Hamptons City Beach

Lovely spot right on City Beach. There is bar seating where you order at the counter or the restaurant. I chose the restaurant and outdoor seating which is sheltered so the wind doesn't get too bad. Breakfast menu had the usual options including some alcoholic options. I had the Hamtons Spritz, a large strong flat white and then breakfast bruscetta. Everything arrived promptly and was delicious. Staff were very friendly and professional. And with those views, it's just a wonderful place to be. Will definitely be back.

We had another lovely meal at Hamptons watching the sun set over the sea The food was excellent although i am a foodie and felt it could have benefited from some fine tuning. I felt the pork belly and the kangaroo could have benefited from a slight astringent/lemon addition to the flavour mix The squid was fabulous as was the kingfish ceviche and chorizo. As you can see from our photo's the presentation was next level. The wine selection and the cocktail choice was first class. Thanks guys

The restaurant has lovely ocean views. This place used to feel like a high-class restaurant but it’s not quite as special anymore. The food was decent and nicely presented, though my potatoes were a little cold and the fish was salty. The wine glasses could have been cleaner, and the staff seemed a bit tired. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.

Large with different areas for dining..outside and in. Our area was one very big space and extremely noisy. The areas by the windows looked great. Best calamari I have ever eaten. The service is excellent and location lovely.

Great views even on a cold, rainy day. Service was friendly and attentive throughout our lunchtime visit. We didn’t have a reservation and even though it was busy got an excellent table with lovely sea views. Had one main and two sides which were very good sized portions. Really enjoyed the visit with well seasoned, fresh and tasty food.

Wine, ocean views, and a refined yet relaxed atmosphere make for a memorable evening.

Excellent food, great service and an uninterrupted beach view…. Not much more to say except that I’ve visited several times and the experience is also very consistent…

Booked over the phone for a table of 2 with a pram. We arrived with “twin babies” hence the staff at the reception quickly managed to get us a bigger table that’s located more comfortably for us. Great service from the start until we left, spent almost 3 hours there. We enjoyed our time and we’ll be coming back! Unfortunately had to drop a ⭐️ as my wife was a bit disappointed with the “parents room” as there were bugs, insects and spiders 🕷️ near the changing table hence she didn’t feel safe to change the babies nappies. We didn’t have a chance to bring this to the management attention but hopefully they’ll read this review. Overall fantastic service, good food and nice vibes. We’ll be back.
