This place is perfect if you’re driving the road to Hana and need a comfortable bed for the night. It’s very rustic and homey, the staff was kind and knowledgeable about the area, the fully stocked kitchen in the community room had delicious coffee and oatmeal available and overall this was the perfect little stay for my husband and I on our honeymoon. There is not AC but with the fans on and windows open it’s not that bad and it’s across the street from a black sand beach (that’s free and doesn’t require a reservation btw) what more could you ask for. All in all if we come back to Hana we will stay here again 😊

Rooms are very nice, lots of space. Especially in the bathroom which is nice after a long day most likely spent in the ocean. Hawaii is very windy, I and the breeze from the windows was enough for me. Plus you can hear the ocean. Outdoors there are nice sitting areas, again the breeze is great so it's a nice place to relax.

We enjoyed our night at the Hana Inn! Sitting on the lanai, watching and hearing the waves after a long day exploring the Road to Hana was wonderful. We had room 7 and it was great for our group of 5 for a night. We were able to visit some of the sites past Hana with little to no other people there the following morning. Check in was simple and there was a community kitchen which was great for heating up food we had picked up.

We stayed here for a night in July and enjoyed it. While we were not at the property for a long time, it was exactly what we needed. We drove up the Road to Hana and beyond Hana to explore. Came back to the Inn for a good nights rest and left in the morning to do Pipiwai Trail. We stayed in room 2. It had a double and a single bed. There is no A/C and it was warm. But we kept the windows open and there was a ceiling fan as well as an oscillating fan. The bathroom was across the all, but is all your own and controlled by keypad. It was clean and very functional. There are common areas to use and a kitchen to use if you wanted. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you!

We are a large family and needed multiple rooms to fit everyone. Hāna Inn was perfect! It was a welcome retreat after an adventurous day on the Road to Hāna. Check-in was simple, as we already had a code to our rooms, however our friendly host greeted us and showed us our rooms. The rooms were simple, but clean and had everything we needed. There is no AC, but there were multiple fans throughout the room bedroom and sitting area and as someone who likes it cold at night, I slept comfortably. There was delicious coffee in the community kitchen. We met some great people in the morning, whom we saw again hiking later in the day. I was not sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly impressed with our stay. I certainly recommend the Hāna Inn.

After a day of hiking and driving the Road to Hana, this was the perfect stay for us. Small, romantic room with our own bathroom/shower. Room was clean, orderly and the bed comfortable. After arriving and cleaning up from the road, we sat on the front porch enjoying the evening mist fall, sharing conversation with one of the hosts. Our room had a small, but nice, view of the ocean front and saw a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Everything about this stay was perfect. Love the quaint atmosphere of the hotel and surrounding neighborhood. This is not the stay for someone who wants something along the line of Ritz or even a Hyattt Regency, but we found it absolutely lovely.

Was just what we needed for a 1-night stay in Hana. The kitchen area came in handy when the tsunami warning shut everything down but one general store. Was able to grab some groceries and cook it at our place. Would definitely stay again on a future visit!

Great central location in Hana. Quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the accommodation for a personal health request. The room was clean and the small touches were nice like the Brita filter pitcher in the mini fridge. I liked the fully equipped communal kitchen downstairs. This was the perfect place to stay a night in Hana to break up the drive and avoid crowds. We were looking for a reasonable but decent place to stay one night and this was just the place. Staff friendly and helpful.
