Beautiful hotel! This was our first time staying here for a quick one-night trip, and we had a wonderful experience. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite with a great view from a high floor. The chat feature with the front desk was incredibly helpful. Torri at the front desk was especially sweet! We had been texting with her on our way to the hotel with some parking questions, and when we arrived she remembered us and gave us such a warm welcome. If we return to Miami, we will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here before leaving for a cruise. It was a quiet hotel in a decent location related to the cruise. A nearby spot with some good restaurants and chain shops, which is fine. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel main areas were fairly clean but some of their furniture could use updating. The couches in the breakfast area were torn up and the fake leather was flaking off. The free breakfast was perfectly fine and had the usual items on a free breakfast. Our biggest issue was the rooms. The beds were clean but there were quite a lot of dirty spots throughout the room. Spots that should be fairly easy to clean. It was kind of gross. Overall it was just ok for a single night. Not sure if I'd stay again or not.

Arrived on 2.17.26,and had the pleasure to meet Alberte. One of the friendliest ,most helpful and professional front desk person's ever. I observed her interact with ALL of the guests,children included. She gladly answered any questions myself or my cousin had and made suggestions based on our inquiries. The room we were assigned was very nice & clean. However,we noticed the refrigerator was making noise. We advised Alberte,who came up immediately and offered to change our room.We agreed, changed rooms & left. No more than minutes later,I returned to the room to pick up something, when I saw the repairman in the first room repairing the refrigerator. How impressive!! Alberte is a real gem, I wonder why such a skilled employee hasn't been recognized and valued. She's definitely management worthy. Come on Hampton Inn & Suites,your repetition is based on great employees and service. Do better

I usually have very reliable experiences with this hotel chain (especially at their locations in Canada, which are consistently clean and well maintained). That’s why this stay in the U.S. was surprising and honestly disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The room didn’t feel as thoroughly cleaned as I’ve come to expect from this hotel brand. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t meet the usual standard that made me choose this hotel in the first place. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is nice. Service-wise, no complaints at all. Overall, I still like this hotel chain, but this particular property fell short on housekeeping.

1 Star – Serious Safety & Service Failure Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Miami Wynwood Design District failed in its most basic responsibility: guest safety and service. I paid extra for a king room and was denied it at check-in with no reimbursement or accountability. At 4:00 AM, my young daughter and I were awakened by a violent domestic dispute next door — screaming, crying, furniture being thrown. I called the front desk FIVE times. No one answered. There was zero response from hotel staff during what felt like an active and dangerous situation. Police eventually arrived, but not because the hotel intervened. The following morning, I specifically requested that my room be serviced. When we returned later that day, it had not been touched. To make matters worse, the manager insisted on coming to my room to “discuss” the incident(s) and repeatedly pushed to enter inside my room despite my clear discomfort. As a woman traveling alone with my child, this was inappropriate and unsettling. I have never experienced a manager coming inside a guest room to discuss a matter. Between the safety failure, lack of response, poor service, and unprofessional handling, this stay was unacceptable. I have filed a formal complaint with Hilton. Travelers deserve to feel safe and respected. We did not.

We selected this property based on reviews and location. We were coming to town for a cruise out of Miami. The hotel service was excellent, the staff went the extra mile to make this an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was included which just made it a little bit easier. The room was clean and a little larger than expected, we had reserved a room with two queen beds. Unfortunately we had bad weather and did not get a chance to use the pool on-site since it was near freezing, not typical weather for Miami. The only somewhat negative was the transportation to the port seemed to be overwhelmed that day, not the hotels issue. It was easy enough to get alternate transportation to the port. We had dinner, food was good and price was reasonable. Bottom line we would visit again.

We had a very good experience with this hotel. We did have a technical issue upon check-in but was quickly resolved once we came to the front desk. Room was very clean, all the staff we interacted with were very polite and engaging from the text message touch points, the smiles to the conversations in passing. Parking is onsite for a fee and is very handy to have access to this.

This is a decent hotel which is made better by the helpful staff. Everyone at the front desk was cheerful, helpful, & professional. Our king room had a modern style, & was spacious and clean. One can easily walk to restaurants, Whole Foods, Target, and pharmacies. Cruise shuttle was prompt and a reasonable $10pp. Not a high end property, but just right for a two-night stay.

