We have been to this Hampton numerous times and have always had great staff and service. They are very accommodating for service animals as my husband is a disabled Vietnam veteran. The staff was great until we went to check out. There was a very confused young man at the desk. We asked for a print of our bill and he instead charged us $10 for what was stopped to be free parking!!! We told him it was free parking but he ignored us. We then asked if we could get our printed bill, which we finally received. No explanation for why he charged us the $10.

I picked this hotel for the proximity to my holiday party. A room is a room is a room… But the people make all the difference in the world. Honestly, when I stay in a hotel, all I need are clean sheets, clean shower, and while not necessary, breakfast is really appreciated (I did receive all)! My check- in with Shawn was amazing. He greeted me right away, made sure I had everything I needed and he must be such a happy human, I felt at home. When I came back to the hotel later Art was just as amazing! Totally made me feel like a Queen coming back to my castle! There may have been some snacks as a little treat… thank you for the great experience!

We enjoyed three nights at the Hampton Inn - Biltmore. We were greeted by Art at check-in. He was very personable and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was sufficient. The location was perfect and within walking distance to Whole Foods, coffee shops and the Biltmore shopping area. We will certainly stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a recent road trip. The hotel is easy to find and is well-located outside of downtown. Within a 5 minute walk is a large Fashion shopping area with good restaurants and an adjacent cinema. We were welcomed at reception with a friendly greeting and quickly checked-in. There is a large breakfast area and a decent size outdoor pool. The elevators were a bit slow but otherwise everything was good. My room was a good size, clean and quiet. The breakfast was good too. Only negative was that you pay for parking here which always is annoying especially in out-of-town locations.

I was disappointed in my stay this trip. First and foremost the only rooms available were handicap accessible rooms which seemed ok at first but turned out to be very inconvenient the shower water ran all the way next to the toilet and it didn't really feel sanitary. The curtain wouldn't stay closed and it just felt like a shower in a girls locker room. Second I paid for 2 queen beds and upon laying down they felt small. I actually ended up measuring the widths and the beds turned out to be standard full size beds. A 6inch difference from a queen. I brought this up to the front desk and the gentleman explained that hotel queens are actually the size of a full. I was confused and a little shocked by his answer. Upon further research I discover that this is nonsense. Hotels use standard sizing for their beds. But what exactly could I do once I'm already there. Next there was no couch in the room. So basically our only option was sitting on our beds the entire trip. My son used the 1 chair that was in the room and my mother and I basically suffered from back problems from trying to sit/ eat/ work from the beds. The breakfast was good but that was pretty much the only plus. The amount of money we paid for the quality of our stay does not match up. I had this hotel saved for our yearly trips to see my sons surgeon but this was our last stay here. It's overpriced for what you get.

Google
Very good service, spacious and clean rooms. 👌🏻 They have a very complete and delicious breakfast, and the best thing is that it is included in your reservation, and you save a little money, which you would spend in some other establishment. It has a very good location in the city.

Google
The hotel was really nice and well located. The staff was really kind and gave us all the key information even if we arrived over the expected time. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was also good and very organized. Great work!!

Excellent service and large clean rooms. Better than expected considering the affordable price! Would come back

Yelp
This was my first time staying here for a girls' trip, and it exceeded my expectations. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spotless. I was also surprised by how spacious the room was for having two beds. The highlight of my stay was Art. Art is incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. His customer service is exceptional, and I sincerely believe he deserves a raise. He makes me want to come back and stay here again. Thank you Art!

Yelp
Our stay here was decent enough; our fridge didn't work so we were given another room quickly. There's no laundry room on site, but they have a nice outside pool and hottub. Our room was right above the firepit but you couldn't tell because it was nice and quiet! Recommended.

Yelp
We arrived at the Hampton Inn here on Highland Ave after our long flight from Jacksonville Florida. The hotel is super clean. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to a grocery store and restaurants. The hotel is on a somewhat busy road but you can't hear anything from inside the room. We also liked the Continental breakfast in the morning. Everything was hot and fresh and very tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel while in Phoenix! We were here only one night but would definitely stay here again! Thanks Hampton Inn for a great hotel stay!

