One night stay, arrived late. Plenty of parking in the well-lit and tidy lot, felt safe unloading the car. Check in and out was smooth and efficient. Hotel and room looked recently remodeled and very clean. Room was good-sized with enough storage for luggage and still move about the room. Even though remodel looked recent, toilet tank already had a crack in it. Didn't affect operation, and everything else we used worked. Comfortable bed and quiet room (even with in-room heater running on a cold weather night) made for a good night's sleep.||Included breakfast was typical hot items, the waffle maker was a nice addition. Overall a very good stay, would certainly return.

Upon arrival employees are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always appealing and tasty. I love the Holiday decor and the coffee/tea and hot chocolate bar always available. Rooms are clean and very spacious they have everything you need for an extended stay to feel like home. Gym is clean with good selection of equipment. Bbq and smoker if that's your thing. I also noticed in the women's lobby restroom extra little touches for women 😘. Most definitely thought of everything! Close by to a little bit of everything, food, bars, shopping etc. Would recommend to family in friends when in El Paso!

Google
Absolutely one of the most clean friendly and affordable hotels in El Paso. Truly enjoyed our stay there and the Staff was Truly the most helpful Nice people around. My Kudos to the staff. The entire staff. The front desk and Room Service Thank You All

Google
We love staying at this hotel. The rooms are very clean. The renovations that were done were excellent and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is near airport and awesome dining.

Located close to the airport, yet reasonably quiet. Very clean rooms, nice staff and great breakfast. Definitely can recommend.

Everything was smooth and awesome. Love the ease of checking in virtually and using our phone as a key. I just wish the girls in the front were more on the same page. I wanted to buy a bag of over night oats for $8. I looked for milk to purchase, and after waiting for their conversation to finish (it was a conversation about how long someone they knew had to wait to leave whenever they were at after so many shots.) I asked the front clerks. One of them told me I could buy the oats and she could just get me some milk from the back from the breakfast items. After going back to my room to ask what my daughter would like, we went back up and talked to the “how many shots” gal as the other lady wasn’t there. She told me I could use water if I wanted (Not for overnight oats? Even the directions on the back state to use milk) and that if I wanted milk, I could wait until the morning. I told her that’s not overnight oats work. They need milk and need to sit overnight. I let her know that the other person had told me she could give me milk from the breakfast area and she simply stated, “Well I was t here when that happened so…” No, you were there. You were just too caught up in your conversation about alcohol consumption. Overall the hotel was super nice. Hot chocolate and coffee at night. Cannot access the pool via the phone app, but just wanted to check if it was heated. I’d stay here again.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in texas always a welcoming friendly staff at check in, the cleaning staff does such great work. Going on my 35th day I only have one request is to have chicken tenders back on there morning breakfast line. Lol chicken and waffles was the best. Back 2023

Compared to other Hampton Inns we've stayed in, this one is sub-par. Don't stay on the first floor, everything is tile and very loud. Rooms were small, but at least it was all pretty clean. They say they're dog-friendly, but there is nowhere for a dog to do their business, just gravel and concrete.

Wynesha K.

Yelp
This is my first time staying in El Paso, Texas overnight and I'm gonna say that this hotel was great!! The nice staff was awesome and very accommodating. I was given a room with a pool view. The rooms were nice, bed slept great and the pillows were really fluffy and nice. Huge flatscreen TV, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and Wi-Fi. We stayed on the first floor and the rooms were quiet. Very friendly environment. I have a service dog and they are very accommodating here as they are pet friendly. Hot breakfast with waffle iron, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage of some sort, scones, muffins, yogurt, fruit, juice bar, coffee. A variety of options for breakfast from 6-10am. I definitely recommend staying here if ever in the El Paso Texas area.

Brandon K.

Yelp
El Paso, TX. is a huge city. However, if you are passing through Texas, this is a must stay! Long story short, soft beds and pillows . Pet friendly, pool, microwave, and refrigerator in rooms. Great staff, and did I mention a clean hotel . Travel with my wife and two kids and my dog and we all slept like babies. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
This is one of the better hotels near the border. Clean and smells good walking in. Def felt safer staying here than in other "choices"

Flor M.