Check in process was a pain. When I first booked through booking.com, I was told my booking was successful and later received an email that it was cancelled. Upon arrival they had 2 rooms booked for us and there was a mix up in getting the one we needed. Great complementary breakfasts each morning from 6-10am. Coffee is always available in the main lobby and behind the front desk there is a small store with some foods and drinks. Room service was good and they took care of cleaning our room 3x over a 5 night stay.

Stayed here for one night after a cruise. The location is convenient, close to food & shopping. The lobby area is spacious with multiple places to sit, there is free coffee available and a filtered water fountain to fill your bottles. There is also a small area to purchase snacks and drinks. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Overall, the room was clean. However, as someone who views hotel cleanliness through a very meticulous eye, (I cleaned professionally part-time for a while), I pat close attention to details that others may overlook. My complaint is about the shower head. It could use a good deep cleaning. It's rusted and has a lot of buildup on it. I know deep cleaning cannot be done all the time due to guest turnover, but this is something that should be addressed once a quarter or at the least, twice a year.

This hotel is definitely budget-friendly, and for the price, it does offer a few good perks -- breakfast is included, and there's a decent pool. The location is convenient, but the surrounding area feels sketchy and a bit unsafe, especially when walking my dogs. That said, the service was disappointing. I had to go to a neighboring hotel just to get a plate and cutlery for my son. The blinds in the room were ripped, and when I asked for shampoo and body wash, staff refilled the bottles using Dial hand soap -- I saw the refill bottle sitting out in the hallway. Not exactly reassuring. If you're just looking for a cheap place to sleep with basic amenities, this might work. But don't expect much in terms of comfort or service.

Decided to stay here during our four-city vacation in August, as we normally stay at the Hampton Inn. I called in advance due to issues in the past regarding our cats, which was made clear on the phone and again when checking in. I cannot say enough about the front desk staff, as they were great! The room's A/C wouldn't cool below 71 deg and we discovered the filters were clogged, so we cleaned them and they sent a maintenance guy up, but he didn't speak English and we needed a translator over the phone to convey the issue. Either way, still no change to the room temp. The parking fee showed different on the site than in person, which they honored. This would have been great if it weren't for the city's 15% parking surcharge on all parking transactions. The garage requires very tight turning, so if you have a large vehicle, you may not be able to navigate the corridors. Everyday numerous vehicles were blocking entrance/exit area either picking up or dropping people off, which prevented other guests from leaving or returning. They did have free hot breakfast, which was mediocre at best and second day, no cereal was put out. Finally, the water pressure was very low. All-in-all this Hampton Inn is at the bottom of the list for our vacation stays.

I stayed at this Hilton Hampton Inn on July 8th and 9th 2025. When booking I accidently booked for the 11th. When checking in, the person at the desk noticed the discrepancy and said he would fix it. I though nothing more of it. The room and beds were comfortable. I will say that the staff was unfriendly, to the point that they never even mentioned breakfast to us and we didn't find out that they served it until the 2nd day , when we saw another guest with something from the buffet. That ws my experince in general with the service. Some didn't speak English at all when I asked for help. Others would text on their phone for several minuttes while you wait for help at the desk. when I got back from the trip I checked my credit card receipt and noticed I was being charged for 3 nights, not 2. I contacted customer service and was told to deal directly with the hotel. I then emailed Angie Bazille and she gave me a run around and told me they're charging me for a full night late cancel charge! I am beyond furious! I am traveling for business at the end of this month to Dallas and to San Diego in September. After this experience, I will be looking at other hotels, rather than Hilton. If you're traveling to Miami, I suggest you look at The AC Hotel, next to the Hampton. The service there is probably better.

This Hampton Inn is in a decent area. 1/2 mile walk to the Midtown area and Wynnwood District. Although Wynwood walls area is about a mile and a half away. The hotel itself was quite modern and updated. There is hot breakfast. Gym facilities are here and a pool. The staff was super friendly and extra awesome. The room I had was nice... but it felt damp and was quite humid. When the air conditioning was running, the room felt cold and damp. That was maybe the only retractor. You can tell though that the place was remodeled and not new.

