Hanoi La Storia Hotel

I was boarding a bus today morning and did not find time for breakfast. I asked if they could get me some fruits as I was about to leave. The guy from reception packed fruits for me within 2 mins and gave it. Don't know his name, that was sweet and nice of him. Stayed here for 3 days, house cleaning did a great job.

Really good location and clean hotel! Great service by the staff too & delicious breakfast, stayed from 4-8th Jan and the hotel helped to book transportation to the airport. Breakfast isn't a buffet spread but it's ordered via a menu (however it's free flow and unlimited)

The breakfast is exceptional and generous (if limited in scope), and the location couldn't be more central. Now, with this you should expect lots of traffic and noise/chaos outside the hotel, but why are you staying in the old quarter if you don't want that? You will hear some road noise in the room during normal hours ~(6am onwards in Hanoi), so if you have difficulty sleeping through a bit of that then perhaps reconsider. Friendly front desk agents with good communication skills.

Even though it was in the heart of the Old Quarter, the stay was really cozy. We got adjoining rooms for us and the kids. The hospitality was great. Also the breakfast was really good.The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were also good with full access to hot water

Very nice location within old quarters. Lots of food around the hotel! Rooms were clean although abit small but receptionist and service was very good. Thankyou for accommodating to your guest and helping us stay safe ! Will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to hanoi! Oh! And their breakfast is yummmmmms

My 5 stars go to Tiep and his team. Great service and great help on getting my short vacation organized. Yes, because he also does travel arrangements. Then, the place is well located, it is clean and has fair room sizes. Good breakfast in the morning. No hesitation on recommending La Storia!

Conveniently located in the Old Quarter, close to local restaurants, shops, street food vendors. Rooms are neat and comfortable, just what you need after a long day of exploring. About 10 mins walk away from Hoan Kiem lake and 20 mins walk away from the famous train street. Staff are helpful and kind. We arrived at 5am at the hotel, and they allowed us to check in earlier for a small fee. Which helped a great deal after our overnight bus trip. Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 am - 10:00 am, caters for western tastes 😁 but you can also have the traditional dish Phó, if you like. They arranged a day tour for us to Ninh Binh as well. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. I thought the rooms would be small in pictures but it was big even with our luggages. What I like in this hotel is that it is walking distance to everything; the attractions, food stalls, convenience stores, spas, even Beer Street, that you don't have to ride taxi or pedicabs. The bed is comfortable, shower always has hot water. Breakfast is very good and filing, they serve continental breakfast, pho, as well as some fruits. Staff are even accommodating to our requests, especially to our early check-in. There was a construction done nearby, and even if it was not hotel's fault, the hotel manager even provided an apology letter for this. Highly recommended accommodation in Hanoi!
