Hands On Retreat

It was great to feel like we weren't in Jobutg anymore. Breakfast was always good and our picnic was delicious. Gardens are beautiful. The massages were amazing. Rooms are cute and cozy and just what you need. We had very noisy neighbors the one night but that's no fault of the hotel - more like very inconsiderate people who forget that it's a retreat...We will definately be going again and recommend this stay to all our friends and family.

The massage was great and very professional. Breakfast is very tasty. All the staff is very friendly. They say dinner can be arranged but they do not prepare it on site, you order it from a delivery company. Many options to choose from. I would not really rate the rooms a four star but, at least it is comfortable. Monica is a very good masseuse if you like a harder massage pressure.

Lovely garden setting. Even in winter the garden looked nice! The rooms are beautiful and well equipped. Breakfast was very good! Spa staff is friendly and good at their jobs. We had a lovely time. Unfortunately the water did not heat sufficiently for us to have a shower in the morning.

I've been here a couple of times. I think the masseuses are fantastic! They're nurturing and attentive. Their movement is almost poetic as they work through their massage routines. I appreciate the tranquil environment during the massage. We did opt for the sleepover too. The rooms and breakfasts are pleasant but could do with some improvements. Well worth the money if you manage to catch one of their specials.

Thank you, we really enjoyed the special treat to relax and sleep over. It was a great treat for us as a couple. Just want to make a suggestion, try and not come to knock for any questions like what time will you be up for breakfast this could have been asked on the form we filled out when we arrived or after the treatments before check in when we did the review. Other then that everything was perfect and we really enjoyed the day out and the spoil.

The manager Karin and her staff were very friendly helpful, welcoming and enthusiastic. They were kind enough to help me pull off a surprise for my fiancés 25th birthday, he was very impressed and also surprised. We cannot wait to go back!!

It was an amazing experience. The view, the trees, the massages were so majestic. It's shocking how such a beautiful place was right under our nose. The staff was friendly. I'm definitely going back for another special day.

The lodge was peaceful. The 50 minute massage was the best. Enjoyable experience. The staff was forever friendly and always attending to your needs. The english breakfast was edible but could have had more meat.
