The quality of seeming on the last 4 bags of T-shirts and t- shirts with a pocket have not held together after the very first wash. I have always been a fan of Hanes T-shirts but I believe their quality is horrible but I wouldn't want any children to loose their low paying jobs

Helpful and knowledgeable woman helped me find beautiful bras that were just right for my hard to fit frame. Reassuring, comforting and patient with me. Great prices. Love it!

This store specializes in intimate wears. They have a very good collection of items. They have fitting rooms and employees can do intimates fitting. Their return policy is not clearly communicated on the receipts. So please check with them about it so you do not have any surprises later. Usually they have a good sale going on. But often they take a long time to do billing

Why ever buy under things at a Retailer ever again???? Out of all the stores at the ALLEN PREMIUM OUTLETS this by far is best. Everyone needs socks and underwear. Men, women and children and the selection here is like nothing you could possibly imagine. Plus the staff is expertly knowledgeable about everything they sell. From a inexpensive set of tubesocks, to the most elegant bras and panties they have it all. As well as sleepwear and firmware. Gene, Melissa, Diane, and Nancy are all aces in my opinion...but in my personal opinion Melissa goes above and beyond to me! Not often, I am impressed now a days...but Thank God in this ever changing world brick and mortar stores like this one still exist! Sincerely, Michael Robinson

I gave two stars because I do like many of Hanes products. However, I only gave two stars because the return policy at this store (which is unlike any store I've ever shopped at) is absolutely ridiculous. I purchased two different types of underwear for my son, boxer briefs and just plain white briefs. Both were the exact same size. I had to measure my son's waste to know which size to buy since he is so small. Luckily these underwear sizes have measurements on them. The boxer briefs fit him perfect, but the white briefs were so large that his private parts would hang out and he had zero support. When I went to return (not for a refund, but to exchange for more boxer briefs) I was told they don't take opened items back. When I asked her how would I know if they fit she said you had to go based on the measurements...which is exactly what I did. She refused to exchange or refund me. I ended up emailing the Hanes company and they are going to refund my money that I paid for these briefs. If I had purchased these items at any other store, I would've been able to return them. I found the boxer briefs that I wanted at Wal-Mart. I will use this check to purchase those and never come back to this store again.

First experience was great! Second experience...not so good! Without crazy details, the customer service from Glenda was horrible. She was rude, unprofessional and in my opinion, of course, should not be in retail. Rather buy elsewhere from now on.

Couldn't find my "girls'" sizes, but great deal on undies!! Can't remember the lady's name, but she was so attentive to my mommie and I when we visited. Really cool Black American female. Knowledgeable too!!!