Yelp
I stayed at the Homewood Suites Arizona Biltmore for one night and I was satisfied with the value for money. The hotel is a great option for business travelers, as it offers a full breakfast and a convenient location near the business district. The prices are reasonable compared to other hotels in the area that charge much more. However, I had some issues with the room I was assigned. I had booked a king size room, but I got a room with two queen size beds instead. The room also had a strong smoke odor, which was unpleasant. I asked the front desk to change my room, but they said they were fully booked and could not accommodate me. They only offered to spray some air freshener and open the windows, which helped a bit, but did not solve the problem. I think this was unacceptable and they should have done more to make me comfortable. Also, one of the lights in the bathroom was flickering constantly, which was annoying. Overall, I think the hotel is a good choice for business travelers who are looking for a budget-friendly option, but they need to improve their customer service and room quality.

Yelp
The hotel was 1 star, but I gave them 2 more because of the two stars at the front desk--Sarah and Brian. My first night here, my toilet began to overflow. Although they did not have any maintenance at 7pm, and did not have a plunger at hand, Sarah helped me out and was able to get me into another room. When I went down to get my key, I met a lady in the elevator that was going down to complain about her sink not draining. This second room had a toilet that flushed, a sink that drained, and a nice comfy bed that I was so excited to sleep in before my first day at my new job. However, I was unable to sleep due to the dog next door barking every time I would doze off... at around 2am, needing to sleep, I put in my noise canceling headphones and played some lofi music to sleep for the next 4 hours. I woke up the next morning, and got their breakfast. Though the food looked mediocre, I thought the omelet they had SLAPPED! That thing was smack-a-lacking. Then I got some coffee from their serve station before I was off and it didn't taste terrible! (I was going to need it after not sleeping). When I came back from work, I was so excited to take a nap because I was so tired from the lack of my first nights sleep. However, the dog had somehow gotten worse! I absolutely hate going down to complain, but I had to be that guy bc it was so bad, and Sarah gave me some ear plugs to help with the noise. When I went back up, my neighbors were outside because they had just complained too. Brian and Sarah both came up to check it out, knocked on the door, and made sure the dog was safe before leaving again. It was a cute Frenchie like dog, but boy, did it have something so say. I then put the ear plugs Sarah had given to me in, and put my headphones on to doze off to the LEGO Movie, when the dog continued screaming bloody murder--putting me into fight or flight. I said f-it to my nap and I took a shower with music to calm tf down. I was rinsing out my conditioner (which was the hotels' and worked wonders in my hair), when I heard a thump and a shatter that scared me shitless. I immediately got out, and saw that something glass had fallen. I had no clue what it was, but still in fight or flight, I put on my crocs and used a towel to clean up the glass. Between the dog, and the glass, and the lack of sleep I felt like I was going mad, and recorded a 40-second video of the dog going batshit. I then went back down to the front desk--towel still in my hair. When I showed Brian at the front desk my video, he responded with empathy. Even though he had to relay the bad news that there was not much he could do--as the room next door was technically not breaking any rules--he gave me an email to send my video to. I went back upstairs to my room, feeling exhausted and defeated, and on the verge of sleepless tears, I called my friend to vent. Thankfully, after a few minutes, I got a ring on the hotel phone from Brian saying they found me another room on the opposite side of the building to stay in. They also offered to come up to help me pack up my things and move with a luggage cart. I am now in a new room, free from the yipping, and I am slowly gaining my sanity back thanks to Sarah and Brian. You guys are real ones. Thank you for the help and for having great communication and empathy in this insane situation.

Yelp
I ended up staying here for a night but transferring to a work event on the other side of town today. It was easy to book this location on line. Check in was easy and the staff is very friendly. I booked a King Bedroom and was surprised how large it was. It was an end room and had a private entrance with lots of space and a separate bathroom area. Unfortunately the room was too warm and I couldn't get it too cool down. This was frustrating. They serve breakfast and coffee in the morning which is a nice option. Overall, clean

Eric T.

Yelp
We stayed here for an event and this place hits all the right notes. The parking can get a bit full but drive down and there's more space underneath. The staff here are friendly and and appreciative as they'll go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Rooms are clean, spacious and top notched. They do only have one elevator and can take a few tries during busy hours. The beds were a bit soft for my preference and the A/C unit worked well. The in-room beverage fridge, coffee maker and additional sink was nice touch. Their morning breakfast was more than your typical continental breakfast. they have slight variations of their hot plates and ample coffee and fruits for your taking.

