stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites located in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts this past July. We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean and cheerful. The beds were very comfortable as well. The hotel is close to local attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of it's great location. It is right in the middle of the Cape, which makes it a gem!

Wanted to do laundry, front desk did not have quarters available so the next day when I was back to do laundry, they informed me that the laundry room closes at 9pm with a grace period to 12pm. Did not know that previously. I have never been to any hotel that has time restrictions on laundry. I can understand that it may be loud for other guests but they should consider that when making the laundry room location to not disturb nearby guests. Additionally, the fitness room had been "closed" for the couple days we wanted to use it. When asked when it would be open again, they said they would let me know but so far, did not get a response. Asked to speak to night manager, Crystal and she was very rude and impatient. Would not recommend staying at this property for the amount of cost per night and for being Hilton Honors member and Hilton Vacation Club Owner, this was the worse customer experience. Also forgot to mention that workers who were either housekeeping or maintenance that were vacuuming the floors in the hallways were arguing about their work responsibilities, complaining about the manager and arguing with each other about their shifts and duties while in the hallways and elevators with guests. Needed to add that housekeeping came today, when I went to take a shower, I noticed black scuff marks in the tub - like someone went into the tub with filthy feet or their shoes!. I had to "clean" the tub myself before taking a shower and the tissue box was not replaced although it was empty. The shower curtain makes the entire bathroom smell "sour" as if the shower curtain has not been cleaned at all! This is the poorest Hilton property I've ever stayed in and for the high cost of the rooms, it is NOT worth it!!! On a positive note, I want to acknowledge Lichardo, at the front desk who was always pleasant, helpful and friendly

Google
Honestly due to it being newly renovated is probably why I was comfortable there. The cleaning people couldn't stay on top of common area garbages or coffee or towels by the pool. Their cleaning was also not great. They left coffee spilled in the elevators for over a day. There were always towels and garbage outside the rooms.

Yelp
I've stayed at other properties on the Cape and this one tops the charts! I had excellent service, easy check-in and checkout, the room was clean and comfortable, & breakfast was good! There was plenty of parking and the location was easy to shopping, restaurants in town and the highway.

Deborah B.

Yelp
Parking was a rip off. Put us in the furthest room possible. Their hospitality. If I pay at least 200.00 a night. I don't expect to pay 40.00 per night for parking. And if you park on the st. It's very limited and I got 2 tickets.

Yelp
My husband and I have stayed here for years. He was in a wheelchair and the handicap room we always stayed in was perfect for his needs. They have several different handicap rooms. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast buffet is pretty good. A great place to stay.

Yelp
Hampton Inn Yarmouth is a good location. The price was very reasonable. The room was comfortable and clean. However, Twice someone came to fix a toilet problem but was still not fixed. I understand this happens and they gave us another room. But it was late by the time we could change rooms. We're both elderly and NO HELP was offered to move rooms, nor an apology. I was disappointed.

Yelp
This place is fine, but seems just a bit off. Hampton Inns are generally a solid option when you're looking for a hotel to stay in. This place is fine, but just a bit off compared to the others I've been to. Our room was okay, but it could have been cleaner and in better condition. Breakfast area, same story. It was okay, but it fell a step or two below what I'd expect from a Hampton Inn. Could have been cleaner. Could be a bit nicer and bigger. Food could have been fresher and selection could have been a bit wider. Digital key access was also not working very well. This is one of my favorite features of many of the Hilton brand hotels. It's such a pain to wait for front desk help when arriving to hotels. But if the contactless check in and digital key don't work, then what's the point?

Yelp
Clean Beds comfortable Been updated 3 years ago Seems like safe area Spacious Tube instead of walk in shower so no nasty tiles

Tom B.

Yelp
Had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff was incredibly friendly and always accommodating, there was never a moment in time where I could not find a staff member for any question or request that was needed. The manager Elissa was fantastic, she went out of her way and above and beyond for our group. Cannot thank her enough for how great she made our stay. The hotel is so nice and comforting, the property and surrounding landscape was beautiful and the building was always clean as the staff was top notch.

