In Chattanooga for a conference and had a yearning for Korean food. The place was packed when I arrived, which is always a good sign, and though I had to wait a little bit while they cleared a table, I recognized they were busy (a 10 top was just leaving) and the server/bartender seated myself and another gentleman who was waiting rather quickly all things considered.
Bibimbap was on my brain, but when I was told it wasn't in a heated stone bowl I opted instead for the Bone Broth Ramen (pictured). The ingredients were fresh, the presentation was decent, and it arrived pretty fast, but the flavor and heartiness of the broth was pretty lacking. I still enjoyed the meal, but didn't really leave very impressed.
While the broth flavor is subjective, and the Bibimbap without crunchy rice is forgivable, my biggest complaints were the lack of side items (kimchi cucumbers for example) and limited beer options. A Kirin Ichiban (though Japanese) would be a great accompaniment to your cuisine!
All told, the menu is varied, the ambience is eclectic and youthful, and the service was excellent, especially knowing how busy they had been when I arrived. I guess I just had higher expectations for a Korean food experience that wasn't "Korean fusion".