Carly M.

Yelp
The hotel was in a great location. We had a large room, it was nice, but the bathroom toilet had dried pee spots around it on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up.

Terry B.

Yelp
We had to make a very quick trip to Phoenix due to a death in the family, and the Hampton was able to accomodate us. The room here was large and comfortable, with a view down to the pool. Although it was spring break week with lots of families, we found our week there to be very quiet. There are lots of restaurants and food stores in the general neighborhood, so we kept the fridge and microwave here busy. Night is special when they turn on the fire pit next to the pool, and we made good use of the hot tub. The reason that they got five stars boils down to the staff, who made us feel welcome every second in a difficult time. We salute them!

Linda P.

Yelp
Clean rooms and wonderful staff! Great location! We will be back. Thank you! Now I'm just typing so I can post

Yuk L.

Yelp
It was a pleasant two night stay here for a meeting I had to attend in Phoenix. It's a short walk to the Biltmore shopping centers for dinner. My room was spacious and quiet which I very much appreciate. The gym was equipped with the standard fare and a bit small. I did appreciate the refilling water station. The front desk staff were all very professional and helpful. The maps provide a good breakdown of the services near the hotel. Breakfast spread has something for everyone. Most folks were interested in the waffles. I had scrambled eggs one morning and a western omelet another morning. Peanut butter with my oatmeal was a plus too!

Amber Z.

Yelp
All the staff were kind and helpful. All contact has been limited as I reserved the room through the app, checked in with the app, and obtained my room key as well through the app. I was Leery of using the app for everything but it is way better than calling the central booking line. The room was very well lit. The air was on and the room was cool before I got in. The room is spacious and laid out well. Met Art when I came in and he was very kind and cheerful. We had a few laughs, and he thanked me for choosing to stay here. Art reminded me of breakfast in the morning and did such a great description of everything that I was becoming hungry just hearing about it.

Yelp
Room clean & well-appointed. Had no issues during stay. Hotel completely refurbished. Near to many restaurants & area activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Horrible experience. Room was dirty when we checked in manager said they hadn't used those rooms in over a week so the room had been sitting dirty for a week...manager told me i ahd to go sit in my car and wait for housekeeping to clean it.....with my animals, head housekeeper said no thats ridiculous u can stay in room. then I was told they were going to charge for my esa animals and I called 5 days before and then the day before and confirmed my animals were ok. Manager said the man I spoke to was her asst Mgr and he should know better. Toilet ooverflowed 3 times, not hot eater in the shower...bareoy any water pressure......THEN I was charged not one but 2 100.00 deposits overdrawing my checking acct. One was reversed but then charged again after check out. The fumes from the carpet glue were horrible....and the shade in our room wouldn't open so we had a dark room the entire time. We were going to extend stay for the 3 days we were staying in ohx and ended up leaving and going to another hampton inn where they were phenomenal. The manager here sucks she shouldn't be in management. Head housekeeper was a saint and needs a raise. The breakfast was awesome.

Maggie M.

Yelp
There's no laundry here. No bathtub. Both things I was counting on having. Parking costs $8 a day which is a scam. Breakfast choices were odd. No scrambled eggs no bananas. I do not recommend this hotel. Update: currently doing work on a whole floor. Pretty noisy during work hours.

Yelp
Four stars?! Four stars?! What a f'ing joke! The pool area has zero ambience. There's some frickin sheets of plywood and some yellow tape at the entrance; it looks like some extremely lazy contractors staged it there and called it good. Might as well have a pile of retaining wall bricks there as well. The TV in the gym is broken and has been for a while and they don't give a shit about that. Half of the mini TVs on the machines have dead remotes. They put me next to the elevators, which make whirring and thudding noises as they slowly creep up and down just as I'm trying to sleep. These things are stupidly slow - just use the stairs lazy ass! Oh and I love the specially designed "slam loud" doors! Awesome! This place gets two stars for being clean and the housekeeping staff does a great job. Otherwise that's it - right where it belongs. Unfortunately many milquetoast business travelers have been very pleased by this beacon of sub mediocrity and now you too, will have been fooled by it's insanely inaccurate 4 star rating.

Catherine D.