I loved staying here. It was just for a night but the hotel was so comfortable and the staff was so helpful and friendly. When in Miami stay here. It's close enough to downtown to uber or lyft but just the environment and the comfort of the room was great. They also had great channels to watch when you want to relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay while vacationing.

Eric the manager was very nice and helped get me and my sister a room on the 8th floor. He made our day much better. Would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel overall is quite pleasant. Location is nice. It is only a short 10 minute walk to a variety of restaurants. There is also a nearby Target/Trader Joe's. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was very kind. We received multiple texts throughout our stay asking how they could make our stay better. They will store your luggage while you wait for your room. A uber/lyft to south beach costs about $15-$20. Pool area is small - fitness center is respectable for a hotel property. 12pm check out time was great. Overall we would stay here again.

MISSED OPPORTUNITY this hotel needs to Reset and start over it def is not a Hilton or even Hampton level experience /not sure if this hotel is franchised but they are more of a drive up motel experience, definitely not a hotel, the building has fantastic potential but the hotel essentials are not present That's why I think it feels like a institutional motel NOTE-This is my second hotel review, I've worked on a hotel design team and know this is not a "on brand" hotel for Hilton especially since it's recently renovated- MY ROOM EXPERIENCE SHOWER was horrible location of plumbing close to wall and over a handicap grab bar with 0 water pressure that barely got you wet and a Plastic shower curtain that makes the shower feel claustrophobic BED was VERY uncomfortable tiny pillows with no fill And itchy (which started this review because I wanted to see if there was a bed bug infestation in this hotel-) I do not know it could be the cheap POLYESTER bed linens or the fact I could not get a decent shower ,but i would not have started this review if the bed wasn't so awful and I mean I considered getting in my car and going elsewhere but my clients are here and I wanted to respect them I recommended a Marriott for us but they are hilton brand people Large room was basically a empty square with no bay view or even decent views which my cleints paid a premium for and it over looks a McDonald's and gas station promised bay view in room description , the small tv on the awkward desk was way too smal from the bed head location Lighting was also a huge miss when I got into the room which was around 8pm the room was dark and the switch was not near the door so I had to use my phone to locate it which was in a hard to find location 10 steps into room-The light fixtures were from the 80s and horrible no ceiling lights just 3 elcheapo lamps which barely lit the room. I have no clue how they don't have can lights in the main room so strange LOCATION Is convenient if your on a business trip not really a kid safe area SERVICE/PARKING I think the evening front desk doesn't have any training as I felt they just can't be bothered The guy who checked us in was overwhelmed but very kind and accommodating- he had to print a garage ticket since they don't have valet and we didn't want to carry our luggage down the stairs in the parking garage -since the hotel doesn't offer a valet, which it should since there is no where to park and check in at least for me since there was two spaces they offer but they were taken and I had a line up of cars behind me- OVERVIEW (As I said earlier the horrible bed started this review , the bad check in experience is very common for this area as I stay on hotels weekly with my job) I just think this hotel is more of a motel especially based on the room experience, it's more institutional, with polyester bedding and draperies I think the investment would pay off in training the front desk and relook at the room experience from the end users pov- as I keep saying a nice bed would been enough but since I can't fall asleep or leave ,so here i am I'm def going Marriott from now on.

Decent stay, nice blackout curtain in the room to block the sun. The WiFi seemed a little slow. However, the door to one of the other rooms near ours had a loud slam when closed, and they were trying to fix it while we were there, which meant a half hour of CONSTANT door slamming until we finally decided to leave for breakfast. So obnoxious.