Anne S.

Yelp
My room did not contain an ice bucket. I requested one. It's been 2 hours and I am still waiting. I have been given every excuse in the book. When did an ice bucket become an unusual request??

Carolyn H.

Yelp
Great beds, pillows, pools and hot tub and service!!! We stayed almost all week and were VERY comfortable!! I wish the pool hours were longer though!
google avatar

Jay M.

Yelp
Nice hotel. I've been here 4-5 times, the most recent last week. The hotel is centrally located on Cape Cod. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The prices are fair. There is a nice indoor pool and hot tub area. The free breakfast is mediocre. They supply free coffee all day long and free cookies served each night, which is a nice touch.
google avatar

Meg B.

Yelp
Very loud. You can hear the ice machine going off all night. The maids are very loud in the morning when they are cleaning rooms. The restaurant was closed the first night for a party would have been nice to know that. Very close to the the shops on Main Street. Workers were working near pool which was awful because it was with drills and it was causing a lot of dust to come near the pool area. Didn't know where was coffee or tea as they didn't mention that at check in
google avatar

Robert W.

Yelp
Wonderful attentive, polite and helpful staff. Spotless and clean.Fantastic Continental breakfast! Warm fresh cookies at night. Fresh coffee and tea 24-7 .Hotel is in a great location to sites and beaches. Pool was closed (and due to Expedias refusal to post it on their site despite hotel staffs continued requests to do so I was never informed of this and very disappointed)...in the future always check or call the hotel for updates. Despite the closed pool... This hotel was fantastic we had a great stay!

Yelp
It was absolutely disgusting. First, it didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. Second, it smelled awful, it was cold, it smelled weird and there was stuff on the walls. Third, I didn't stay there because I was disgusted, it was supposed to be a hotel and it was more of a motel. Lastly, it wasn't clean but it was not clean at the same time, also it was giving off bad vibes. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't great, I could've stayed there if I had to but thankfully I had other options. The bottom line it wasn't terrible but it wasn't great.

Yelp
This place is so clean! We walked in and the air was crisp and cold from the air conditioner, so nice compared to the heat of outside. Working tv, microwave, chilly and cute mini fridge. For being in a pandemic everything is immaculate. Wonderful man at the concierge set us up with our room, showed us how to get there where to park, and showed us where the sanitizer wipes are. So surprised with the cleanliness and kindness!

Yelp
First off, let's go through the good things about the hotel -- the room I had was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the man at the desk was very nice. Although we didn't use it, we were told the outdoor pool was available, but was limited to a certain number of people. This hotel was very COVID conscious, with masks and hand sanitizer everywhere. Rollaway beds are available for an additional charge. So let's talk about the COVID-19 experience at this hotel. Only one person was there to help the guests. One. No housekeeping. If you needed something, the gentleman at the desk had to get it for you. If he was helping another guest, he was not at the desk. So there was that. There was only one item on the breakfast menu. On the day that I stayed it was egg whites with onion and peppers and cheese with some sort of potatoes and turkey sausage links. Really?? You had to order breakfast ahead, because they had it sent in. I explained that I was allergic to some of the things on the menu and the man said he would try, but not guarantee to help me. There is no way my children would eat that breakfast. No cold options were offered -- no bagel and cream cheese, no muffins, no cereal. Just some weird concoction of egg and potatoes. Ridiculous. So the cost of my room included a breakfast neither my children or I could eat. There was hardly anything in the little food pantry to buy in terms of snacks. There were soda options, but no milk, no alcohol. How has the pandemic affected the way you stock your food items for sale? The arcade was closed. Disappointing for my kids, but okay I get it. I asked when the mall closed and was told 10 pm. It closed 5 minutes before we got there at 7 pm. That's something the front desk should have known. We wasted our time going all the way over there for nothing. Overall, we got a decent nights sleep, but not much else. I could have gone to one of the smaller, less expensive hotels, but I was hoping that I would have a better experience if I paid more money. I was wrong. And I am disappointed. I understand that there is a pandemic out there -- we came to safely get away from the stress of it. We didn't mind the mask wearing, the social distancing, etc. But we did mind the lack of service and absence of amenities that we paid full price for.

