7 bars creating a stir in Phnom Penh - SilverKris

"A high-energy, motorcycle-themed bar decorated with gas canisters, custom bikes and mud-dashed biker gear, dominated visually by a Franken-Scrambler bike suspended from the ceiling. Geared toward motorcar enthusiasts, the venue serves a carefully curated drink list spanning wines, beers and ciders; a notable cocktail is the Hangar Cooler (Russian Standard vodka, fresh watermelon, mint, lime, lemonade and cranberry)." - Jamie Fullerton and Syahirah Mazlan

Nicole got me in last minute for a tour today and I’m so grateful. This complex is stunning!! I was thoroughly impressed. The pool and gym are beautiful, and everything is clean and brand new. There are so many great amenities to enjoy as well that makes this apartment stand out, and being right next to the freeway is a plus! Nicole was so fun and personable and made the tour experience so enjoyable!! Her energy is infectious and you can tell that the staff here really cares about their residents. She made me confident in choosing Hangar 44 and looking forward to hopefully calling it a home!

Nicole guided me on a tour today and she was amazing! Very helpful, personable, and kind. She answered all my questions thoroughly and had great energy throughout the entire tour. I went on 6 apartment tours today and she was by far the most gracious guide that I encountered. The apartment complex is beautiful with a definite resort feeling from the surplus of amenities. Hopefully I’ll get to live here soon! 🤞🏾

Use caution if deciding to live here especially if you have pets. They definitely do not allow normal wear and tear, and will use your pets an excuse to replace carpets and power wash the floor. We were charged 760 for new carpets to the entire apartment and 175 to power wash and per enzyme treat the vinyl flooring. The cats did not pee on the floor and there was even one room the cats didn’t even go in, so how could there have been pet stains. There was no reason for the entirety of the apartment carpets to be replaced. Carpet cleaner was used on the floors, there weren’t any stains, and I scrubbed the living room and kitchen floor. We took photos that showed no stains beyond normal wear and tear. Of course the traffic paths will be a little more worn! We deserved to get some of our $900 deposit back and definitely shouldn’t be being charged $150 past that. And you can see a couple of other reviewers saying the same thing as me about their move out charges. Since the apartments are new, I’m sure they were already planning to keep the security deposits to help them do what is already the apartment’s responsibility. Cannot recommend living here for that reason. It’s just not worth it. Edit: After trying to dispute these excessive charges, we were told they HAVE to replace to entire apartment’s carpet if only one closet has damage. What should have maybe been a couple hundred at most, turned into 1000 because it’s not their practice to only replace one area. And they still couldn’t send any photos other than damage to one room. There is nothing in the lease or anything we signed saying we would pay for the entire apartments carpet if only one area had damage. Don’t live here unless you want to deal with hassles and being ripped off. Most of the 5 star reviews are from people who just toured, not residents.

This property is so beautiful! I had an amazing tour experience with Tatiana, I never meet anyone with my name so that was fun! Hanger 44 is very stylish & has gorgeous details throughout the property & in the model I toured. I would highly recommend taking a tour of this property.

If you sign a lease here be prepared to pay for the renovations they do to your apartment when you move out. They actually will trick you by not putting anything about it in the lease too. The hangar44 has only been open since 2023 and I’ve already seen multiple reviews of people who have been scammed by them as well. Don’t be fooled by the “luxurious amenities” they offer here for a very luxurious price; they scam their tenants when they move out and honestly the apartments aren’t really that nice. I could list off more reasons not to live here, but i’ve already wasted enough time seeking counsel for the hundreds of dollars they stole from my roommate and I when we moved out in August. Avoid stress and look elsewhere :)

I recently had the pleasure of touring Hangar 44 apartments, and my experience was Awesome! From the moment I arrived, Nicole was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, with modern finishes and spacious layouts that truly stand out. I was particularly impressed by the amenities, including the fitness center and the resort style pool, which are perfect for both relaxation and socializing. Overall, I highly recommend Hangar 44 for anyone looking for a vibrant and comfortable living environment.

This may not be the correct way to point this out, but I read every review after I had toured this apartment. The tour was phenomenal, Tatiana is incredible. Here is my issue, this is a new location and it has over 300 five star reviews— but they all- 95% are pertaining to a tour and the tour guide. You’ll find very little about the actual experience and property from tenants. I find that to be misleading and not accurate at all. Yea, the location, tour, office, everything is stunning. The pool is so big. But I can’t help but feel frustrated seeing so many raving reviews about the tour and not the experience. I wish there was a separate place that individuals could rate the tour guides, that just go to Mark Taylor management. The office staff reviews or tour reviews shouldn’t be listed or promoted here. It should be the apartment.