There is a black iron sheep in the lobby-- Metaphor? the lobby was a little dim and bleak, faux chic, but clean. Almost no outlets Outside by the pool, they had only a couple of tables, one had a well placed outlet. All but one time i was able to set up shop and do my work. Other times they were occupied by pimply-faced youthful marauders reveling in flippant self-aggrandizement, loudly sharing vituperations and imposing on me various unwelcome carnal subject matter. Front desk was woefully understaffed. There wasn't a moment in time when it wasn't 1-2 deep. Patrons, guests, bums stopping in to use the rest room, what have you. Always 1-2 deep. The staff were very nice and well intended. Not having enough change in the drawer to provide quarters for their own coin-laundry a true foul ball, the offer to run over to the 7-Eleven and get some, that was nice. TIP: If you want to use laundry, bring your own quarters. Combined with the usual terrible water pressure that was not unexpected, it left for a terrible start for my days there. The lighting was again terrible. Bulb wattage parsimonious--even by LED standards. As I was then, trying to shave by [what amounted to] colonial candlelight..left a battle weary face with numerous super focal cuts, slices and more. The end result.... going to business meetings with matted hair (water pressure), and wrinkly and smelly clothes (no coins), cut and bloodied face (no light) and itchy feet (bed bugs)....sounds like they should have paid me to stay there. The sundry shop was a little anemic, sorry and small choices for snacks, ointments-balms-powders-gels and other hygiene products scant. The morning buffet was what you would expect. Nothing special but no egregious faux pas. Coffee was average. Again, not enough charging outlets. Staff was beyond nice. The rooms were not carpeted. Trust me when i tell you this, someone is going slip on a wet floor and the carpets will return. My prediction.... less than 12 months. For now, be very very careful. Bed bugs? Maybe-maybe not. I am not a dermatologist, maybe it's a personal allergies but I came in with perfectly healthy feet and left with itchy and excoriated bites. I have pictures but it probably would be less than courteous to share. If you are trying to impress a spouse or family--think thrice, if your a business traveler-- think twice, if you're overly particular, walk on by.

This hotel is nicely decorated with tasteful and modern furniture. I went to company meeting at the Marlins Room, which is perfect for a medium size group. The main color is grey and the flooring has wooden like tiles. All the furniture is very tasteful, I particularly liked the art in the walls. There is a nice pool on the second floor but we didn't check it out today because it was a little cold and windy. This hotel is walking distance to midtown and a short Uber drive to design district, downtown Miami, or SoBe. Let's not forget Wynwood, which is a must while visiting Miami.

I loved the room at this hotel! On my visit I stayed in a Suite with friends and our room had 2 beds and a pull out with a ton a of space. There was a nice kitchenette with a microwave, fridge & a good amount of counter space. Best thing was - no carpet! The service experience was a little rocky. Our check in was slow, valet wasn't the best and the pool was closed - what?! Valet is $25 per day which was definitely not worth it and the closed pool was very disappointing but overall, we had a great stay.

Upon arrival, check in was decent and the hostess was pleasant and sweet. After we got to our room, we later noticed that the shower was missing a shower curtain. I called down to the front desk twice during normal working hours and received no answer. We are from out of town and had multiple things to do and had to get ready expeditiously... without a shower curtain. Once we got back to our hotel later that night, we called down to the front desk again where Romona answered the phone. We reported the shower curtain to her and she questioned us about the nonexistent shower curtain as if we took it or waited too late to report it. She said they would see if they could find one. It was quite insulting. Soon after that conversation, Ramona called back and said she found one. Someone came and installed the curtain but Ramona's condescending tone was not needed.

This hotel is in such great area because there is so much around you that you can do. And so many delicious restaurants not to mention shopping within walking distance, great service while we stayed here the beds not so comfy but that was de only negative part of this hotel. The staff and housekeeping was very helping, even the tour guide personnel that sits in the lobby with all of the fun activities to set up and enjoy while in miami

Over all the facilities and location is great. It appears most of the facilities have been remodeled. Only irritating event is a knock on the door at 8:40 am to confirm if we have checked out. Plus a reminder the check out time. Very irritating at 8 am. Reminder to hang the 'do not disturb' 20 minutes to walk to wynwood wall.

Bedbug here. First thing I saw on the floor when I got to the room. Had to switch hotels. They were at least nice about it and refunded us...