Yelp
They say a picture speaks 1,000 words. Take a look at the linens that were on my $200 a night bed. Filthy and repulsive- I have never seen such filth in my entire life. Not much else to s Stay away! *update* it's now been 23 days, and I still have not been refunded. Not even a phone call. Service at its worst. Pitiful beyond words.

Debbie B.

Yelp
Making and modifying reservations to this hotel was quite the experience. We first attempted to book a room for ourselves online. Got as far as the checkout point and got a "something went wrong" message. After several attempts at completing the reservation process, we called a number that was listed on the error message. At that point in time I am not sure where we were calling, but they clearly did not have any better access to the hotel's reservation system than we did, and I literally heard a rooster crowing in the background throughought the conversation. After being placed on hold several times it was determined that this "help desk" could not help me. She stated that she would call me back in an hour or so, which of course, she did not. We then phoned another number and booked the reservation. We also booked a separate reservation for our son, but needed to modify it. Once again, the online system was not working and we were forced to call "the number ". Even though we were given the option to modify our reservation online, the employee we spoke with would not give us that option. She said we had to cancel then rebook. Of course when we went to rebook the room was not available. When we arrived on Cape Cod we checked in virtually but a room was not available until right before check in time. We were prompted to select our room and it autogenerated a room on the first floor which was less than desirable, as we spent $500 for one night in a basic room. We chose the option to select another room and it immediately tried to hit us with an additional surcharge. At that point we were so aggravated we took the first floor room. The room itself was unimpressive, especially for what we were paying. The noise level was ridiculous. Dogs barking, guests screaming, children running. The lobby was crowded and I never once saw the desk clerk look up from his station. But the very worst part about our stay is that our room was literally crawling with ants. There were ants on the wall, ants on the night stand, ants on the desk, ants on the microwave, ants on the television stand, ants on the ice bucket.....IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!! Fortunately we were out of there the very next day and had a wonderful stay in a very clean ant free rental property on the beach. When we arrived home I opened up my survey. Everything was fine until I rated the hotel poorly. Then suddenly it was too late to submit my feedback. I then tried to call the Hilton Customer Service line directly. That person stated that they did not handle such things and that I had to work it out with the property. She immediately connected me to the hotel before I could continue the conversation. When I spoke with the very young lady at the front desk she had no idea why I was connected to her. She informed me that it was summer in The Cape and "there's ants". She also stated that a lot of people have been having issues with the reservation system and the rooster woman-- can't make this up. My final attempt to inform this business that they had room for improvement was via a "contact us" email. I was promptly given a case number then.... You guessed it.... Crickets. I would expect this kind of runaround from a mom and pop motel on The Cape ( of which there are many), but was surprised that The Hilton could not manage a stress free reservation process and any free environment. ESPECIALLY FOR $500 / NIGHY

Yelp
It's all in the details. I love Hampton Inn for all the bells & whistles (unless it's by railroad tracks like My Cousin Vinny), all at a reasonable price. Nice clean rooms, 2 queen beds, 40" HDTV, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and above all WiFi. Plenty of outlets and USB outlets to charge all your electronic devices. Bring an HDMI cable and you can play DVDs from your laptop or stream your favorite Netflix show. Downside is that the Cat5 network jacks don't work and you're dependent on the less than reliable WiFi, which dropped out at inopportune moments. Hot breakfast is served every morning including 2 waffle irons to make your own Belgian waffle. You can even top your waffle with crumbled Oreos, coconut flakes & whipped cream. Grab an apple, orange or banana if you're going on a Cape Cod hike or beach outing. And when you come back, you can enjoy a hot snack or freshly baked cookie in the evening. If you still have energy, use the fully outfitted gym. Take a dip in not one but two pools (indoor and outdoor) or take a nice long, hot soak in the in-ground hot tub. As our stay was in the first week of May, it was still pre-season and was not very crowded. They were doing renovations on the second floor in the rooms directly beneath ours and one of the elevators was out of commission. We heard an occasional power drill or hammer banging, but for the most part not bothered by construction noise.