Yelp
I canceled my previous reservation at the holiday inn express because I was given a Hilton confirmation for 2 connecting rooms. I arrived today at the Hampton inn and suites to find that my reservation that I pre-paid for ahead of time was not honored by the front desk due to availability. I gave this hotel a 3 star for the following reason: 1.) I was told I did not call ahead to confirm that I needed connecting rooms nor did I leave a comment explaining the reason why I needed connecting rooms. I was told that they did the best they could to place us on the same floor because they had us originally in separate buildings. 2.) The room that we were given has a black ring in the toilet, the sink started to back up anytime anyone used it, and the pull out couch is sinking in (rooms definitely need to be updated. I gave stars for the following reasons: Customer service- even with me being upset about what happened, the front desk was kind, compassionate, and remained professional. I emailed the manager about the situation and he responded with a quick turnaround time. I did provide feedback as to what may have occurred on the systems end so that hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else who uses the Hilton app or website. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Breakfast/coffee/hot chocolate bar- the setup is super creative, festive, and delicious. The morning breakfast had a huge selection and variety there was something for everyone. Major bonus for keeping everyone safe by providing gloves for everyone to use. Plenty of hand sanitizer stations. Location- plenty of parking, close to shops, restaurants, and airport. The rooms are big and comfortable. Bed was firm, comforter was soft, pillows were perfect. It wasn't noisy and guests were respectful. Overall, it is a great place to stay short term.

Yelp
Daily breakfast here is okay, the lady who is in charge of making sure breakfast is full stick is super friendly, she makes this place bearable. First was the renovation of the main entrance and first floor , next day I get a letter under the door that they are changing the locks and now I have three keys to enter the hotel and my room. Next day the card to enter the breakfast room does not work I had to get a new key. Now they are asking the customers to park in a different area because they want to paint the exterior, while renovation is still pending and I have been here for 15 days and was informed from day one of check in that it was suppose to be done in two weeks

Gab D.

Yelp
Great comfortable stay! The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. They had called us back down after we checked in because they had forgotten to swipe our card for incidentals and gave a free beverage for the I convenience. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Layce H.

Yelp
This is my first time staying here staff was extremely nice helpful and on top of everything. Rooms were clean. The thing that set this place apart is the view. It must be on top of some kind of little hill and it's looking down at the whole city and it is absolutely stunning at night. There's also like five or six restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. You do have to walk across a dark gravel alley and I wouldn't probably suggested doing this at night but during the day you'll be just fine.

Daniel H.

Yelp
This Hampton Inn was just off the freeway and the parking lot was dark in the area I was in. I stayed here for one night and this was the better hotel of my business trip. There was complimentary breakfast like other Hampton Inns, but I didn't get to eat that since I left the hotel before the breakfast in the morning which was at 6am or so. My room had a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom whereas the other hotel was just like any other hotel. The staff here was nice and helpful when I asked what was good to eat around El Paso. The few hours I rested was comfortable and I didn't hear anything from people next door to me. I thought this place was good if you're just stopping by and needed a place to stay.

James R.

Yelp
Stayed here for a few nights on my Covid death tour. El Paso is and was getting slammed hard by Covid, so it was nice to see that Hampton Inn was being pretty tight on enforcing their Covid rules. Hot water was good. Fart fan was connected to lights but was easy enough to disable. TV channels were decent for a Hilton property. Housekeeping about the same as any where else, upon request only. I like this location as it has easy access to the 10 and shopping in the area. If ur in the area this is a worthy stop.

John W.

Yelp
Left my electric razor on top of the coffee maker. Called the next day and they said they didn't find anything. That's funny. Either they are lying and someone took it or they don't clean very well.

Candy V.

Yelp
I decided to change my review. In day 1, the lady at breakfast seemed to be having a bad day and slamming everything around while she was cleaning up but the past few days she's been super nice a helpful. I haven't seen the girl at the front desk since she fixed our internet so I'm gonna let that go. The hotel is nice and clean but the Hilton garden inn is worth the extra money.

