Hanoi La Storia Hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The person who served breakfast was kind and made sure we had good options as we are vegetarians, which we really appreciated. The receptionists were all very welcoming, no matter the time of day. One of them even packed our breakfast early in the morning before our flight, which was very thoughtful. The hotel is also in a great location, close to all the main attractions in the city. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again when we visit Hanoi.

This is the best hotel we've stayed at during our trip to Vietnam. We have stayed at 5 different hotels throughout our journey, but this one truly stands out. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—they even provided us with 3 rooms to ensure we had enough space and could relax fully. The food here was absolutely amazing—delicious, fresh, and very clean. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, from the cleanliness to the warm hospitality. We are truly grateful for the excellent service and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

One if nicest 3 stars hotel in Hanoi old city. Room is spacious and available with most of amenities. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. You have early check in option with USD10. Hotel Resturant providing unlimited food for breakfast. Room having complimentary tea water bottles. Hotel located in nice location and near by you can find many halal food spots

Rooms are maintained clean. Daily cleaning done very well. Extremely helpful staff. Want to mention Jessica and Ruby especially on their customer service and help provided for booking day trips and airport transfer. Anna and Menzo were also helpful. They let you store luggage if we want to travel to other places post check out. Highly recommended especially for the wonderful customer service!

I choose this hotel as it is in the old city center,but to be honest there are much better hotels nearby. Pls. be aware that also the water bottles from the fridge will be charged. The breakfast is standard and not exciting. But the most important and bad fact us the building site next to the hotel for the next 6 to 9 months. We have not been informed before our arrival and for me this is a No go.

Hotel is close to the main area of the Old Quarter but far enough away to not be too busy or noisy. The room was quite small and had ripped wallpaper which was an unpleasant surprise considering the higher price than other hotels in the area. AC and wifi worked well and the bathroom wasn't a wet bathroom. Breakfast is a la carte and you can order as much as you want. They give you the options of different style eggs and toast as well as pho, pancakes or fruits with a little yogurt. Room was made daily and the reception staff spoke decent English.

I was boarding a bus today morning and did not find time for breakfast. I asked if they could get me some fruits as I was about to leave. The guy from reception packed fruits for me within 2 mins and gave it. Don't know his name, that was sweet and nice of him. Stayed here for 3 days, house cleaning did a great job.

Really good location and clean hotel! Great service by the staff too & delicious breakfast, stayed from 4-8th Jan and the hotel helped to book transportation to the airport. Breakfast isn't a buffet spread but it's ordered via a menu (however it's free flow and unlimited)