Yelp
Honestly, this place was a let down. First, they advertised a "bar and grill" when in reality it was a three burner Weber where they made only burgers and hot dogs and basic drinks on the rocks or with a seltzer that you could make, nothing special. Next, the housekeeping was terrible. First day they knocked on the room at 9am, so we go out and come back around 3pm and the room still wasn't done. It was finally done at 5pm. Next day the room wasn't even done by 5pm so I didn't even bother waiting and just asked for extra towels. And it happened again the next day. So if you want efficient housekeeping this place isn't it. Finally, there was an odor of literal feces in the elevator and 3rd floor hallway everyday, which they tried to mask with febreeze unsuccessfully. In conclusion, stay somewhere else for a cheaper price and most likely better quality.

Larry H.

Yelp
We generally like Hampton Inn although some locations are, naturally, better than others. Hands down, this is the best one we've stayed at yet. Lyndsay and Beth welcomed us and filled us in on everything. The entire place is super clean. Room was great. Excellent restaurant recommendation from Beth. The gentleman grilling burgers and dogs by the pool Friday was great to talk to. One downside - tough to turn left out of the parking lot.

David S.

Yelp
Excellent stay. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great desk service. Easy accessible too all restaurants and highway. Wii definitely stay here next year.
google avatar

Stan B.

Yelp
Way overpriced for having nothing but room/suite, shabby complimentary breakfast. Room was clean appearing although towel holder could tolerate dusting. Front desk help Donte, very personable and professional and worthy of accolade, however, closed lobby, closed pool/whirlpool, closed weight room, and closed game room. Yep, way overpriced and no housekeeping daily, self serve!

Steven H.

Yelp
Here is some of my experience at this facility for your consideration the next time you visit this area. We stayed three days and although the rate was high, we accepted it because it was in a location that was convenient. On arrival, a sign in the lobby and the staff told us that if we wanted our room cleaned daily, we would need to tell them each day. We did inform them the night before that we wanted our room cleaned and on the second day, requested it twice. We needed new towels, the trash removed and coffee replenished. After the second day we returned about 3 pm and found the room not cleaned. The front staff told us that the cleaning people were still doing rooms, we were on the list, and it would be done soon. At 5 pm, we again checked with the staff and the cleaning people were gone. This is a very bad policy, both not cleaning the rooms each day (I pay for it!) and lying to your customers. I suggest the message be, tell us if you don't want us to clean your room otherwise we will. The room was dirty. The bathroom had dirt and hair in the corners of the room and the carpet was filthy. I am a diamond member and receive at all my stays free water or something at check in. Nothing was offered. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff told us that food was available outside at the bar next to the pool since we arrived late and were very hungry. However, when we went to the bar to purchase something, the bar tender had no intention of helping us. He had a group of people sitting at the bar and it appeared that was his focus. The phone did not work so we could not communicate with the front desk without calling from the outside on our cell phone. The security lock on the door did not work so we felt uncomfortable not having the security at night. A group of people came in late and decided to party in the hallway waking us up and interrupting our rest. These are just a few of the problems we had at this facility. We stayed at 5 other Hilton properties during our visit to the area and they were great. The other facilities were clean and lived up to the Hilton standard, however, the one in West Yarmouth was not good. I would rate it a one or two star. Due to this incident and the fact that we plan to travel a lot (we are now retired), we will be considering other brand hotels in the future.