Mel C.

Yelp
Quick bullet points... Pros: -Located close to the airport -Close to El Paso' main freeway (I-10) -Great staff -Fitness Room w/free weights and a couple of treadmills -Quiet, especially at night. -Price -Located near restaurants and the mall -Microwave, TV, and Fridge -Honest housekeeping. Have yet to loose anything -Hilton Honor Points and free stuff -Free WiFi Cons: -Breakfast is just your basic precooked liquid eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, and toast. -No room service -Rooms are small, but still comfortable. Even though I prefer to stay at the Hilton Garden, this Hampton Inn has become one of my regular hotels when I'm in El Paso. The Hilton Garden Inn, which is right on the other side of the freeway, is nicer. It's just way too crowded.

Bonnie L.

Yelp
Solid hotel. Free breakfast daily was amazing. They had healthy options like cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit. Enjoyed the hot waffles we made ourself. Even had blueberry! Free coffee and tea too. Hotel seemed older but it was clean. Didn't show age like I thought it would. Elevator was quick. Bathroom was bright, large, and lots of towels! I appreciate the wrapped paper cups. Plenty of parking. Free wifi. Free paper. Microwave and fridge in room is nice. Staff is very friendly. I didn't like I had to go to another outside building for the gym. In the room, the heater is loud and the bathroom light switch is combined with the fan. It got loud. All week some of the 'new' towels had hair. Not sure if they just refolded the towels I put on the floor for replacement. Seemed odd. I checked in online but my room wasn't ready so gave me another. I requested a room that wasn't connected to another but got a connecting room. Overall, safety and cleanliness are key and it met both. Recommend!

Donald W.

Yelp
Amazing Customer Service. I stayed here for 10 days while attending training on Fort Bliss. The staff was awesome. I was amazed when they would greet me by name. The gym is decent, and the entire property is very well taken care of. Easily one of my favorite Hilton properties.

D P.

Yelp
Stop here while on my way to Dallas. It's right off of I-10, not even 2 minutes. They have free continental breakfast. Really good coffee selection, smoothies and the usual stuff pancakes, eggs and biscuits. The breakfast was ok, nothing great. Very friendly staff. Oh, and it's close to Cielo Vista Mall, where the infamous shooting at Walt Mart happened just one mile down the road. Overall it's not bad.

Stephanie R.

Yelp
Stayed here on 10/30 with my husband (who just hiked the CDT) and was very pleased that the nice woman at the front desk let us check in early. Nice property with a pool and hot tub (which my husband really appreciated after a 3000 + mile hike). We needed a place right near the airport for an early AM flight and this place totally fit the bill. Many thanks!

Ali G.

Yelp
We had a very nice stay here recently. My husband went down to the with one of our children around 7pm and said that the pool was pretty chilly, but other than that, everything was great. The breakfast included a good-sized smoothie and juice selection, as well as other standard foods. I would definitely stay here again the next time we're stopping by El Paso.

Peter G.

Yelp
We stay at this Hampton Inn everytime were in El Paso. It's centrally located to the mall, restaurants and family, we have never had a bad experience at this hotel. They have free breakfast, WiFi and very clean rooms. If your looking for a place away from home that feels comfortable and relaxing...stay at Hampton Inn Airport location.

Desiree R.

Yelp
Definitely am pleased with the fact that I got to come back to this beautiful city even if it was just for 3 days and for work. Firm believer that everything happens for a reason because as life so has it my partner is moving down here in a little under 2 months so I got to scout the area for apartments for him which I love doing. This have definitely changed in El Paso since in the last 6 years and I love it. As always I'm getting off topic. My stay here was pretty great. The staff was great. The cleaning staff made sure I had fresh towels every day and there was an above average complimentary breakfast but I only had it the first day as I was running late for work the rest. The room was a bit small but my bed was super comfy and this will probably be the place we stay when I help him make the drive down here in June. Definitely was not disappointed. Oh and for those who are curious it's like 20 mins from the base. :)

Najah Y.

