We were here for 3 Nights and already had a lovely welcome by the check in. Both hosts were always up for a chat and recommended us the best things you can do around hammer Springs. Also the kitchen and bathrooms were always spotless and the hostel is in walking distance to the Main Street. We would definitely visit you guys again ! :)

Excellent hostel. May be a favorite of mine. Independently owned, log cabin feel, warmth from an active fireplace, spacious room. All top notch. Highly recommend.

Such a nice Hostel, was only here for 1 night but it was definitely one of my favourites. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful but a special shout-out has to go to Tristan who went out of his way to find, and post abroad, a fishing rod I had left behind on the outskirts of the town. He was an absolute lifesaver and went above and beyond the typical expectations of a hostel host. You have to go to the hot springs for sunset too, very peaceful.

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! Hosts are kind and welcoming. Really well equipped kitchen and a cosy setting. Tristan and Yoko went the extra mile during our stay and we didn’t want to leave!

Felt directly at home in this cosy wooden-cabin vibe. The owner was super friendly, open for advice and talks and the place was very clean. The bed was the best one I slept in for weeks. You get more than you think with the massage chair, hammock and chimney :)

I think I must have got the worst room in the place. It was a double bed room but there was noise from above (roof cracking), below (kitchen/lounge), outside (people at BBQ), and each side (dorm room on one side and sofa area on the other). There are only two toilets and unfortunately they're in the same rooms as the showers so be prepared to wait. The toilets and showers are, however, impeccably clean. The pillows I had were as flat as pancakes so probably are overdue to be replaced. The light switch for my room was either outside the room (weird) or I had to stand on the bed to reach an alternative switch. The staff are fantastic, but for the price of the room next time I'd spend a few dollars more and stay elsewhere.

You will have a very warm welcome by the lovely couple that run this place. Great location and the place is very clean, tidy and comfortable with good facilities amd well equipped kitchen. We are pensioners and were very impressed! Thanks for a lovely stay amd always great to meet interesting people!

We really loved staying here. The owners are nice and so accommodating. There are many small touches that made our stay that much better.A truly lovely backpackers. Clean and tidy. Cozy and warm. Spacious and well appointed. Loved our time here. Will be coming back for sure