I visit Miami minimum once a month, usually it's for two or three days, in this trip it is seven consecutive days. Are usually stay in the same area occasionally changing hotels, but I prefer to know where I'm staying and be familiar with it. Are usually stay at the Hampton Inn right next-door, but the newly opened AC Hotel looked promising and interesting. When booking a trip the hotel was $150 less a night than the 5 foot away Hampton. I elected for the AC Hotel. When I walked into the room I thought it was heavenly, the colors are cool and calm, the finish is well chosen, the room is edited, it's completely black without the lights on and everything seem to be in order. I thought "This is going to be an enjoyable stay, as much as I have to be at work, this will be nice to come back to". 10 minutes later I found a piece of pepperoni on the floor, 5 feet away from it a dime, and then under the built-in bench long stringy hair. I realized that even though the hotel was only three weeks old, it wasn't very well-maintained. I called and the front desk offered to switch rooms, but by then I had already completely unpacked and simply asked them to clean the floor. Moments later I found what appeared to be "mud", I am sincerely hoping it was "mud" dark brown and stuck to the floor near the bathroom, and not something else. Later in the day I found the hotel was accommodating and cleaned the floor. I go to bed, I wake up the next morning not to the soothing sounds of music or anything pleasant, but to what sound like an argument in the hallway. At first I thought there were two women badly and each other to the death in the hallway, when I open the door it was the maids having an extremely loud conversation when everyone was sleeping. I'm going to stick with a three star rating for now, and revisit this at the end of the week, right now I would be doubtful if I was going to stay here again. Update: so I'm on night number three and the housekeepers didn't touch the room even though I was gone for 10 hours. Didn't work on the bed, didn't take out the trash, didn't change the towels. When I went to the front desk to ask, she asked why name, she looked at my room number, she looked at me and said "did you ask them not to touch your room". My response was "no, like I asked then not to move the things in my room because they constantly touch my personal possessions". She looked at me as though I were crazy. Really. It doesn't surprise me that the constant Miami attitude is here as well, it's always the "it's your problem not mine" deadpan look. So, you have minimal expectations, But steel toes cannot even be met. So I returned from walk after asking for housekeeping to take care of the room, still nothing. This hotel is completely disorganized.

I love Hamptons because you know what to expect. Every single Hampton has the same standards. I will only stay in a hotel that has white sheets and all white bed linen which the Hampton does.

I'm about two careers away from becoming a Hampton Inn spokesperson. As Hotel snobbish as I am, I look for the nearest Hampton Inn, in almost every city that I visit. I don't always Boise the available ones, but I most certainly look. This is one of the newer models of the hotel that I really like. It's close to everything in Midtown Miami and has some really cool decor. I didn't have time to check out the breakfast station so I can't vouch for that but once you've seen one, you've seen all... pretty much. The only thing I would change here is the parking. I wish it were free, if not, cheaper.

When we arrived, Jasmine checked us in and she was very helpful and nice, too bad all the staff aren't like Jasmine! I will get back to that later. The bed and pillows weren't that comfortable but we were able to look past that. (They were too soft) Breakfast wasn't that enjoyable. They need to have someone on the floor wiping down the seats and tables between people using them and it would be great if they offered other meats like beef or turkey besides pork. The pool was "out of order" our entire stay but we were able to use the pool next door which was better than the one at this hotel so that was good. The woman at the front desk accused us of being the ones who set off the smoke detector on our floor and when I explained to her that it wasn't us and I told her which rooms we were staying in she demanded that I stay there at the front desk while she made sure that I wasn't lying! That was extremely embarrassing and disrespectful of her and I complained to Hilton about what transpired and I haven't heard anything from them yet. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton property again and I hope that they retrain the staff on the correct way to interact with guests.

Stayed here for a night during art Basel weekend. The staff is very friendly, the rooms very clean. The hotel itself is on a great area right on US1 just off 195. They offer complimentary WiFi and hot breakfast. The selections were great. The hotel itself was very clean and modern. Def recommend!

I booked 4 rooms and half of the party arrived earlier than check in. Nimia worked super hard to get us 2 of the 4 rooms which made a HUGE difference. I then came back just after 3 pm to check into the other 2 rooms. Terry, the new front desk supervisor, checked me in and was AWESOME. He went out of his way to make sure I knew how much my Diamond status was appreciated. He was spectacular!! Hotel is very clean and well maintained as well.