Yelp
Great place.. We had a little fun and requested extra pillows and a pic of rod serling from the twilight zone, to see if they would deliver! Well they sure did. Breakfast was better than expected, we booked the king studio suite with in room whirlpool. It was clean, large, and all of the expected amenities were provided. The staff recommended food and where to find a charger, made small talk, and were all around very charming. We really enjoyed ourselves the location is great. Pool closes at ten, fitness til midnight, game room(4 claw machines 2 video games) all night. Breakfast till 10. Bar till 9, they make about 6 drinks. Ranging from 7-9 $. Parking is great. Plenty of outlets, in room microwave, mini fridge, drawers bug desk 2 chairs. Bed was comfy as heck, comforter was down alternative, soft, ample,Awesome ! Enjoy!!

Yelp
Very clean, rooms smell amazingly fresh, well appointed rooms with friendly staff. Only drawback is beds are a little hard and only pillows are soft with little support. I prefer when hotels have two pillow options. I'll just bring my own next time. Best hotel in the area! Bonfire and s'mores are a great touch! When I checked in, we had come from another hotel in the area that was damp and mildewy. When they heard that, they gave me 10% off each of the 3 nights I needed to stay. Pretty cool that they addressed another hotel's poor experience. Will absolutely stay here for conferences to come that I attend in this area.
google avatar

Lisa B.

Yelp
Very nice spot in West Yarmouth. Close to local restaurants and they have a great outdoor pool area with a fire pit and bar. We made s'mores! The room was tidy and I liked the layout. Staff was very friendly too!
google avatar

Jaimee A.

Yelp
Efficient is the best word I can use to describe the Hampton Inn. The customer service was great, the rooms were clean, the pool was lovely and it is conveniently located. Our deal had a free breakfast which wasn't gourmet but certainly acceptable.
google avatar

Ted B.

Yelp
Very pleased by my recent stay this July 4. You'll pay more here than you will at most of the other places in the area, but its well worth it. The room we had was large and very clean. Staff is friendly, professional and courteous. They have nice outdoor pool area as well as an indoor pool with hot tub and a gym. They also have free breakfast, which is a nice added touch, although I didn't partake of it because I love Ann and Fran's down the road. It seems very family friendly without being too loud. I'd stay here again when I visit the Cape.
google avatar

Leesa M.

Yelp
We come here every year to escape CABIN FEVER! This year has been extra therapeutic due to 100" of snow. Thank you, Hampton Inn!
google avatar

Michael R.

Yelp
The hotel is very modern and new. Staff was very friendly and helpful to our conference group of 100 veterans. Sorry we had more attendees than your conference meeting room is designed to hold, but thanks for making it work. Greatly appreciate the wonderful meals coordinated with both the Yarmouth House and DiParmas. You pulled together nice menus, you cant make everyone happy and you were just the middle man arranging everything. Diane Gomes the manager went above and beyond as well as her staff to make the conference a successful one - thank you!

Yelp
We got stuck paying nearly full in-season rate when booking a last-minute weekend trip to see the family recently, and figured, instead of paying over $200 to stay in a fleabag let's splurge and spend over $300 to stay in the Hampton. Because the Hampton is very, very reliable. Clean, comfortable, safe, decent breakfast, two pools with jacuzzi, a few amenities (their cookies, a few free appetizers, a smallish bar open at the outdoor pool), has good WiFi (once you get in - there's a bizarre login sequence that is wrong on the room card, FYI), with good DirecTV without the annoying hotel guide wrapper most hotels have. You can set the room air on continuous fan without changing the temperature, which is something I value very much for the white noise. And it's pretty quiet - good modern soundproofing for the most part. Very family-friendly with lots of families with small children about. I have some quibbles here and there: they need to get the smokers away from the entrances, there were a few details of housekeeping that weren't quite up to par, the minifridge and microwave faced the beds so there was extra noise and electronics glare, they forgot the rollaway bed, and a few other details. So not perfect, but...very, very reliable. The Hampton brand is pretty solid, and given the very low standards for the Cape and Route 28 in general, this is a gem. I do wish we could get a better rate.

Yelp
Great customer service all around. The front staff was friendly, the hotel offers movie night and s'mores by the pool area at dusk, breakfast selection is varied and kept tidy and fresh baked cookies in the evening. There's shuttle service provided to local nearby destinations by a friendly and helpful driver. A great family friendly hotel near local attractions.

