This is the very first time I see thiefs in 21st century, bandits from the dark woods. But I see from the reviews that I'm not alone, Han Kjøbenhavn likes to cheat people: my online order has never left, they won't give me a tracking number, they won't answer my e-mails, they just do not care. Well, If you are inept (I guess you are), If you are unable to run a business, just close It; It's way more decent than cheating on people.

Be very careful with their online shop!!! They do not answer customers back, 20+ emails, 2 weeks and still no answer about the refund. Impossible to get your money back, their shop phone number is on the voice mail. Customer service is not responding.

It’s been weeks I have made a return and they still have not refunded nor respond to emails and their telephone number does not work neither. Is there anyone having such issues with them? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Nice cut but the materials fall appart after 6 months. Way to much elastane and impossible to repair. This is no sustainable brand.