This location is a great choice if you're looking to maximize your Miami time outside the room. My husband and I spent the first 3 days of our honeymoon here before our NCL cruise. It's walking distance to Wynwood, so we spent a ton of time checking out that area. We are walkers, so getting out early and walking to restaurants & breweries was so easy at this Hampton Inn location. There's also another walkable shopping area with a Target & plenty of restaurants! Breakfast is solid. We are vegetarians, so some mornings were better than others. It's a great option to have though: free breakfast so you can spend money on other things. Going to Viscaya & the Perez Art Museum requires Uber - but it's so easy & reasonably priced in Miami. Whether it was mid-day or the end of the day, coming back to this clean hotel was comforting.

Beautiful and expensive. Well put together, but not budget friendly. Excellent service, but not cost effective. Beautiful people, but a portal to lust.

We took a quick trip to Miami and this hotel was wonderful. The hotel staff was very accommodating and our room was big, bright, clean and comfortable. The decor is modern and fun and we are planning to stay there on our next trip.

Stayed at this location before having surgery at a nearby hospital. Caroline at the front desk was so welcoming and so cool. There was a issue with my reservation which was my fault but she took care of it and was also very positive and even gave me words of encouragement for my current personal situation. The hotel itself was clean and everything was great but Caroline really elevated my whole experience.

It definitely does not look as advertised online. I cried every day we stayed there. We could not get our money back. And please don't move the bed. Bugs and rust are under it. I wish I could give it 0 starts. $300 a night for literal trash. 0/0. I am easily satisfied, but please do not bring your children there. Very gross. I had pictures but deleted them on accident.

Let me say that the manager Wesner is fantastic! All of the staff were friendly, nice, and accommodating. They put out delicious cookies everyday at 5pm but get some while they last cuz they go fast! I had an issue where I left my special reservation voucher at home (gasp!). The manager was so kind and generous to work with me and allow me to mail it once I got back home instead of paying out of pocket. The way he went above and beyond during my stay made my entire experience! The hotel itself is new, updated, clean, and decorated well. I gave 4 stars because there are a few drawbacks. The rooms have no carpet or rugs and the tile is quite cold under feet so be sure to bring slippers or socks. I wish they would get some rugs. I ended up putting towels down near the bed and in the main pathways. Also my blinds were very jankily fixed. When I went to close or open the roller shade, the whole thing came crashing down and I could see they had been rudimentarily fixed with duck tape. Just order a new blind people! Lol Had the staff not been so great the blind issue would have been more major for me but they were great and came to fix it at once. Another drawback for me is that this is not a lively hotel and the pool has no music and is quite dead. Please consider getting some garden speakers up there for ambiance! Also there is a coating of concrete dust on all the deck furniture from the active construction site just a few feet away. I didn't want to sit with bare skin or clean clothes without wiping things down. They should clean more often. If you are staying here it's probably because you want the daily breakfast and extended stay spacious rooms and price. I stayed here because of proximity to Wynwood Art District during Art Basel. I had a car rental. There are no cool neighbors or fun restaurants walkable right next door. Next time I will probably prefer to be on the beach and have a more lively hotel with a restaurant or bar inside where I can socialize and bounce around to other cool spots on foot. Overall I definitely recommend if this meets your needs as the staff will take care of you and it's a very clean and beautiful hotel.

This hotel is new, has a nice staff, and is located in a great part of Miami. My problems with this hotel are the following: - $25 valet parking, it's a Hilton, we should have better options for parking - The internet is abysmal here, I got 0.75 down and about the same up. You can't get ANYTHING done with that speed. So don't plan on going for work. Luckily I have unlimited Verizon so I get 10gb of hotspot for free. - The water pressure is equivalent to someone standing over you with a watering can, literally. I don't love the valet parking option being the only one, but I understand it, so it's more of an annoyance. But the last two are unacceptable. You simply can't go for business because the internet is awful. And then if you want a good hot shower at the end of a long day, you can get only get a sprinkle... Sorry Hilton, but every stay is making me contemplate giving up my soon to be gold status, and moving to Marriot Rewards. Internet being the biggest issue at all of your properties. Its unacceptable for business use of any kind.