Yelp
First reaction, pleasantly surprised! On a whim we decided to do a last minute weekend on the cape. Having been to other resorts and rental properties, I was hesitant to book a Hampton because it was not a true "cape" experience. Still, being a HH member, this was a good choice for just two nights at last minute (plus I still get the points). Now, this stay has not come without any hiccups, but being on vacation, we are in such a good mood, not much can bother us right now. Pulling up, the grounds were lovely with beautify landscape. The lobby was clean and new, a nice atmosphere. At check in, The staff was friendly, gave me a laugh, but I think their minds were elsewhere. After getting our keys, we went up to our room and to our surprise, opened the door on another family. OOPS!!!! We were quickly accommodated and given keys to a vacant room. The room is nicely decorated, clean, good space and toiletries. Evening activities were really nice, s'mores around the fire pit were a hit with the kiddos. Although, there was supposed to be a movie on Sat night and they didn't do it. That was a bit of a let down. Indoor and Outdoor pools were nice, complete with poolside bar Breakfast buffet had lots to choose from and was pretty well maintained for the amount of traffic. For a Hampton, this is a great property, especially last min weekend on the cape. Location is great for many public beaches.

Yelp
Nice location, nice rooms, free breakfast and some dinner snacks. We didn't try any of the extras as we were driving around the Cape and checking out other areas but it was a nice place to come "home" to and the staff was very helpful

Yelp
I had a great experience at the hotel which was very clean, with very friendly staff, nice outdoor pool, indoor pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Good breakfast too. The bartender Gregg from the pool bar was awesome, very attentive and funny. Thanks for everything.

Yelp
What a great place to stay. Room was very clean and fresh, comfortable pillows and great powerful Air conditioning. Free Breakfast with Cinnamon Toast Crunch at 6am with my daughter every morning was a perfect way to let my wife sleep. They do fresh baked chocolate chip cookies at 8pm so get down there early because this is a big hit. What a beautiful sight- there were people of all ages/races/genders all gathering to enjoy one of God's simple joys (cookies). Great location close to many of the cool towns. We left one of our toiletries bags and the hotel found it and is shipping back to us. There's a nice gym and pools which we didn't use but looked sufficient. If your looking for a terrific place to stay in Cape Cod without breaking the bank look no further folks.

Yelp
This hotel is absolutely terrific! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and very updated and well appointed. They have a great complimentary beverage service all day and breakfast in the morning. The indoor pool and hot tub are awesome. It is convenient to downtown Hyannis. And the price in incredibly reasonable. I can't say enough about it.

Yelp
My wife & I travel to Cape Cod a few times a year. We have stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in West Yarmouth since the first year it opened. We would like to complement the management on: How well the grounds are kept The friendly & knowledgeable employees The cleanliness & updating of the rooms Because of this we will continue to be a guest at this Inn for many years to come.

Yelp
The place had a lot of potential. In their defense it was off season a Monday night in mid October. So let's start with the good. Friendly staff, nicely decorated, free parking and a decent hot breakfast buffet. The key words I'm looking for in any hotel Yelp review are "I'd stay here again" now the question would I stay here again? Probably not first because its a short drive to anything in the area except mini golf and parking can be difficult in the area during peak season. Second the hotel was mostly empty due to the season. Our room smelled of mold from the wall air condition unit. You've got 90% vacancy and you put us in the room that stinks of mold. I know people must have complained about the room before and staff certainly smelled it as there was an overwhelming scent of deodorizer attempting to mask the smell. Other than the smell of that room the place could work if you don't mind not being in the middle of everything.

