Hanoi La Storia Hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The person who served breakfast was kind and made sure we had good options as we are vegetarians, which we really appreciated. The receptionists were all very welcoming, no matter the time of day. One of them even packed our breakfast early in the morning before our flight, which was very thoughtful. The hotel is also in a great location, close to all the main attractions in the city. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again when we visit Hanoi.

This is the best hotel we've stayed at during our trip to Vietnam. We have stayed at 5 different hotels throughout our journey, but this one truly stands out. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—they even provided us with 3 rooms to ensure we had enough space and could relax fully. The food here was absolutely amazing—delicious, fresh, and very clean. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, from the cleanliness to the warm hospitality. We are truly grateful for the excellent service and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We stayed from Sept 1-3, 2025. I would not recommend this Hotel. Service wise the receptionist Tiep Le was rude and not welcoming while the hotel itself is selective to certain guests to whom they choose to be hospitable. They may have their reasons but overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL To add: Sometimes, staff may assume that guests on a budget cannot afford certain services—but that does not justify treating them with less respect. I also observed a noticeable difference in how Asian guests are treated compared to non-Asian guests, who seem to receive far better service. With that said, to my fellow Asians: this may not be the hotel for you.

One if nicest 3 stars hotel in Hanoi old city. Room is spacious and available with most of amenities. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. You have early check in option with USD10. Hotel Resturant providing unlimited food for breakfast. Room having complimentary tea water bottles. Hotel located in nice location and near by you can find many halal food spots

Hotel is close to the main area of the Old Quarter but far enough away to not be too busy or noisy. The room was quite small and had ripped wallpaper which was an unpleasant surprise considering the higher price than other hotels in the area. AC and wifi worked well and the bathroom wasn't a wet bathroom. Breakfast is a la carte and you can order as much as you want. They give you the options of different style eggs and toast as well as pho, pancakes or fruits with a little yogurt. Room was made daily and the reception staff spoke decent English.

Very good location, helpful staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast. We would choose to stay here again if ever we are back in Hanoi. Fee blocks away from Bahn Mi 25 and there is a good bun cha restaurant near by. Most places of interest are on foot, it’s just that on our visit the humidity is high so we opted to call on Grab. Near Don Xuan market which is a good place for buying souvenirs and goodies.

Prime location for tourists. Mr Tiep was absolutely wonderful for hosting us. Morning breakfast is yummy too. Would highly recommend this if you want to explore major places around Hanoim

Great value for money. Good location inside Old Quarter but street that's still fairly quiet. Breakfast is freshly prepared in the morning with fruits!! Staff are accomodating and easy to communicate.