Yelp
Great location, friendly staff, cheap hotel. If you need to stay near the children's hospital, this is very convenient. The hotel itself is not great; uncomfortable beds, broken toilet, coffeemakers that don't work, and rotten fruit in the continental breakfast. It was odd to see the Hilton name attached to this.

Chris M.

Yelp
I have stayed this hotel a couple of times now on recent trips and would be happy to use this as my home base on future trips. PROS - Clean and fairly spacious rooms - Friendly staff - Free breakfast (definitely not gourmet, but there if you want it) - Comfortable beds - Central location with many things in walking distance (e.g., Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Pizzeria Bianco, etc.) - Free parking CONS - Rooms are a bit dated - Bathrooms are small - A bit noisy in the AM

Lili A.

Yelp
Be prepared to be woken up by either passing by semi trucks or another guest staying around you. Got woken up by the guest above my room who was stomping around at 5 am. Managed to fall asleep only to wake up a second time by them turning on their bathroom light/ fan. I could hear them moving the shower curtain, opening drawers, etc. You can hear literally everything through these walls. AWFUL installation in the walls with little to no sound absorption. I'm not a light sleeper at all, so to be woken up by such insignificant acts put a terrible start to the morning.

Grace C.

Yelp
Had to drop into Phoenix for a week for a conference/training. This hotel was conveniently pretty close to the main areas that I needed to be in, so it worked for my needs. And, psh, close to an outdoor mall with plenty of awesome food? Totally down. From the airport, it's a good drive, but it's really not that bad. Around 20 minutes, with no traffic. Main freeways, and, once you exit off the freeway to get here, just a few surface streets, and you're here. Parking is plentiful, where they also have a parking structure. No gate to go through, or where you'll need to put in your hotel key to swipe to get through. Service was great. Checked in and checked out with no issues. Had a few questions, which they could promptly answer. I asked for a room to be away from the ice machine, somewhere upstairs, and non-smoking, and they completely accommodated those requests. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I'd have an elevator right behind the hotel room, so I could hear people trying to go to the gym at 5am. Oy. -_- The facility in general is pretty clean. I was fine with my hotel room (and I'm more than a bit of a germaphobe), the gym had updated equipment (Precor! Nice!), the breakfast was standard, but it filled me up before my classes. Overall, no complaints here. Only issue with my room was that I couldn't exactly open the bathroom door without blocking my room's hall way. I was staying by myself, so not a big deal, but I had to swing it completely against the wall to walk back into the office area, and something about the floor wasn't level because the door made an ugly scraping/scratching noise as it rubbed against the floor. One of the really cool things was that the hotel provided brown sack "lunches" for their patrons. First come, first serve. Not much in there, but it helped during snack times. Typically came with an apple, napkins, bottled water, granola bar, and another treat of some sort. Unfortunately, the breaded treat that came in with mine, every single day of the week, was always moldy. Ick. Also, they have a small marketplace that is open at all hours. Need some midnight snacks? Got it. Bandages or toiletry items? Yup, here. Small bottles of wine? Not a big selection, but you'll get what you need. Anyways, it was a very good facility that fit my business needs. Close to a shopping center to some good dinner choices. Clean, clean, clean in many ways. Gym with updated equipment (almost unheard of) was a BIG bonus for me. Would stay here again if I had to come back for business.

Yelp
Stayed for 1 night, checked in with my credit card. Checked out the next day and gave my debit card. They said they would email my receipt, thank God I got a physical copy. Even though I gave them my room key and name they used my card to check out another guest's room. I noticed they charged me for $300, then another $167. None of which matched my one night stay. Called the hotel and they said they didn't show any of those charges, even though I clearly have them from my bank account. Never received a call from the general manager even though I left a voicemail and sent an email. Funny since he lists his name and number on the hotel receipt saying to contact him if you have any issues. After dealing with the front desk staff multiple times was finally told by an employee "your card was declined that was the issue" Not sure how my card was declined when you charged me 3 separate times, once for my original room, then twice for a difference guests room. Thank God for corporate Hilton who fixed the issue for me. And yes I travel all the time for business. I know how debit cards work that's why I only give it when I check out not when I check in. I don't know why I'm surprised. Their name shows up as "HAMPTON INN PHEONIX" for their credit card transactions. The last time I checked the city is spelled Phoenix not Pheonix.

Sarah G.