Yelp
Checked into the hotel a little early with no problem. Got excellent food recommendations. Definitely check out Colombo's Cafe! The delightful staff helped us out with everything and I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

Yelp
One of the top two Hampton Inn properties I've ever been to. It's clean, it's new, and unique in its decoration. They've passed over the standard Hampton Inn furniture that you see at just about any of the others and instead decorated the rooms in a style more specific to Cape Cod. It's a nice touch, and the light colors make the rooms feel clean, inviting, and... well, Cape Cod-like. The front desk was super friendly. Staying here was a great experience for us, even though it was only for one day. It's the only Hilton-owned property in all of Cape Cod, so it really makes me happy that they did it right!

Yelp
For July 3rd Thursday, I reserved 2 rooms for us and requested adjoining rooms. As requested, we had an easy check-in and pleasantly surprised with the layout. The bedroom and bathroom are both spacious. Plus, there are the common ammenties which are especially important on Cape Cod. The room had both a microwave and a rather large mini-fridge. Only complaint from my girlfriend was the end table at the foot of the bed which was pretty high up. Plus, there as a cushion which would make it difficult to write on for another desk. Back to ammenties, there was free internet as well as free breakfast. There are two pools- one indoors and one outdoors with a bar side and grill. My girlfriend and I played some water basketball in the pool with some hotel guests. It was probably a highlight of my hotel stay. Unfortunately, the pool closed at 10PM so had to call short the game once the pool closed. In the morning, I checked out the other ammenities. I worked out at the fitness center which was huge and spacious. Complimentary ear buds made it nice to watch your personal TV screen on the treadmill, elliptical, or cycling machine. Across the fitness center, there was a nicely appointed arcade room but unfortunately we were unable to squeeze this into our stay. There is a business room which is nice to print out any material you need on your trip. Last time, we stayed at the Tidewater Inn just next door. I don't recall a free breakfast or business room. So, this is a definitely a step-up in my humble opinion. Plus, I used the 24,000 points to pay $100 for each room which went for $275 according to Hilton website. So, I easily saved $175 per room which is a pretty sweet deal. One thing that you guys probably know is to avoid the egg omlette which tastes synthetic or as my dad says "manufactured". Stick with the hard boiled eggs to be safe. Plus, this one has a step-up breakfast with free cut fruit (pineapple, cantalope, strawberries, blueberries). Also, my mom loved the front desk layout with a fruit basket with juicy plump oranges with a nice table with selection of tea plus coffee. Evening had a plate full of cookies which my dad picked up before turning in. West Yarmouth does not have much in terms of dining experience. So, the lobby desk clerk recommended Hyannis which I feel is too commercialized. We got another recommendation to visit Chatam downtown which was quaint and just perfect. Great staff and help with picking places to visit. I would not hesitate to visit here again.

Yelp
This place is nice, clean, and quiet and close drive to Main Street Hyannis. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast attendant was super nice--when they ran out of hard boiled eggs, I asked him for one and he got me one from the back kitchen. :-) Simple pleasures. Now for the bummer part. Their pool is indoor/enclosed and our room (room 244) smelled like Right Guard deodorant...and who wants that!?!?!? On the plus side, Room 244 has a handy reading light right outside the window. The only problem is when you want to go to sleep, it's impossible to turn off. (Stacking pillows against the blackout curtains and above the air-conditioner helped. Ask for a few extra upon checkin.)

Yelp
Out of all the three star-ish hotels that we stayed at during a New England road trip, I liked Hampton Inn the most. On the surface, Hampton Inn is no different from, say, Holiday Inn Express and Best Western hotels in this area. They have a relatively similar style and feel. The room size and bathroom quality are similar enough. Yet it is the small things that stand out, such as there is unlimited, and DECENT, hot coffee in lobby all the time. The tea bags in the rooms are Tazo tea bags. They provide Neutrogena shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, instead of some unheard of floral/natural stuffs that are either too harsh or too weak. The in room free WiFi is fast and reliable. The fitness center is spacious and has half decent machines. The game room has retro arcade game machines that work. The vending machine has interesting snacks (Cape Cod chips). There are charging stations for your electronics on both bedside nightstands. Last but not least, the free hot breakfast has good selections (including hot oatmeal that is not from a package) and the food tastes good. For this particular location, I felt that either the hotel was newer or had been renovated recently. The place was clean and immaculate during our visit. The front desk was fast and professional. The only complaint I had was that the mattress was too soft for me. My back hurt after two evenings.