Yelp
So, you're probably wondering why the hell anyone would go to El Paso right? Frankly, so am I. The only reason I went there at all was for a weekend leadership conference. The conference was actually at the Marriott but I can get discounts at Hilton Family Hotels so, of course, I decided to stay the nearest one. Anyway, my friends and I were given 5-star, no, make that 6-star service even before we left El Paso Airport. Because of work, we had to take a later flight so we didn't even land until 11:30 at night. When I used the courtesy phone to call the Hampton Inn for a shuttle, the guy on the phone greeted me with "Are you Ms. Young? We've been expecting you." I've been to a few hotels and have never received personalized service at that level. The hotel is small with only four floors and about 140 rooms. The decor of the lobby is very cozy and reminded me of a large den complete with fire place and comfy sofas. The rooms are a bit on the small side but they're sparkling clean and the beds are VERY comfortable. I can't say enough good things about the service we received from absolutely EVERY person that worked at this hotel. They all embodied the level of service I expect to receive from a Hilton Family Hotel and I couldn't have been happier. In particular, their graveyard shuttle driver (Oscar) was so nice and drove us wherever we needed to go without ever having a poor attitude or complaint. Some other highlights that made me fall in love with the Hampton: *Free 24 hour shuttle service within a 3-mile radius *Free business center use (24 hours) *Free breakfast from 7 a.m. - 10 a.m. *In-room mini fridge *In-room microwave If you ever find yourself in El Paso, The Hampton Inn by the airport is definitely the place you want to stay. You will not regret it!

Yelp
Passing through for one night and couldn't be more impressed with this hotel! The room was perfectly clean, the breakfast was awesome and the service was outstanding! All at a great price! When we arrived, the girl at the front desk (Mary, I believe) was very friendly. She welcomed us and gave us a great room. We got to the room and loved it! Not only was it clean, but the housekeeper went out of her way and made personal marks in the room to make us welcome. There was a towel in the shape of a swan, and she left one of the paper flowers. These little touches are so important and show me how much they care. We went downstairs to check out the lobby and get our map guide. When the shuttle driver saw we had a map, he quickly came over and asked if we needed any directions. I was shocked! What great service! The breakfast in the morning was very good and the attendant kept coming around asking if we needed anything. They had wonderful egg omelettes and fresh fruit. This hotel nailed every aspect we could have hoped for! In fact, we chose Hampton as our next hotel because of their great service!

Sarah W.

Yelp
The staff here are phenomenal and will make your stay! The room was bright, with windows in both rooms of the two room suite. The bed was firm, the room was clean, and my towel was made into a fun creature every time the maid came in! The evening social had actual food and snacks that changed each night, as well as beer and wine. There was a hot chocolate, tea, and coffee bar around the clock in the lobby as well as computers with printers for guests to use. The laundry machines washed well and fully dried your clothes for only $2 a cycle. A convenient location made awesome by wonderful staff that go out of their way to make your stay as great as they can!

Anthony M.

Yelp
Very nice place definitely great hospitality, thank you Janica. Would definitely stay there again.

Wins T.

Yelp
Michelle was so amazing!! We were checking in very late and she was so kind to take her time to turn the AC on for us, so he didn't have to wait to cool it off before we can go to sleep.

Richard F.

Yelp
We chose this location because it was conveniently located right off the highway. It's a typical Hampton, clean well appointed rooms and a very nice breakfast. We stayed on a weekend so it was a very busy place. They have a nice outdoor pool and it was very poplar as well. The staff didn't seem all that friendly but, it was a nice place to stay.

Lan D.