Yelp
Great stay when our flight out of the Phoenix airport was canceled. Nice rooms, nice breakfast, and AJ at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating! Lots of things to do within a short walk--we walked with the kids over to the movie theater, then to a restaurant and some shops very close by.

Dave K.

Yelp
Fantastic hotel at a fantastic price. Friendly staff, very accommodating for my late check-in. We had a family suite for my parents and the room was spacious, clean. Hotel location (Biltmore) is the posh area of Phoenix with plenty of restaurants and shops walking distance. 6am - 10am breakfast served in the lobby is also a winner. The only weird setup in the family suite was the bathroom vanity was located next to the living room. If you enjoy brushing your teeth across from your couch, this setup is perfect for you.

A J.

Yelp
Bait and switch! Buyer beware! I've stayed here over ten times over the last five weeks. Always got the same room with microwave, fridge, roomy, etc.... Always paid the same. Last night I had a Reservation for the same room but at $50 more. I get in late get to my room and it's this tiny room, no amenities and it cost me more! I said something to the night clerk and the day manager, both said, 'when you book through a third party, we aren't responsible' . I'm sorry but it is not MY responsibility! If this third party that you allow to sell your rooms is misrepresenting you, then it is YOUR responsibility to make sure they are doing it correctly! It's not mine. I feel ripped off. SMH.

Sofi M.

Yelp
Loved the night service . Always coffee in the main lobby . Pool closes around 10 pm. Free breakfast in the morning til 10 am I believe . Currently only being taken back to room .

Lily R.

Yelp
My family and I had a great time. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with huge smiles from very friendly staff members. Check in was fast and easy and our room was clean and easy to find. They have a nice little breakfast-to-go area. The pool was clean and towels were provided at the pool area. The best part of the hotel was definitely the staff. They were truly amazing and made us feel at home.

John W.

Yelp
Overall great staff and hotel, best of all - quiet shutting doors, largest standard suite I think I have ever seen, love that there is a garage and hot tub, huge TV and well appointed and decorated suites, special requests all met. However, the toilet paper really needs to be soft quilted - with cheaper paper ou just have to use more and it doesn't feel nice, drinking glasses and ceramic coffee mugs in the room would befit a  nice hotel like this, rooms need either a larger trash can or an additional one near the sink area, shower handset is really stiff, need a better quality shower head to allow for more water pressure,  it's probably time to replace the room phones - they are old looking and have yellowed with age, would be great to have the kind of coffee machine without the wasteful 'throw away the coffee bag tray' every time type, would be nice for check in staff to tell guests for pool access just lift up the knob on the pool gates - I have never seen restricted access locks like this and there is no sign or arrow or anything to indicate how to get in.

Paul P.

Yelp
I have a split review of this place: One for the facilities, and one for the staff. The rooms are a little dated. Some of the inside common areas need a spruce-up. The hot tub and the pool were perfect, and I enjoyed very much going for a soak first thing in the morning, and then some coffee by the fire. Just gorgeous. As for the staff, I cannot give them any more praise. Starting with Paula who was SO accommodating, and helpful, and sweet. We asked her to change rooms for personal preferences, and she was more than willing to do it, and with kindness and professionalism. Everyone we met at the hotel was amazing. Polite, professional, kind, I swear I've never seen better service.

Heather S.

Yelp
Hotel is tucked in the Biltmore area, off Highland and 24th street. Beautiful property. Lobby was always clean and had an amazing aroma to it. Parking fee of $8 for the stay, which is a little crazy if you ask me, but also understandable due to the limited parking. Staff was very friendly. We rented the jacuzzi tub suite for a two night stay. Room was comfortable. Bed was heavenly, 55 in screen tv on the wall was great too. The only reason I gave a 4 stars instead of 5 is because the jacuzzi tub still had some green chemical at the bottom. I didn't realize it until I had already filled the tub with water. So I had to drain, clean it out and refill. Waste of water. But I wasn't going to soak in chemicals either. Other than that we had a great stay.

Savvy C.

Yelp
Very reasonable price for the location, room and overall hotel spotlessly clean. VERY accommodating, helpful and pleasant staff. the only potential downsides I saw: it would help if there were some shaded areas at the pool, paid parking (which, at $8 per night is still far less than anything the area).

Tyshon A.

