I came here for dinner on a Sunday evening around 4:30 PM in December 2019. This Hank location is pretty convenient if you're already exploring the Le Marais area, and is a fairly short walk (under 10 minutes) from the Hôtel de Ville metro station (line 1).
The menu is small; they have a few burger, side, and dessert options. The burger base is the same across the different burger flavors, unless you opt to upgrade to the more expensive Beyond Burger. A woman behind me who had apparently been here before was telling her family she liked the "Le Sergeant Pepper" burger, so I decided to get that. I also ordered potato wedges as a side. The burger was a very reasonable price at 8,50€; I felt the size- and quality-to-price ratio was good, especially for vegan food. In comparison, I would say the potatoes were overpriced at 3€, but I'm never going to get a burger without fries. (Also, I'm used to huge American portions so that likely plays into it.)
My food came out very quickly and was so, so delicious. The Le Sergeant Pepper came with some sort of peppery vegan "cream cheese" and pickled onions, as well as a bit of lettuce. The "cream cheese" was super flavorful and tasty. I also liked the burger and found the texture to be good. It's not as convincing as an Impossible Burger and falls apart a bit more easily than a meat burger would, but I honestly think they did an impressive job making the vegetable burger "meaty." I've never had a Beyond Burger so can't speak to how that compares, but next time I'll probably stick with the house veggie burger, since I found it very satisfying. The potato wedges were great, definitely an essential part of any burger meal in my book.
There is a small amount of seating on the ground floor but for the most part the dining area is upstairs, where there are lots of tables, mostly 2- and 4-seaters, although they can easily be pushed together to make bigger tables for larger groups. I found it to be very comfortable, although it sounded like some people felt it was too warm. Probably the heat was cranked up very high, as they'd cracked a window on a wintery, 30-something degree Farenheit day, but the seating area was still toasty.
The staff are friendly and efficient and seem to speak English; there were plenty of other tourists dining here at the same time as me. The food doesn't take long to come out at all. There is free wifi, and the wifi password is displayed by the register so you don't even have to ask for it. I really enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back. Highly recommended if you want a quick, tasty, reasonably priced vegan meal in this part of Paris!