Yelp
This is the hotel that made me realize that not all hotels within a chain are created equal. On my travels I typically try to stay at a Hilton brand hotel, and within the Hilton family, I favor the Hampton Inns for their reasonable pricing and free breakfast. They're (generally) nice enough that you don't feel that you're at a seedy place yet not so expensive that you feel that you've wasted money if you don't spend all your time at your hotel. The quality of this Hampton Inn and the way it is managed however, has made me reconsider the Hampton Inn chain, and perhaps the Hilton family as well. To be fair, this Hampton Inn is pretty standard in terms of what you get. My complaints about the hotel itself are minor: The elevator is in a weird place (not centralized), the pipes are noisy so it sounds like your toilet is automatically flushing at random times as water is being forced through the pipes, and you can hear the cars on the highway if your room is facing the highway. My chief complaints however, are with how this hotel is managed: 1) The people who work here do not know what they are doing. Before booking this hotel, I saw that my credit card was offering a rebate for spending a certain amount at a Hampton Inn by a certain date. My planned trip to El Paso was a few days after the expiration of this offer so I called the hotel in advance asking if I could pay for my room in advance. They told me that it would not be a problem. So despite seeing rooms for cheaper in El Paso, I booked here in hopes of getting my credit card rebate. A week before my stay, I called the hotel asking to prepay and was directed to billing. They told me sent me a credit card authorization form to fill out and fax back. I did that. A few days later, not seeing any charge on my card, I called them again to make sure that they would charge my credit card before my rebate offer expired. They told me they could not charge my card in advance. The COULD NOT TAKE MY MONEY. Really? The person I called before I booked told me I could. The person who send me the damn credit card authorization said I could. And I guess they were just lying to me. Or they didn't know what the hell they were talking about. And so I stayed at this hotel and didn't get my credit card rebate. I feel cheated because I found a cheaper rate during my stay and didn't book at that hotel because I wanted the rebate here. 2) I suspect the house cleaners will take your money My brother came with me on my trip and he had a significant amount of money in his wallet. When we went out during the day, he forgot his wallet in our room. But I left a do-not-disturb sign up to waive cleaning. When we checked out and went back home, he realized that only he only had half of his money in his wallet. The only time the wallet left his side during our trip was when he forgot it in our hotel room. So this is the only time the money he brought with him on our trip could have been taken. I strongly suspect that house cleaning came into our room anyway to snoop around. They were smart enough to only take part of the cash from the wallet so that we wouldn't immediately discover the theft. 3) No Hilton Honors points A week after my stay, I see that they have not posted the Hilton Honor points for my stay, despite such points usually posting after 48 hours. I read the fine print on the Hilton website, and apparently not all Hilton hotels participate in the Hilton Honors program. This Hampton Inn is probably one of them. So I spent a lot of money I didn't have to spent, didn't get my credit card rebate, lost a lot of money, and didn't get any honors points. Worst Hampton Inn experience I've ever had.

Kendra M.

Yelp
I wouldn't recommend this place. We had to switch rooms because the 1 room showed signs of rodents. The second one was a tad bit better but our phone doesn't work and the room looked like it hasn't need cleaned.

Todd R.

Yelp
This is a great hotel for the business traveler. I've been coming to El Paso on business every other month for the last 3 years. I've never had a bad stay here. Customer service is as good as it gets. The place is spotless. There's a better than average breakfast every morning and they've got a cool little happy hour too. They've earned my repeated business. I e stayed at pricier hotels downtown and they aren't as good.

Steven L.

Yelp
We decided to stay at this Hampton inn on our way home. Very happy we did. Front desk staff are very friendly. Room is nice and clean. They put us in the odd number rooms so nice and quiet. When I asked for a good Mexican food place they recommended L&J. Then offered to have the shuttle take us and pick us up when we were done. So happy the have a shuttle. Was awesome to have them take us and pick us up so we didn't get lost and could have a wine margarita at the restaurant. Driver was very friendly and when she picked us up offered to take us to the mall. Made the wife very happy!! Haven't had the breakfast yet but I'm sure it will be within Hampton standards. Will update if it's not. But will definitely stay here again when we drive through.

Ronie S.

Yelp
First night and beds were ssoo relaxing and comfortable. Rooms are clean and stocked night and morning staff all friendly! complimentary buffet is amazing and variable. So far loving it..

Jose S.