Yelp
If I ever come back to Phoenix for a few days this will be my go to hotel. It is centrally located to a lot of cool places. It's in a ritzy part of Phoenix. You have a mall, restaurants and shops all close by within walking distance The staff here was awesome!!! My girlfriend and I came into town super early in the morning and was tired from the drive in. We arrived at about 6am. They allowed us to check in at that time which was great. We literally searched for hotels for about 2hrs. Most were sold out or too expensive. One place want to charge is half price for the previous night stay then charge us for the actual night we were gonna stay. Wtf!!! Another plus about this place is that it is tucked away so you won't get that much traffic there. They have a breakfast bar which looks pretty nice. Too bad we were too tired to make it. Maybe next time lol

Julie R.

Yelp
I stayed at this hotel for over 10 days while working at local hospital helping during CO VID Pandemic. I had a great stay. I explained to Paula at the front desk that I had been staying down the street at the Homewood Suites and my room was dirty and run down there. She got me into a great suite at a great price. She was SUPER nice and helpful. Front desk staff was AWESOME. Mike the General Manager had my issues with AC in my room fixed right away. He's super nice too. The cleaning staff was great, my room was cleaned daily. They were all so nice. I loved the Fitness room. This hotel is very convenient to restaurants, grocery store and other shopping. I would for sure recommend this hotel, and stay there again. It's in a safe area, which is important to me as i was traveling alone.

Thommy C.

Yelp
Covid-19 Call Out!!!! This hotel is taking the precautionary measures seriously and cares about your safety. Its a business traveler type hotel chain, so if you are heading to the Biltmore for a resort experience, try another location. If you are looking for a hotel to rest your head, get a great shower and be treated professionally... this is a great choice. We are from Phoenix and visit family often, so we look for places, such as this Hampton; as a place to sleep and drop out stuff off at. The prices are great, the hotel and rooms are clean and the location is perfect for us. Not to mention, they have a parking lot and garage that is well lit, secure and they monitor it closely. Plus, the staff is great and make you feel welcome. We will continue to stay at this hotel and find it to be a great choice for hotel accommodations. Well done, Hampton Inn Phoenix - Biltmore. You have it figured out, have a great establishment and are in the center of one of the greatest parts of Phoenix (in my opinion).

Hannah T.

Yelp
Hotel and staff are excellent! First time here and great stay! Warmly welcomed by Art who was outside getting water to guests, super friendly! Front desk is helpful. Hikmeeta with housekeeping is great. Rooms are clean, spotless, water and hand wipes provided in room. Newer fitness center, and a pool with jacuzzi, all very clean. Like that everything is practical and well designed. The rooms and hallways are nicely decorated. Good neighborhood to walk in. Highly recommend to stay here!

Lena M.

Yelp
This Hampton is one of the best Hilton Brand hotels I have stayed at during my last 5 visits in 3 months to Phoenix. The front desk clerk was very happy, greeted me with a smile and offered information regarding local eateries and the free shuttle service. Everytime we left she recognized us and everytime we returned she greeted us. Free breakfast, shuttle and spacious rooms at this Hampton makes it my go to hotel while in the area. The only criticism I have is the lack of sitting during the complimentary breakfast. We waited for a place to sit and ended up taking the food to our room, which was not our preference.

Ryder J.

Yelp
Super friendly staff and they go above and beyond to accommodate!!! Thank you!!! Your place is clean and I love the hot breakfast and the 24/7 free coffee!!

Joanna T.

Yelp
Possibly the loudest air-con I have ever encountered at a hotel. It was so loud that when I was on a conference call, I had to stand next to the door to the hallway to hear the other person on the line. I could hear it running from outside the room, and I certainly could hear it when my neighbor's units kicked in. As you might guess, this did not lead to the most restful sleep experience ever, which is too bad because this is a nice Hampton Inn. The rooms seem to be recently remodeled, the common areas are nice and the staff is very friendly. Loud air-con aside, my room was spacious with upscale fixtures in the sink and shower and a great vanity area with good lighting and lots of room. While my room was very clean, the bathroom shower stall was so/so - definitely some mold in the grout there. Wifi is free and worked well enough though I did have some problems with dropped signals and freeze ups from time to time. Overall, I would stay here again, but I'd be packing earplugs.

