Arrived to pick up product (after driving for 2 hrs) and asked to simply use their rest room. I have a medical exemption letter from my doctor for wearing a mask but, I do have a face shield and offered to provide the letter and was willing to have my temp taken as they require but they didn’t want to see the letter or take my temp at that point and I was refused access to their bathroom. I did everything to meet requirements set up by the mandate but was still denied and as far as I see it, discriminated against due to my medical disability.