I really appreciate the staff here for accommodating us on such short notice. The entire staff provided great service! I would definitely recommend and return. Great (complementary) breakfast, anything we asked for we received in minutes, and it was always super clean. Thank you guys!

Spent a week here for christmas. Housekeeping came not once even though the houskeeping closet was directly across from my room. And and extra $140 for parking even though the person with the car only parked twice for about an hour each time! Breakfast for 7 days was the jimmy dean sausage eggs and potatoes. One day they had bacon. The cereal was completely stale, no good. The front dest staff was very kind. The woman with the blonde hair that serves the breakfast is very rude for no reason. She speaks with her back facing you when you ask a question. She makes you feel like shit early in the morning with her attitude. I felt like a kid in a school cafeteria with the mean lunch lady. There is a pool. The area is good. The hotel is pretty. The other kitchen staff were very kind and nade you feel welcome. But that blonde woman needs to do a job where she doesn't deal with guest. Each time i went to the breakfast she had a major attitude, no customer service skills and was rude as heck to anyone who spoke to her. She and housekeeping made me not enjoy my week there at all.

I'm shocked by the low star numbers for this brand new Hampton inn. I was there for 4 nights last week. It's only four months old so it's very clean. Huge breakfast offerings- cereal- omelette - sausage- waffles -fruit- pastry- coffee- etc. Great decor!! Greys and neutral colors. Funky seating in lobby and pool area. Friendly staff at front desk and valet. Valet is $25 a night but most hotels are $35 near midtown. You can walk to delicious restaurants and fast food, too. I got a fantastic AAA rate. Check it out.

Terry at desk is awesome. My husband had medical issue and got us checked in within 3 min. Room was amazing with barn doors on the bathroom. Walking distance to restaurants etc. will stay here again in our next cruise ptestay or after stay. no bellman for luggage but have cars to use. There transfer from Miami airport $27 for 2 people. they go through 3rd party. try uber or Lyft. great customer service.

We had a great one night stay here before a recent cruise from the Port of Miami. Easy location from the interstate. Comfy beds, clean, front desk staff on-point. I'd definitely stay here again when in Miami.

Modern hotel Ok position but not in a great place for sightseeing in Miami Their washing machine was broken and we were directed to a laundry in a not so great area of town . Its important for a hotel to take care of its guests . The hotels reply is that we were told about the area this was a blatant LIE .. unbelievable I am trueky disgusted !!!

We only stayed here for one night but it was very comfy, clean, quiet and service was fantastic! This hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a quick stay but amazing quality and value. I enjoyed the food a lot as well as the high pressured shower and plush bed!

Stayed here for one night and also had three nights at Marriott down the road. The staff here was great and the location was excellent. Rooms were nice, but parking fee was a little stout. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. I get treated bette by Hilton Honorsr than Bonvoy and I am a life Gold member with them. It might be time to switch programs! If only they would honor my life status and carry my nights over...

Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast offered a couple different options and was delicious. The pool area was spacious. I only stayed one night as I was leaving for a cruise the next day, so I can't really comment on location. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 6 nights after our Travelocity condo fell through and we were treated so graciously. The staff is friendly, accomodating professional and fun. The hotel is beautiful and clean and in a great location to get anywhere in Miami. Can't say enough good about this hotel. Hampton Inn is always a good choice.

Our car was crashed by valet staff and the Hotel refused to accept responsibility blaming the Valet Company. Regardless of wether they're a separate entity they are hired by the Hotel to perform a service therefore they are responsible. Staff was not sympathetic and would not offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

This was a terrible experience. Issue #1: I had a feeling that guy at the front desk & the manager on duty at the time screwed up my check in. I paid for this stay using all points. While checking in the guy said there was an error & it was showing up as a dollar payment. His manager claimed she fixed the issue, so I believed them. Come to find out that I was charged dollars when I should not have been. What does the manager do? Blame it on the reservations people. Issue #2: the room smelled FUNKY. The air, pillows, sheets, EVERYTHING. Issue #3: we received extended check out til 1pm. Of course, they didn't properly put it in the system & we were locked out of our room & had to come back down to the front desk. Inconvenience. This hotel staff seems extremely incompetent. I definitely will not stay at this location again.