Yelp
The best low budget, non 5 star or 4 diamonds (whatever rating they receive) ..BEST Hotel I have stayed at in years. Last year I stayed here because of a wedding. The service was sensational, nearly perfect for low-budget hotel. I even high fived the front desk lady. I still remember that, I'm sure you have never high five someone at the front desk. Anyways, This hotel doesn't have room service, but it has a small mini-mini-snack store for microwaveable food (Rooms have microwaves), beverages and more snacks. Rooms are very very clean, up-to-date. Comfy too! Now, I would write more but for what I have left, Mel C. has written a bullet point review that summarizes the rest. (Thanks Mel C.)

Omni B.

Yelp
We recently were passing through El Paso and needed a room for the night. I called a couple of hours prior to our arrival and Sarah was very pleasant and extremely helpful. On arrival, the check-in was quick and the room was fabulous! Two weeks later, we happened to stop in and not only did Sarah recognize us, but she even remembered our names! A very clean, comfortable hotel and the service is fabulous! A complimentary breakfast is provide in the morning, and it definitely exceeds the average hotel breakfast.

J P.

Yelp
Its a hotel. They have beds. They have breakfast. Place is really in need of a remodel. Bathroom door is all chipped up and doesn't close properly. Probably a 2.5 but I rounded up (not sure I should have)

Robert S.

Yelp
Hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in in a very very long time. The service is unbelievable, the breakfast alone is worth staying for, and they even offer a light dinner. If you are in El Paso and need a place to stay anywhere near the airport look no further than this Hampton Inn.

joseph b.

Yelp
This hampton inn is awesome. Free breakfast and free beer and snacks at 6. Rooms are clean and shower head is high so it above me and I am 6'4". Exercise room is ok but I can make do with dumbells.

Malachi S.

Yelp
For the price it's a great spot. Breakfast and free wifi included. The shuttle will pick you up from airport and drop you to the office !! Staff are pleasant and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Elias D.

Yelp
We were in town for an event and originally booked at a less than pleasant hotel with my wife and kids. After a few minutes in the room we realized we couldn't stay there. That's when we turned to Hampton Inn. Needless to say our vacation turned around tremendously. Great continental breakfast as well as friendly staff. I will be staying here again next time I am in town!

Cherrie S.

Yelp
I don't recommend this place. It's outdated and kinda dirty. We found a bed bug at room 430 and yellow trailing residue on the wall. We all freaked out and told the manager. The manager was apologetic about it and was told he'll have somebody look into it and he did. He upgraded us to a suite but it's not impressive at all. We left immediately in the morning (we checked in at 1am). We didn't even consider the free breakfast.

Joe E.

Yelp
You know how some hotels say they have a shuttle but it's a hassle and you end up just calling a taxi. That is not the case here. Their drivers will chauffeur you around like you're starring in your own music video. Everything else is nice too. My room had a Juarez view. That's the way I like it.

Clint S.

Yelp
Great staff rooms are nice and clean. Awesome breakfast in the morning and Monday through Thursday they have hot snacks to eat it vary nice this is where I will stay every time I'm in this area.

Denise G.

Yelp
Went to visit for a quick weekend trip to see a friend. I was very pleased with my room. It was clean and fresh when we checked in. They put us in the far back which I was a little irked with initially but glad later because there was a loud crowd staying on the same floor. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and the waffle maker was a hit with my dad! The lobby is a bit small and it was a busy weekend so it seemed like a busy restaurant. We checked out super early on Sunday and was halt the was already fresh coffee. I was hoping there might be some breakfast but it was too early. Front desk attendee was amazing she found us 4 muffins to go! That's service! We'll definitely staying there again. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because of the loud people on our floor.

Eric N.

Yelp
Breakfast is ok but not great. Nothing too impressive. Location was a little weird and hard to get to depending on which way you come from. Could have been 4 stars maybe because they do have FREE BEER from 5 to 7pm on at least some days. Other than that it was pretty meh.

Phillip W.