Yelp
This hotel was fantastic. I was not supposed to be here last night. I missed a flight and had none of my clean clothes or most toiletries. The airport sent me to this location and they took great care of me. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Yummy continental breakfast and awesome friendly staff. I'll stay here again one day just on my own. Thanks Hampton Inn staff!

Yelp
So I actually have stayed here twice! In late 2015 we took a roadtrip to the Midwest and on the way back this was our last hotel stay and by far the BEST. This review is detailed for our recent stay January of 2020 the only change was there is now an $8/night parking fee which is like mandatory since theres no parking nearby. No biggy. TOTALLY great fresh breakfast, well tended (cleaned and restocked often). Computer in lobby easy to use for flight boarding pass printing etc. no fees or logins for use. Amazing staff, I needed advil and was ready to buy some but the guy was like "I have a couple, here!" totally free and said "feel better" genuinely! There was spilled coffee in an elevator and it was cleaned before the next time we used it. Room was so fresh and clean and stocked with fresh toiletries and water bottles. I cant believe I booked the same hotel twice by accident but both experiences were great and the third time we stay here it will be chosen on purpose!! haha

Yelp
This Hampton is functional, beautiful and clean. From space to move, daily newspapers and fresh coffee at the entrance, nothing is left out. I booked a King room which was near the elevator to the fitness room--perfect. My room had space, a small refrigerator, a microwave, 2 chairs and a sizable foot rest, a sizable shower, extra towels and cloths, extra supplies, lots of lighting and outlets, a coffee maker with supplies--you name it. Everything makes sense! The fitness room sported an elliptical stepper, an elliptical, 3 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, free weights, 2 Weight benches, cable work outs, fitness balls, matts, drinking water, towels, television screens on the equipment. My room was quiet and safe.

Yelp
This location allowed me to change my reservation over booking.com but then when I called to confirm, they refused Evernote though they told booking.com I could. I inadvertently scheduled wrong date. Manager was very rude. Hotel is pricey for what you get.

Yelp
"Not-free" self-parking!! I got my credit card statement and noticed there were 2 days worth of parking fees added.- this comes after I paid the final bill that says, "includes taxes & fees." BEWARE of the hidden fees!!!!!!!

Yelp
Great value, enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay here again. - Reasonable price - Very friendly and helpful staff; nice, genuine, not fakey or full of attitude like some hotels - Agree maybe the furnishings are a little dated but not at all weirdly so - Room was spacious with good sitting area chairs and a desk for working, lots of outlets - Decent breakfast (long hours, too) - Great location - Parking right there easy in/out - Nice mix of guests when I was there - business, family, a visiting high school sports team

Yelp
We try to stay at Hampton Inn when we travel. We have traveled much of the US and through the years stated in a multitude of hotels and motels. Hands down Hampton Inn is our favorite. At this location is they are all exceptionally clean. You get a free breakfast in the morning in a self serve setting. There is something for everyone. Cereal, country potatoes, oatmeal, make your own waffles, different types of bread, pastries, cut fruit, juices, milk. Coffee in the lobby 24/7. The staff are all professional and friendly. The bedding is completely white and I like the always fresh odor of the linen. I highly recommend this location. It's a great area, reasonably priced with plenty of places to eat nearby.

Yelp
**UPDATE** 8/24 Yesterday I waited in their breakfast area and where computer was until almost noon. They knew I was waiting to check in because they had to find my packages. After not being serviced I had to leave to work. Last night I arrived to my room only to discover that 3 light bulbs were out in my room. In addition the toilet has trouble flushing. I reported the light and air because it was most important at that moment. The air was not turning off. Wow. However the only person who was pleasant was from maintenance and provided really great customer service was Art. He was so pleasant at helping me get light in the room and fixing the air problem. Because of my rough trip my voice was already sounding really rough and he noticed when front desk did not. I explained that was why I needed the air off because the room was set at 63 degrees and I didn't want to get more sick. He fixed everything in my room. He even asked me if I wanted some warm water for tea to help my throat. The only reason I give this hotel 2 stars is because not everyone has been difficult but you would expect more from front desk. This location has given me problems in the past that were easily overlooked but today I am mildly bothered and think I should focus on cons. I had a huge work trip were I booked this hotel weeks prior. I called ahead to let them know I needed early check in and that I was going to have a package arrive. I also said the box that was arriving was for work purposes as that the early check in was needed so I could go through the box in the room and do work. I was told they would note account and that it was not a problem. However, today I arrived and not only did they tell me I could not check in early but they lost my package. They finally found it but of course I love when they tried to take zero accountability before I gave them information for signed delivery. This is the second or third time that this has happened at this location. I have been selected for a special panel for Hilton Honors members and can't wait to report this. In addition I will be calling customer care for Hilton as it is no point to bother with hotel management at this time. Last trip I had many issues with the standard issue iron they use in rooms. It would not steam. Then they gave me another one and it leaked everywhere. Finally they gave me a brand new one, which did not steam and ruined my work shirt. This may possibly be my last stay. I am sitting in breakfast area and trying to continue my work and there are noisy patrons everywhere and they do not have a proper business center for me to conduct my work which was why I needed the early room. I have a conference call and this is not good. Which reminds me of another stay were I was forced to stay on level 2 facing the pool. The staff allowed people to party by the pool until after 2 am and I got no sleep. Please be mindful that if your need rest from long work days like I do that front facing rooms to pool can sometimes be an issue.

