Hanoi House Hotel & Travel, Hanoi

We staid 2x 2 nights (we came back as it was a great choice). Breakfast is awesome: unlimited fruits buffet with juice, tea, coffee and water + 1 item from the menu. So many choices from pancakes 🥞 to burgers 🍔, french toast with eggs, you name it. The rooms are clean and decently spacious. Ask for backyard rooms (not balcony rooms), it will be much quieter. Also, in the 1st room we had (the one with balcony) the shower drain was on the other side of the bathroom (not in the shower). Therefore, the water was flowing through the bathroom. The hotel recommend Amora Spa. We tried, it’s very clean and good massages. But our favorite was just 2min away, called Nari Spa. Foot massages are the best!

Me and my brother stayed here a couple of days ago, and we were honestly surprised out how outstanding the service was! Since there are not many rooms, the staff are very attentive to your needs and provide good recommendations based on your travel plans. Breakfast was nice and the rooms were fresh and clean. The only downside was that the shower would often get the bathroom floor wet, but other than that, I can highly recommend this establishment

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel stay was truly disappointing. They gave me a small rooftop room that looked nothing like the Deluxe Room I booked — it was looks not right extension on the roof. Only two outlets in the whole room, one for the TV and one for the fan, so I had to unplug something just to charge my phone. At night, the water stopped twice — once for two hours and again around 9 p.m. We couldn’t even shower or use the toilet properly. The worst part was seeing someone enter my room without permission to “fix the water” while I was out. The hotel never informed me about this. This place completely disrespects guests’ privacy and comfort. I have photos and witnesses to prove everything. Please, think carefully before booking this hotel.

This hotel offers excellent value for money! The room is spacious, spotlessly clean, and strategically located with easy access to key areas. The staff are attentive and friendly, making the stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great stay at Hanoi House Hostel for one and a half week in and around Hanoi. Such a great value for our private room with a view over Old Quarter rooftops. Cleanliness was perfect and service was fantastic. Everyone in the staff speaks great English and are unbelievably helpful. They have an elevator which of course is a great bonus. Rooms are a bit small but definitely not too small, we could have both our suitcases open on the floor and still move around in the room. On the other hand they change your towels every day and the bathroom is of a higher standard so can't complain about anything regarding this Hostel! They are currently renovating so this place will be shining in the near future! Thank you for a great stay!

I wouldn’t rate this as a four-star hotel. The cleaning standards were below expectations, and the breakfast options for vegans were very limited — I was only offered plain sticky rice and plain rice rolls that were supposed to contain mushrooms. My room was also quite noisy due to construction right outside the window.The rooms themselves are outdated, warm, and in need of renovation; the air conditioning is old and struggles to cool the space. The restaurant area is also small and uncomfortably hot.The staff, however, are extremely kind — and that’s the main reason this hotel deserves the rating I’m giving it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - we actually came back to stay again! The staff are so helpful and friendly, especially while I was sick. The rooms are nice and the location is excellent. The breakfast is excellent and there is lots to choose from - probably the best breakfast we’ve had while staying somewhere. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Location is perfect. Foods & drinks are all over the place. As well as shoes, souvenirs & other items for pasalubong. Tony is the best! Providing us the best customer service. Highly recommended place to stay in Hanoi