Yelp
Having just had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Sierra Vista, AZ, this location just didn't stand up to the comparison. Everything was just a bit off. The room wasn't quite clean. The breakfast wasn't especially good. The common area was a bit cramped, and the "business area" was an open countertop with three computers in the lobby. All in all, disappointing.

Troy J.

Yelp
I stayed at this hotel for four days for business. I will start with the excellent happy hour from 5:30-7:30 daily. They provide vegetable trays, popcorn, chips & salsa, fruit juice and a keg of beer everyday. They change the entree daily, examples hot wings, chili & cheese and chicken nuggets with fries. The food was outstanding. The staff is courteous and attentive to all your needs. Great hotel in the hottest city in the USA.

Gary A.

Yelp
Staff pleasant. But air condition doesn't work I'm rooms 301 and 418! Have switched rooms already but too tired to keep switching.

Anon A.

Yelp
I am very disappointed in the stay I had at this hotel. As a Hilton I expected the bare minimum. The auditor, young lady with shaved side of head, was very nice actually and the kindest person we met at this hotel the entire stay. The rest of the staff gave us dirty looks, never smiled back at us, or even asked us how our stay or day was going. Two of the staff members actually spoke poorly of us for going to breakfast "late" when every single day at least 3 people came in after us and received no comments. They talked about us being late and being rude? Right in front of us! When we weren't even rude in our opinions because we came for breakfast at say down with our food with time to spare. The pool ended up being crowded with huge families that had kids jumping in the jacuzzi and rude families as well but that isn't the hotels fault. It was a horrible Hilton experience and I honestly think they need a clean rehire with better attitude staff

Yelp
My husband and I found this Hampton Inn to be very average, and less than we have come to expect from Hampton. We were in El Paso for 4 nights, during which time I stayed at the hotel while he attended a conference during the day. On the positive side-the room was decent size, the bed was comfortable, and I was pleased to see an organic cereal option on their free breakfast. As for the negatives, the building could use some updating, the staff could be friendlier, and the pool area could definitely use some improvements. Also, the milk at breakfast was always room-temperature, so it would have been nice had they had it in a machine or refrigerator. In addition, the "happy hour" snacks, wine, and punch/Kool-Aid was always gone when we passed through the lobby during times that it was supposed to be offered. Also, since I was in the room when housekeeping cleaned each day, I found that after changing the bedding, they spray a bottle of strongly-scented chemicals to make it smell "fresh/clean" in the room. These chemicals were sprayed on the fresh bedding, which shouldn't have needed to be doused in a clean-smelling solution if they used quality detergent when washing the linens, in my opinion. Another gripe I had was that at one point I was using a computer located in the lobby when the employees began loudly yelling back and forth at each other first in Spanish, and then in English, about politics. This was in front of me and other hotel guests, which I find unacceptable. The employees here don't seem to care about making a comfortable environment for their guests, which was also shown in their decision to begin cleaning the outside windows, spraying cleaner everywhere right behind a table I was sitting at in the pool area, trying to enjoy my breakfast. After the wind blew their cleaning solution all over my breakfast, I decided to just finish the email I was reading on my phone while they continued cleaning, but another employee came back to the area and began moving all the outdoor furniture to right up next to where I was sitting, without saying a word to me. You can definitely tell this place isn't concerned with making their guests feel comfortable and welcome, and I would definitely look elsewhere.

Yelp
It's 10 pm and I'm sitting in the room now waiting for a new set of sheets. Why? Because this "freshly made" bed has hair in it. Not one hair. Dozens. Short, black, curly hairs. You get the picture. While I waited I took a shower. The tub didn't drain and I was standing up to my ankles in dirty soap water. For $130 a night I expect WAY better. Oh, and it's been about 30 minutes. Still no sheets. You can skip this place.

Yelp
Easy convenient location with lots of food and shopping options very close. The hotel was cute and the rooms were just perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean, nothing in disrepair and the rooms were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had many options and everything was tasty - cereal, waffles, oatmeal, breakfast rolls, little breakfast pizzas on mini bagels, sausage and more. We were very pleased and would definitely stay again.