Yelp
Wish I can give them a good or even great review, but they didn't have a room available even though they had my reservation! SO I had to take my business elsewhere. https://youtu.be/4T2GmGSNvaM

Yelp
My company had meetings in our corporate headquarters about a mile from this Hampton Inn. They housed about 30 employees here. The area was clean and well maintained. They will ask for a major credit card to hold until after you check out. Hotel room was clean. Bedding was very comfortable. If you are into pillows, rest assured each bed had FOUR (4) pillows and they were very soft! My only complaint was the sink was outside the bathroom and literally inside the sleeping areas. Only the toilet and shower was behind the door. That was ok for me but when you are rooming with a colleague, you expect a bit more privacy. The pool area is cool. They have a fire pit that we used after our meetings. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would return to this hotel on my next stay in Phoenix.

Yelp
Took my kids here for a staycation from Groupon. The Groupon was for $65/night and we stayed 3 nights. The hotel is pretty, the rooms are nice, the free breakfast is pretty good. My kids liked the work out room that has a mini-fridge with cold washcloths, free ear buds, and nice work out equipment. They used it several times each day. The pool is a basic square, nothing fancy, and there is a jacuzzi. My kids basically ran from the work out room, to the pool, back to the room for snacks, and back to the pool. There is a Cold Stone nearby. The only problem with a four day staycation is there was not much to do around the hotel. We ended up driving to a nearby city to go to a water park. If there had been one simple thing like a small slide going into the pool my kids probably could have stayed more entertained for a longer period of time. But for the Groupon price I would say it was quite worth it!

Yelp
Pros- -Nice quiet off street in Phoenix. Located in a nice neighborhood. -Free Breakfast from 6-10am. Selection includes pretty much any breakfast item: eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, cereal, waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit, juices...for the people saying it's "not very good"- what were you expecting King George? A feast? -Free Coffee and Ice water in lobby 24/7. -Rooms are a good size and nicely decorated. -Cheap rates. -Pool and hottub were clean and only had a few guests there at a time. Wish the pool was open later, only open until 10. -Parking was never a problem in the private hotel lot. Cons- -Housekeeping was super slow. We'd be gone all day, come back at 4 in the afternoon and the room still wasn't touched. And they really only did the basics (make the bed, empty garbage, leave more towels. Any crumbs on the carpet or tables was left untouched. -The AC unit in the room is pretty loud when it starts up. I don't mind "background noise" when I sleep- but it was so loud when it started up- it woke me up EVERY TIME. And its positioned to where it blows in your face while sleeping- even from across the room. -TV had very basic cable stations, nothing special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Phoenix area. Nice area, nice staff, and all the amenities you'd need. It's a pretty quiet hotel. Not a lot to offer the "younger" crowd looking to party it up. It was fairly quiet the entire time we were there (4 days). But that was fine with me. If you're looking for a more trendy hotel with a bar full of obnoxious people- keep looking. if you're old like me and appreciate cheap basic quality- then this would be for you :) And FYI- the windows in the room DID open to let fresh air in. There was a hairdryer, coffee maker, iron and board, microwave, mini fridge, mini shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, and plenty of towels included in the room. Time to replace the towels though- gettin raggedy!
