I had the best stay in Hanoi in that hotel!! Its a small one, but the rooms are absolutely AMAZING!! Super clean and modern and staff so friendly and helpful! I will definitely come back here! Location is perfect too! Even if next to beer street, its isolated in a quiet street to get a nice night of sleep!

Amazing hotel! Brilliant service from start to finish. They went above and beyond for me throughout my stay The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy with the hotel also providing free coffee, milk, water every day and on request. The location is perfect as it’s just away from the noise of beer street Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel

Genuinely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in we tried to check out as soon as we got there but no nicer hotels could take us as we got there late at night. We were on the top floor and had to carry our suitcases to the top as there is no lift. It says 4* but their sign shows 3*. The rooms were dirty mouldy and the white towels were grey. We booked in for the breakfast too but after seeing the kitchen (photo included) we decided against it.

We checked out immediately!! I urge everybody not to stay at this hotel. I have never encountered such poor conditions during all of my travels. I have attached photos of the rooms showing what we saw. Management are also unhelpful and have been unresponsive when we lodged a complaint. Again, avoid this place at all costs!! Mould, bad smell in rooms and stairwell, hairs, spiders, worn towels… need I say more??

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is great—close to everything. My room was super clean and cozy, and the whole place was really quiet, which I loved. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s hard to find a low cost but decent stay in Hanoi. After a long search, we chose Hanoi Elite because it had a window (!), but that’s where the positives end. The hotel feels like it was well designed 20 years ago but hasn’t been maintained since. A strong mold smell hits you at the entrance—and it’s even worse in the room. The furniture is falling apart, though still usable. At the moment, there’s construction right behind the building starting at 7 a.m., and it’s located in the middle of the bar area—loud at night, with drunk crowds and constant calls to buy beer on your way in.

Paid for a family room and another room but they decided to give the family room away to someone else and have the audacity to charge us a service fee because we don't have the appropriate rooms for the number of people that we have. Maybe don't give away our room that we paid for that would have fit all of us? We were exhausted from our travel and this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. The hotel itself barely passes for a hotel. I wouldn't stay here again if they pay me. Save your money and go elsewhere where the stair ways aren't 2 ft wide and they don't try to gaslight you on what was an error on the hotel's part. Perhaps that's how they do business, I'll take my business else where.