Yelp
I stayed in the "off season" and had a wonderful time. The price was very reasonable. The rooms were huge, tons of light coming through the window, and they were spotless. Great service as well. They offer a full hot breakfast every morning, eggs, bacon, waffle bar, fruit, toast, pastries, yogurt, etc.. They also have afternoon appetizers and "bed time cookies" such a great concept, and pretty decent food to have to snack on.

Yelp
I stay at this hotel for business throughout the year, and the rooms are consistently bright, the employees are always friendly, and the morning breakfast is always filled and hot/cold where it needs to be!! Spacious Bathrooms, quiet rooms, plenty of plugs for my laptop, cell phones, etc. Also had a refrigerator and a microwave in my room, every time I have stayed! Joanne, the Sales Manager there was outstanding-I will continue to stay here, even when I am not on business- Thank You!!!

Yelp
Let's get right to it, this hotel Rocks! They have thought of everything! Indoor and outdoor pools that are actually bigger than kiddie pools! Beautiful outdoor bar with fire pit! Clean! Clean! Clean! Hungry?! Wake up to delicious waffles! Always a big spread. I have read the uptight posts about they didn't have this or that! Well there are 8 different cereals, eggs, breakfast meats, lots of bakery items, fresh fruit, YOU WILL FIND SOMETHING!! Sweet tooth? How about a freshly baked cookies every night at 8pm. Fresh fruit infused water, coffee all day, teas. The value you receive is second to none. I honestly believe people just complain about something to get something for free! When I do cape cod, it has to be the Hampton Inn!

Yelp
Excellent property and EXCELLENT for families with little children!! Stayed in 2 queen beds on Saturday night last week. Clean rooms, Friendly and helpful front desk and breakfast staff, LOTS of things to do, great location, and quiet. We were a very loud group- up until 5 am and not once did anyone complain about our noise (we tried really hard to keep it down low) nor did we hear any of the children on our floor in the morning (lots of families in the rooms around us). Dave was nice at check in- gave us good reccomendations on where to go and where to stay away from. He even told us they dont have free bottle openers but saw that we had wine and offered to open them up for us before heading up to our room. Came home pretty late with a few unexpected guests so we asked for a cot at 5 am and they brought one up for us right away. The two nigh audit guys were really nice, chatty, and helpful as we kept coming downstairs (smokers in the group), and told them to let us know if we were being too loud. The next morning the breakfast lady was SUPER friendly and nice and they had a good spread of stuff that is typical of a Hampton Inn. We got a late check out and they split up our bill with no issues. There are SO many activities going on here for the guests it is almost overwhelming to keep track of it all. They have a scavanger hunt, animal show (real live animals walking around the lobby!!), ice cream social, pizza party, movies playing all day, live music and bar in the lobby at night, games, pool, and so much more going on to keep you entertained. You really dont even need to leave the hotel because there is so much to do! Sadly we didnt have the time to participate in most things but we did get to see the animal show and live music. A bit untypical of some Hamptons in that they dont have matches or disposible wine openers available at the front desk. Also the shuttle stops running at 9pm so we had to take a cab. Also in the pantry lots of the snack items had no prices and the night audit was trying to guess prices so I just didnt bother. Overall, wonderful place and I look forward to staying here again.

Yelp
Excellent property and great experience on all fronts. Nice price point, clean and modern, free breakfast, free shuttles around town, great and attentive staff and good location. Love the pool (with bar and music) and great for kids without being crazy overrun by loudness. We will be back. Kudos to Hilton for making a reasonably priced property exceed expectations by a long shot. Note to HHonors guests, if you are using rewards points and are between the remodeled Doubletree that is opening soon and this one, choose this one. We saw the location for the Doubletree --it is out by the airport and further away from everything in a pretty industrial location.
